Used it as a study space and it was perfect! Quiet and clean. Owners were always asking our opinions in set up and always strived to make it comfortable! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to work.

I really enjoyed the coworking space -- it was quiet, clean and I had plenty of room to spread out and work in peace, unlike in my home "office." The kitchen has nice amenities as well, and the Flatiron District location is also fantastic. I highly recommend 42west24 for one's coworking needs!

Such a peaceful and beautiful environment to work in. The location is convenient and Selma is really helpful. Whatever you need, she’s accommodating, flexible and kind. The SixPlus NYC team is grateful to have this space!

Terrific coworking space! I dropped in for the day and was greeted promptly by the team for a tour. The wifi was great, phone booths were excellent for my many meetings, and the space was quiet, sunny, and spacious. Would recommend.

Best co-working office in NYC!

I’ve had my residency at 42west24 for several weeks now and only have great things to say about this place! The space is set in a quaint building, conveniently located within walking distance to just about anything you could need. The office is exceptionally safe, clean and well-managed. The people here are interesting and friendly- most importantly, they’re also respectful, professional, and considerate. The owners/managers are frequently in the office- they’re consistently finding new ways to improve the space and treat the members like real people. There are no additional fees for services that you’d expect to be included with a typical office (but aren’t with other co-working spaces, i.e. 24/7/365 access, use of conference rooms and booths, mail delivery, etc) and no hoops to jump through for access to these services. I can just show up, pick up my mail if I need to, take private calls when I need to, and be comfortable working my regular shifts.
It’s a smaller-scale operation and it’s evident that they’re choosing to keep it that way because it’s what works! And they’re right- I’d recommend 42west24 to anyone looking for a shared office space!

The 42 West 24th office space is an excellent short term and long term office and incubator space operated by great people. Connectivity is fast, the conference room is impressive, with a kitchen and multiple bath rooms, sound proof phone booths and the location is near many restaurants. This is a wonderful place to work and grow your business.

I rented this co working space for a month in NYC during the spring. I LOVED it, wish they had one here in SoFlo. The staff was very friendly, communication was on point, everything you need is there. It has an updated feel, they have a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, well isolated phone booths, comfortable desks and chairs, natural light. It’s quiet and bright and overall a great place to work in.
