Overall nice experience in the year I’ve lived here. The leasing agent was great and the building staff is all friendly and polite. I haven’t had many maintenance issues but when I have they’ve been handled quickly. The building has been under construction but they do a good job of giving residents a heads up when there may be disruptive noise. The biggest down side is the elevators. There are 3 total, including the maintenance elevator and with the exception of a couple months there have never been more than 2 operating. This often results in long wait times and crowded spaces. Once those are all up and working this will be a perfect building.

For your consideration:
This building has had nonstop construction for 3 years. Whether it’s the Rooftop that has been ‘promised’ countless times to be near its opening, or consistent hallway maintenance, the construction has not stopped for 3 years. Irrelevant to what anyone will tell you.
I guarantee you can find drilling on at least 2 floors every day, and it starts at 9am
Second, the elevator system is horrible. Truly horrible. Some of the worst elevators I’ve been inside. The ‘door close’ button isn’t real, it doesn’t work, and you have to press buttons twice in order for the machine to realize you’re pressing them.
The only plus is the kind doormen, but outside of that it’s horrible.
Also, if you care about gyms, their gym is fine. Its missing a lot of basic equipment (bench press, dumbbells over 50lbs, jump ropes) but the it’s not horrible.

While I haven't moved in yet, if the Management is any indication of the caliber of the building then this is an incredible place to live. I've lived in NYC for a while and have never encountered a more responsive, courteous, and smooth rental process then this one, especially during this challenging time. Erika and Raquel are not only great at what they do but they are also extremely easy to work with and nice. The apartment and building seem great as well and it looks like they're making further investments to upgrade the amenities and units that will no doubt add to the community
