I would have given 5 stars 🌟 for this very important site in history if not for the many vendors selling their knock off wears of the Cold War. It would be great to have it just as it is. In any case we loved being there as its another bucket list visit

Not much to see here really. But we didn't go into the museum. Outside there's a hut, cement bag wall and a lot of tourists. There's better locations to visit in Berlin

Interesting place to visit linked to the history of Germany. Do visit the black box on the corner. It has all interesting facts and stories about the time of cold war

BEWARE OF THE THE SYNDICATE HERE…..!!!

I witnessed a couple of tourists being robbed of their money by a syndicate comprising a couple ( well dressed) and other accompanying men.
They play a small game and attract attention of tourists.
They try to bet 50 Euros and take tourist in the game and then forcibly take money from tourists through a trap.
The syndicate members frequent the shops and cafés in the vicinity.
One of the Syndicate member disappeared in the cafe after robbing 150 Euros from a tourist.( Police entered the cafe and apprehended him)

One of the tourist called a Police and the syndicate vanished in seconds…!

The syndicate usually appear at evening time.

Be careful and don’t involve in any street play or talk to any strangers.

Take photos and enjoy the historical landmark.
Avoid the syndicate.
