We've been going to Schnitzel Kitchen for years. Everything is good, fresh, authentic & homemade! Everyone is welcoming & treats us like friends. I'm vegetarian and the Schnitzel is my favorite restaurant meal! My husband & our friends are never disappointed with the meat dishes either! Thanks, Heidi, for such a great place!
Maybe this place should just ditch the Groupon offers and lower their menu prices instead. I’m a little peeved that I dropped $225 on a dinner for three only to find out afterward that this place had discount options.
The schnitzel here was fork tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Although largely portioned, the stroganoff was rather bland. I’d recommend trying the German potato salad. The deserts here could use improvement. We did not finish the cream puff because the pastry’s texture more resembled a stone than a cream puff.
The owner of this establishment was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. We found the service responsive and efficient. However, (unless you are using Groupon), we found Grandpa Schnitzel offered better food at a much more reasonable price.

First rate German restaurant. Old world charm along with a tasty menu. Will go back again!
Enjoy some delicious and authentic german beer and food, minutes away from Siesta Key. Enjoy some delicious schnitzel with Heidi. A little kitschy with the owners dressed in traditional Bavarian dirndl and lederhosen with live music. Delicious!
Just an amazing experience with great and tasty authentic German cuisine. Interior design is pretty awesome to say the least.

We truly enjoyed a well prepared dinner with a cold “boot” of ale.
We finished our feast with an Apple strudel, and plumb cake (my new favorite desert now 😉).

My group of friends and I throughly enjoyed ourselves at the Schnitzel Kitchen last weekend. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed warmly, the atmosphere was comforting and fun, great music and the food was delicious! Our waiter was very helpful and attentive, and Heidi the owner was so delightful and sweet! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Schnitzel Kitchen, be willing to stay awhile, it’s an experience you won’t regret.
Hallo!! We had an absolute blast here. The ladies were hilarious, and they made feel as if we actually belonged. The schnitzel was amazing, the bratwurst was next to godliness, and oh man; the Black Forest cake was the stairway to the clouds! If you're in town, you have to stop in for a bite. You will NOT be disappointed!!
