Lots of things to do at a cost! Thus, it is pretty expensive as there seems to be a fee for everything including overpriced food. However there are some free activities so plan accordingly and do come early if you don’t want to spend hours lining up for rides. I would say dedicate a day to spend here, if not then buy the all week pass for $49 which is basically the price of 2days at the stampede…definitely a lot cheaper than buying them separately where it’s $23-$26 for single entry.
2023 stampede was great. The kids amusement park was less busy than the adults area. It’s worth getting the wrist band to get access to all rides. Parking in lot 10, lot 11/ 11 Ave would save at least 10 bucks than the stampede ground parking.
Love it some i wouldn’t recommend going on some rides because of nausea but if you like dizziness it’s fine and Tip: go on rides then eat food, Much better of a idea
It was the most fun I’ve had this year. The greatest show on earth definitely met the hype. Still in awe of the experience!
Really excited to share my first time experience at Calgary Stampede. 10 day mega event including different Rodeo events in afternoon and Derby race and night show at evening. Famously known as worlds largest Rodeo show stands up to its reputation. Really crowded and eventful grounds. Really liked the Rodeo event, the horse bucking, youth and kids rodeo events and ultimate show stopper Bull Bucking. Really enjoyed the show. The food festival and stalls was numerous. If you need enjoy the event plan for at least 2 days at stampede grounds.
Had awesome experiences here. The food prices are quite expensive now.
