I lived at Arcadia Place from Sept 2022 to Sept 2023… The property manager of the building (Joanne) was always professional, friendly, efficient and very expedient at addressing any concerns I encountered during my one year lease…. the building was always well maintained and clean, and my apartment had been freshly painted when I moved in. I would recommend this building and Joanne to anyone looking for a clean, decent, modern, and well cared for place to live in Edmonton.

I enjoyed my time renting with City Vibe Developments. I consistently received quick responses from staff when I contacted them with questions. My suite was stunning and I rented it at a great value. The property itself was well taken care of. I would highly recommend living here.

Unbelievable customer service my daughter and I went to the Evanston location to look at her renting a apartment. The lady working here was so professional and friendly . She came from the hospitality industry before this job . You guys are lucky to have her. Answered all my daughters question . Was approved the next day. Such a better expense with these guy compared to the other places we had looked at.

Very unprofessional. They have one number listed to call and they don’t pick up. The voice mail box is full. They said they would update us on the construction of the units the following week which they did not, once I reached out they said our application as denied. We are more than qualified to rent from them. But glad we aren’t because of the management.

Very bad experience, all letters which I receive from admin, contain only orderly or abusive language, no respect to tenant. Admin genetically deficient of communication skills and empathy.

extremely poor communication. embarrassing amounts of spelling and grammatical errors in minimal communication. i’m very disappointed in my experience trying to rent with this company.

I lived at Lakeside at Yorkville in South Calgary for a year and loved it! The apartments were new, modern and energy efficient! My Enmax bill was about $8 (yes, only 8 dollars) a month for a single person in a 3 bedroom apartment during the spring to fall months, when little temperature variation was needed (aka it wasn't cold so I would not have to put the heat on). The balcony was spacious and comfortable for many an evening sit! The views were great! The area was peaceful, clean and safe. The noise level was low and I barely heard my neighbours, even though it was more of a wooden structure frame to the building. The gym room was most convenient and the heat underground parking was SO WORTH IT! I would highly recommend the extra cost which is very cheap compared to other parking fees I have personally paid at other rentals (one other was as high as $128 extra a month!). I found tenants friendly, quiet and respectful of each other. I never had any issues living here! And if/when I did have a minor concern, the management team.... was outstanding in their response! Bettina, the main manager, cares for the place like it was her own personal home! Never have I ever lived in a place with such dedicated and devoted management (and I have moved 10 times in the city of Calgary, so lived in a lot of places). Bettina was approachable, kind, caring and took every concern seriously to support and help the tenant, even when the situation was not an easy solve. She would email tenants on a regular bases in order to inform all of changes, developments or recommendations. She was on top of issues so there was never a delay in things being fixed, etc. I found the place safe and secure; never worrying about my personal safety. All in all, a great place to live and I would highly recommend it for anyone, just based on the management alone!
