Lakeside at Yorkville by City Vibe Developments

I recently relocated back to Calgary from Kelowna, while looking online for a place to rent a friend recommended we look at renting a place at yorkville, I'm so happy we did, our suite is small but it's perfect for us and our pooch! ! Bettina has been fabulous to work with along with her assistant who's always smiling whenever I see him hard at work keeping our building clean! Thanks for all you do!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about CityVibe & BETTINA, the Community Manager. Dealing with Bettina was always a breeze, as she’s just always incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive! When I get back from my travels, I don’t want to rent with anyone but CityVibe!!

So far so good. Just moved my in-laws in and all has been well so far. Bettina (The Community Manager) has been absolutely excellent. Very responsive and pleasant to work with.

I have never received a better apartment service like that of City Vibe's.

Lived in the 3000 building since it opened for occupancy and loved it! Nice suites with a good view and the building has a quiet and mature demographic overall. Landscaping is really nice, it will be beautiful when the trees get their leaves again and the new park is finished.

My favorite part of the unit was the VTAC ventilation system - it's nice to have heat and ac without the bulky radiators, plus you can bring in fresh air even when it's too cold to open a window.

Bettina at the leasing office is amazing, I had to end my lease early and she was great to work with as she had been for other things like maintenance requests and to add a parking space to my lease. Would absolutely recommend this or one of the other City Vibe complexes with the same style to a friend!

Spent a year here. The place was quite enjoyable. I would have stayed for a long time if I wasn't moving cities! Bettina was fantastic to deal with. She is so sweet and kind and made sure the place was kept in order. I would live here again!

We really enjoy the location and the quick access to shopping in Silverado, Walden and Legacy. The manager, Bettina, is very dedicated and she really cares about building a community for all the tenants. The building is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There is a good mix of singles, young families and seniors.
