Rent It Furnished

Had a wonderful experience with Rent It Furnished. Despite being new to the country Greg and Marina helped me make a seamless transition and find the right accommodation for myself. But above all, they are both very pleasant people! 5 stars.

I needed a furnished flat in downtown Toronto for 7 months and found one that looked ideal on the Rent It Furnished website. Greg from RIF has been immensely helpful in working out an agreement with the property owner that is fair to both sides and within my budget in an overheated market. RIF answered all my questions promptly and in detail, convinced the property owner that I would make a trustworthy tenant who deserves a good deal, moved the paperwork quickly, and helped this newcomer to Canada take a major - and intimidating - step with minimum fuss.

I got very lucky with my choice of real estate agent. Thank you, Greg and Rent It Furnished.

Tried to connect with Rex and the Toronto team several times as I was quite keen on renting a condo with them. The initial call seemed promising as there were numerous condos listed as ‘available immediately’ on the site. However I received only one further email from them essentially saying they had reached out to a number of landlords and actually none of the dozen or so I was asking about were actually available. I then tried to email them at least 3 more times over a few weeks to ask about alternate options or condos listed as available in the next few months and I received no reply whatsoever and was basically ghosted!
Extremely unprofessional and a very disappointing experience. It is a wonder how they are still in business and obviously inventory is not accurate- don’t waste your time here and go to a professional realtor instead. Fast forward more than 6 weeks later- the same condos I had enquired about I still see listed on their site as ‘immediately available’.

I had a very positive experience working with Rent It Furnished in Toronto. Andrew Mikhailov helped my family rent a beatiful condo in Downtown area fast and easy. He quickly arranged a showing and followed us through all the steps from finding the best option to the moment when everything was ready for the move-in. Andrew is very responsive and professional. He provided a detailed information about all the listings we had chosen. I will refer that agent to all my friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Salvati! I live in LA and needed an apartment in Toronto for 6 months. We immediately found my DREAM LOFT within my budget!!! The apartment wasn’t available until a month after my arrival, but Michelle contacted the landlord and was able to lockdown the move in date I needed! She continues to go far and beyond to make me happy! It was hard not being there to see the unit, but Michelle volunteered to video call me for a walkthrough. She is quick to respond, energetic, ambitious, funny, kind and will go out of her way to make you satisfied. Even though I’ve signed my lease, Michelle and I still text each other and we will become good friends when I officially move to Toronto! Super happy customer!

I have contacted Rent it Furnished for a rental in June 2020 and they have been very responsive. I have dealt with Janice regularly and she did help me to make sure everything is fine. I needed some help with certain repairs at home and Janice has been able to arrange everything in a quick manner. I am extremely happy that I have chosen rent it furnished. I would definitely recommend the company and Janice is amazing.

We have used RentitFurnished to manage our property for over seven years. They have always found us good tenants. Marina has been a very excellent and attentive property manager. She takes great care of our tenants and our property, and brings us lots of pro-active suggestions to keep us safe.
