Okinawa Restaurant

If I could give it a -10 I would we sat and waited over 40 min and not a single waitor came and even asked if we wanted a drink… every one passed by our table over and over and none even came to us I tried to call a waitor felt ignored we continue to wait and see if anyone would come and no one ever did only when we stood a girl came and asked if we ate ! Almost as a joke when we have an empty table and she clearly sat us down and no one came to take our order . Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant

And it was the worst service I ever experienced.

Reserved a table online with confirmation
Arrive to the restaurant exactly as requested and there was no host to greet.
Waited 10 minutes outside for a host that just didn’t arrive.
Took matter to my own hands and went inside to check where was the host.
Saw her sitting at the bar with the manager talking and with no interest to work. Asked politely to be seated at the table we reserved
So the manager himself finally took us to our table outside.

We got our menu’s and waited 35 minutes at the table to get a service that just didn’t came
No one even to asked us if we wanted anything to drink not to mention eat!

We stood up left
And we will never come back again!

The food didn’t arrive in the right order we had the main course for some of us and the starter for the others. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the rest of the food. I never got my main course. We had to take off the dishes by ourself because the the waitress didn’t get to us for 45 minutes. She didn’t serve us water after three time we asked.
It’s expensive, not so good and the service is a disaster.

The place is quite small but very cute. However, not worth it for the food. The sushi had 0 taste and it felt like eating prepackaged food from the supermarket. If you know good sushi this is not the place to eat. The waiters were friendly

Sushi specials were actually special, high variety in the menu. Great location and service. We had a really good time

The sushi was fresh, and very yummy. Ambiance is very cool, and it’s located in a very neat neighborhood.
The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the service. The service wasn’t terrible, but for the price of the meal, it was far too fast paced. The restaurant was only about 60% full, so I would
Have liked our sushi not to all come out at once.

We really enjoyed a great tasty dinner, for a reasonable price. The starters got to our table last, but it didn't matter on that case.
