Overall it is not ranking of five star hotel!
Room service and reception were awful.
Not recommended at all.

It was a magnificent hotel a long time ago, but now it's just an old hotel that I personally regret booking.
I didn't like the staff behavior from the hospitality perspective. It's like they don't understand they are in the tourism industry. They simply don't know how to welcome guests here.
The room cleaning isn't good enough. You can easily see dirt and stain all over the walls. Even the furniture is worn out and dirty because they are so old. I'm wondering how this hotel is a 5-star hotel?

If there was a possibility to rate 0 stars I would rate it for zero. Rooms are not clean, equipment is destroyed. Price around 45 Euro per night for such disaster is scandalous. It looks like last renowation (or painting) was 40-some years ago. Only good thing is localisation, but you can easly find cheaper and much better hotel in this area. I feel scammed. Totally not recommended.

Hotel was too much old for that price. They dont care to invest into renovation and services.I was here in 2013 and till 2023 nothing changed.Bed was uncomfortable and in bathroom wasn't any towel for shower.
Tube was dirty.And important thing was that i couldn't charge my smartphone,non of the electric plug ins were working. I dont recommend this hotel.

Don't beleive the BIG LIE. It is not the 5 star. Worst hotel ever. I booked a room for 2 nights ( on June 15th ) The air conditioning is not cooling at all and it is terribly hot. I called and complained but they are not responsive. They just mentioned they are working on it but nothing changed.
We were not able to sleep. I started calling them8 and Finally at 2:00 AM , they changed the room.

It's definitely not a 5-star quality. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in Tehran with a nice view, but unfortunately, customer service, quality management, and information sharing by personnel are awful. I booked a suite with three beds, but the offered room didn't have the promised basic services such as boiler, tea bag, and coffee powder in the room. The air-conditioning in level 12 had an issue, and the staff was not as supportive and responsive as you expected in a 5-star hotel. After some discussion, I noticed that level 11 rooms was renovated, and when you buy a ticket from a third parties such as Alibaba, they are not giving up level 11 rooms or at least that was their justification for my case. They said if guests talk to Hotel's staff directly before booking and asking for good room, they allocate level 11, which seems very ad-hoc to me and definitely not a good way of dealing with customer. They said they are going to renovate other levels, but it will take some time.
Overall, the hotel has lots of potential, but poor management made it a medium/low quality accommodation with poor customer service. Hope this comment cause quality improvement in the future.
