Crescent Park is one of of my favorites in the city of New Orleans. There is over a mile of paved, smooth, walk or running track. Multiple beautiful gardens line the walkways. There is a dog park, free parking lot and some of the best views of the city that you will find.
Such a beautiful escape from the wild of the Quarter yet surprisingly within decent walking distance from it as well. Beautifully designed and a nice walk along the water while taking in the flowers. Best during weekdays when it is absolutely calm and serene. Very spacious and accessible and dog friendly. Downside are no restrooms at all.

Nice park along the river with paved biking, skating, running, walking trail. Dog park is good sized, with water Bowls available, though the water is outside the fence.
Great walk and view. Loved the area labeled wharf on the fence. The benches had cool quotes!
Very nice park along the river with quite a bit of interesting statues, lighting, gardening and views along fairly decently long walking paths.
The Mississippi is amazing seen from the shore along Crescent Park! On the Fourth of July a great music lineup and fireworks brought locals and tourists out for a spectacular evening!
