First time writing any reviews. Had to write this one!
Went into this store today. Entered the store politely and when a sales encountered me, I smiled and said hello- like typical customer. Then I tried on a fury jacket and the sales person said “yeah this jacket can also be reversible”, while I went to check it out on the mirror. Then immediately, I heard softly as she walks away, “if you know what reversible means”. I didn’t believe what I just heard. My brother and I both looked at each other, then we both confirmed that is what we heard she said. What type of customer service is this?! I would have bought something that day, but I don’t think that store deserves my purchase anymore. Quality and style is great, but sadly - ruined by the sales person who has blonde highlights. Period.
