I don't know where is the utc aerospace systems I guess Collin aerospace centre

Very noisy place. 24 hours, there is noise of machines. They have made life hell for surrounding residential apartments.

Bengaluru no. 1 company. Very good facilities and safety

Good workplace Plan your trips to avoid peak hours as the traffic will harass you Also fill your petrol tank

The worst experience I had when I went for walk in drive, It wasn't for freshers but for candidates with above 3 to 12 years of experience for different positions in operations department.
Not well organized, the mess starts from security gate itself, People going from both the sides towards security to submit government proof and collect pass to get inside were struggling to come out with pass. There were no one to suggest to be in queue.
At least interviewers would have noticed the situation and advised the security to do pass distribution in organized way but none did.
I would suggest not to go for any walk in drives.
You have good reputation please try to maintain it.
Next time for walk in drive please complete the procedure of issuing passes online to make the interview process smooth for candidates.
