My daughter had a horrible experience! She went to get her stiches out and was sent home and told to return the next day (even though she had an appointment) because they were understaffed. The nurse was extremely rough taking out her stiches without wearing gloves. When my daughter told her it hurt, she then grabbed her hand and intentionally pressed on her wound and asked if that hurt. Very unprofessional and has NO business being in the care profession! I would NOT recommend this facility.
Veterans Administration has this agency approved for urgent care services. Called the VA and got the contact information, went there, saw the doctor, some tests and treatment, all done by 9:30 AM.
Dr. Yucht seemed very competent and collected complete information about the incident that sent me there. He did a hands on physical exam of the problem area then xrays to verify there were no additional unseen problems. Dr. and staff were all cheerful and tried to provide assistance throughout the process.
There is a pharmacy right next door and the Dr's office phoned in my prescription and arranged for direct payment by the VA. This process failed at the pharmacy end. Since it was a single inexpensive prescription I just paid direct instead of taking up everyone's time to sort it out.
Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Save your money and stay away from this place! The first time I came here a year ago they were great, staff was very friendly and attentive. I just went for the second time today for a persistent cough and they charged me $500 for absolutely nothing. The doctor came in, asked me a couple questions and prescribed me essentially allergy medicine, Flonase and Allegra. They then proceeded to try and charge me $500 WITH INSURANCE and on the receipt it is listed as “high mdm”. For those who don’t know this means that it took a high level of complexity to diagnose me. They didn’t even do any tests they asked me 3 questions!! All they want is your money and when I tried to ask why it was so expensive they fed me a line about insurance and how they’re a private practice. Stay away!
This was my 2nd time there. Patient care was stellar. Check in east, nurse was extremely informative. Dr Yucht saw my daughter at 7pm and you’d think she was his first patient, very informative, excellent bed side manner , just really put her at ease. She had a viral throat infection and lost her voice. She was anxious about it and a little scared. Dr Yucht put that to rest quickly. I’m grateful for the care we received especially as an after hours walk in
