Great place to experience movies. Staff seemed freindly and welcoming. Seating is awesome. Parking is never a problem.

Family night out! There's not a better place to watch a movie than AMC Tustin Legacy. They have the best seats, popcorn, vegan "chicken" nuggets, and an endless choice of beverages.
It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

This place was super clean and had a bunch of options no matter what you wanted to do for the day/night. I went to the AMC movie theaters to watch the new Exorcist film Believer. The seating here was ridiculously comfortable and not only a reclined option but also heating! These plush leather seats have great lumbar support and why dials which is great for me especially being handicapped and all... The movie theater itself was surprisingly clean the entire theater was immaculate and the service was great! Everyone working here treated you with kindness and sincerity and if you had a question they were sure to make your experience great and memorable!

I usually come to this theater for all our movies. Sometimes getting parking here is difficult. The theater is kept clean and the staff are polite. They have a recliner and most of the time their controllers do not work. Not a comfortable recliner though. Altogether the theater is good

Really nice Prime theater seats and sound but the seat controls suck.

The touch controls need haptic feedback so you don't have to look to see if you activated them. The touch is hard to activate and you can't feel your way to the correct touch area in the dark with your head back.

This is usually my go-to movie theatre, but today I had an experience that just left me overall unsatisfied and unhappy. I placed an order with a cashier for some impossible nuggets, and I was told to wait by the counter where food is served as it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Before heading over to the counter, I noticed another friend at the theater, and stopped to talk to her for 2-3 minutes directly in front of the food stand, where my cashier could easily have spotted me. That was no problem, so afterward, my friends and I walk over to that counter and wait there for approximately 15-20 minutes. Within the first few minutes, another man behind the counter comes up to me and asks me what I was waiting on, and I said some impossible nuggets, to which he nodded and moved on. As we reach the 20 minute mark, I call over a woman behind the stand and ask her to check on my food. I have several other friends that can also attest to her response: she told me that my card declined and that, since I simply walked away and never came back, they just canceled my order. I asked her why nobody felt it necessary to tell me that my order was canceled when I was standing by the counter for 20 minutes, but she simply kept on repeating that I walked away and my card didn't go through so they canceled my order. At this point, we were around 10 minutes late to our movie, so I just let it slide, said whatever, and went into my movie. But overall, my AMC experience was thoroughly ruined by this employee's disgraceful manner in handling this situation overall. While I am upset by this interaction, I still acknowledge that this theater, as a whole, is one of the best ones in the area. I just highly advise you to ask for a receipt from your cashier with each of your orders to avoid this frustrating encounter.
