Clean! Efficient! Kind! Quick and actually treated the problem! Dr. Lai, Andres and the front desk lady were great!! Everyone explained as my visit went along what was happening, the capabilities of the facility, estimated times, and potential future concerns. I never was sitting there, just wondering. I was on my way in an hour! I even got a follow-up call from the doctor the next day to check my status. I NEVER experienced that from an Urgent care facility! Couldn't recommend more highly!!
I had my first visit this evening and found it to be helpful and pleasant. The front staff was efficient in navigating my insurance coverage and the wait time was reasonable. The doctor provided helpful guidance with monitoring my condition and potential next steps if it didn't improve. I left with peace of mind.
Around 6pm on 11/12 Rude African American lady at the front desk at this location. I ask if I can use the restroom. I have medical conditions and show her my card they say they are not required to let me use the bathroom. She kept saying for customers only. She Ignore my medical records and threaten to call security on me. Once I stated I’m going to sue. So I guess this place will let pregnant ladies use bathroom or themselves or let someone bleed to death. You got be customer for them to help you. I’m looking into filing a complaint
I got in at about 11:30am on a Monday, and myself and one other patient were there at the time. Within about 10 minutes they had me in an exam room, and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. Staff was extremely nice, and went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with the best quality of care! I hope I don’t have to go back to an urgent care, but if I do, I would drive out of my way to come back to this one!
I went to the Torrance Exer Urgent care for the first time today. Very impressed. Personnel was very friendly but professional. I was seen timely by a doctor who listened
to me and gave me excellent care. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again and can highly recommend them.

My specialist moved out of the area and all others have a 3 month wait time for an appointment, so I needed to get an RX refilled, so came here.
I came on a Fri afternoon and no one was waiting. The front desk receptionist was not the friendliest- no smile. She also charged me double my copay. I told her that was not my normal copay. She then just charged me my normal copay without any apology for the error, That was annoying.
Once she finished checking me in, there was someone waiting to walk me back to a room. That’s a great feeling not to have to wait! He did vitals, then Dr came in and he was pleasant and very helpful. He aaa also quick. I was out of there in less than 10 min and my RX was waiting at the pharmacy.
Medical care was fantastic.
Admin part: Can I please have a smile? Please charge me the right copay. Thanks.

We were seen quickly and the appropriate tests completed to determine what needed to be done. The front desk staff is great, friendly and capable. The medical staff is efficient, friendly and explains procedure and diagnosis. Very happy we chose this urgent care.
