This was my family and I first time on the Santa's Cruise. The youngest was a 5 year old and the oldest was a 70 year old. We all enjoyed ourselves and plan to attend next year with even more family. Absolutely beautiful!
Incredible tour with tons of information and details. The colors and views were amazing. It was a great guided tour on a lovely boat that really shows the splendor of the lake. Will be back for more tours in the future. Highly Recommend!
My wife and I came up for a extended weekend and decided to finish it with the brunch cruise. After a rough start to the weekend with weather , Sunday turned out to be a great day and the cruise as well ! We were seated on the upper deck of the Grand Belle . The food was wonderful , the service was superband the views were awesome!We were lucky enough to have calm waters and a beautiful day ! Will definitely be back again to enjoy another cruise !
Did the shoreline tour w the Blackpoint Mansion walking tour. Highly recommend, boat operators were great & had interesting backgrounds of houses we viewed on the shore. At the mansion, the docents were knowledgeable & interesting. We were split up into 4 manageable groups. Lovely view of the fall colors. My only suggestion is have some of the quieter docents wear a microphone, or wait until all group members are gathered round, so that we can all hear the info.
We had such a great experience aboard the Lake Geneva Cruise Line yesterday. It was a gorgeous October day, the Ice cream was delicious and the scenery was outstanding. However, the hospitality made it the Best. The captain was funny as he gave us all the information for our tour and the young 16 year old tour guide was so impressive with how well she shared about the beautiful homes and their history behind them. All in all it was a very nice trip and we will be back. We brought our friends who were visiting from South Carolina. Hoping to catch the Sunday Brunch tour next season. We all loved it.

My husband and I took the full lake boat tour and was thrilled with the entire experience: the information was so interesting, the ride was so enjoyable, and the trees were beautiful! We rode on the top deck which was a little chilly but had a much better view than the lower deck and the open air just felt like fall! And thumbs up for having hot chocolate at the bar!! That's one thing I definitely look forward to when visiting Lake Geneva is a boat tour on Geneva Lake.
Even with the spike in ticket prices over the years especially after COVID hit and the minimum wage hike implemented, the boat tours are worth it.
This past July during the week of Independence Day, got around to taking our boys on the ice cream social tour in which case obviously they loved the ice cream but much less interested in looking at expensive houses.
The size, design and prices of some of these massive houses is jaw-dropping and it's amazing who some of the owners were way back when.
Lake Geneva goes down as one of the very best destinations to visit in WI and is a real treat for us Illinoisans who want a quick getaway from the flatland.
