KL Central Market is a bustling indoor marketplace.
There are plenty of arts and crafts shops as well as places to eat and drink.
There’s something for everyone here from cheap touristy items like fridge magnets and postcards to more expensive art pieces by local artists.
For architecture enthusiasts the Art Deco building is of interest.

If you wanna buy antiques and jewellery, this is probably one of the best places in KL to do so. However if you're looking to get more clothes and stuff, you're better off going to petaling St instead.
It has a nice food court with a variety of options and it's indoors so you don't have to worry too much about the heat :).

Basically a market where we can find many many kind of souvenirs and local foods or delicacies. The place is clean and comfortable to walk around either to find your things or to window shop. The souvenirs have good qualities and reasonable prices. One thing you should prepare of when driving a car there is to find parking spot due to the very limited number of it.
The place represents prominent old commercial centre of KL which has some of the old crafts under its roof. The place is old and has a shopping centre vibe. It's very different from the modern Malls and Commercial centre. One will find handicrafts and other non branded clothing. There are few good shops but the prices are on the higher side. For the same item there are multiple rates. The quality of the Clothes here is just acceptable but highly overpriced.

The place has been refurbished recently. The atmosphere is better now. The food at the food court is great. The stalls are stocked with a variety of souvenirs. Worth visiting if you are visiting KL for the first time.
Just the whole vibe of Central Market really makes me feel like a tourist every time I come here. If you're there must try the Kakao Choc Drinks. My kids love it too there. So many cool things for them to explore.
Finally revisited this place after its renovation. Lots of fun local stores and weekend market. I love their stationery stores, we can send postcards and I bought several items. Ample of places to take beautiful pictures. This place has become so clean and fresh. Would definitely come again some day. #supportlocal
Good place to go for local souvenirs. There are handcrafted items, leather shoes, bags, belts, wallets, clothes, etc. almost everything you want.
You maybe lucky to get some entertainment in the evening or night. There are also eateries where you can grab your meal.

Nice place, neat, not too crowded, the concept with the annex kinda unique, a little retro vibes. Few choices of culinary, little cafes with unique interior, cute and delicious desserts, but no too many traditional food here. Perfect place for a stroll.
I loved Central market, it’s actually really central everytime I stroll around the city I found myself by the Central Market lol.

Really enjoyed wondering around the many shops can buy clothes, coffee, cakes souvenirs, groceries etc. top floor had food court with many foods to chose from. Nice exhibition of the history of the market, was quite busy and had a nice atmosphere, definitely worth a visit
Took my mom there a few days ago. She hadn’t been there since 1979! We had a great time. Scored some tasty local coffee and chocolates when we were there. Worth a visit for foreign visitors and a must visit for Malaysians 👌🏻

Pleasantly surprised by the activity at the Central Market. There were a lot more activities and the place looks significantly more vibrant than a year ago. I am delighted that there were lots of local sellers and products being offered. Prices seems very reasonable hence good for locals as well as tourist.

The central market ate very crowded with tourists and local residence 🌺 the vibe here is vibrant. Lots of jelwery and souvenir stores. Food stores are on second floor. This market i believe is a tourist attraction. The interior looks amazing with the flags. Great check-in spot ❤️

Very lively during weekend especially if got event here. Nice place to bring your family here. Accessible using public transport (very near to lrt masjid jamek) Near to textile museum and kuala lumpur library. Can prepare cash cause some sellers there preferred cash only

It's much better and b'ful to see from outside than to go inside to get the view around from the top. To get the best views of the city, go to KL tower(Menara KL) instead.
In the daytime, the twin towers look just like usual buildings, but the real beauty is at night when it glows.

What a lovely high raise building with lovely park on the both sides n as well as the shopping mall below.
Night visit would be so lovely..with fabulous view of the bright tower in every curve...lovely dance fountain water with music...will regret if you miss it out when you visit KL.

The highlight of KL at night,which is why KL is also affectionately called the City of Lights. A wonder in its own right,one can only admire the sheer beauty and elegance of these twin towers as they light up from top to bottom. You cannot simply miss a photo opportunity be it under the towers or in the observation deck right at the pinnacle.

If you have been to the top of any tall tower in the world, you can safely skip going to the observation deck or the bridge connecting the two towers. There is nothing extraordinary even at night; you can save the hefty RM99 per person ticket charges.

Iconic, must see building for all tourists and locals. This is only my second time coming here and I didn't realize how majestic the building is. The back of the building is beautiful too.

We went there on a very less crowded Sunday afternoon and it was a good experience. The heritage buildings create a picture perfect backdrop and since it was the week of National day, there were huge flags all over which made even more grand. It's a place to visit when you have additional time on hands after all the essential sight seeing is done in KL. Nevertheless a very interesting and historically important site to visit. Don't forget to take ride on an electric beam scooter on the open road, it's fun and heaven for reel creators :D
Loved the place.. initially I was skeptical if we should go to the top since what can we view from there if all that is to see is the twin towers itself. But I was proven wrong.. the suspended bridge connecting the 2 towers and being there is a surreal experience. Then going atop to 86th floor and viewing the city from there is a brilliant experience. The tickets are expensive but totally worth the price. The merchandise at the shop is reasonably priced and good quality. Lot of pictures clicked and left with happy memories!
Tickets are sold slotwise and sometimes the online shop says sold out but the actual counter has some slots left. We went there in the morning without much expectations to get a ticket since online said sold out but we were pleasantly surprised to get 2:30 PM slot. The team there allocates few minutes at each spot and then you have to move to the next level.

It's truly beautiful. Do remember to bring your umbrellas and drinks to keep yourselves protected from the sun and heat. Roads are sealed off for tourists to take pictures, and there are signboards providing information about the past.

It is not the tallest building in KL anymore but still very popular to tourists. We had to purchase tickets there, adults and kids pay, no prams or big bags allowed. made everyone in the group line up by two’s to fit in the small lift/elevator, that was a bit claustrophobic. The lifts were quick to go up and down. They divided people in groups as per booking time and you get a color

It feels good coming back here after 12 years 😆 I even came twice (day and evening) during my 4-day trip to Malaysia.
The trip to KL would not be complete without a visit to the world's tallest twin towers. The view of skyscrapers is utterly startling, especially at night with all the lights.

One of the tallest buildings in the world, the symbol of Malaysia! The site is always full of visitors because of its fame, so you should expect huge crowds taking photos. The retailers inside are pretty cool

I had the chance to visit the Petronas Twin Towers in KL, and while the tickets were a bit pricey and required advance purchase, the experience was quite enjoyable. We timed it for sunset, which added to the beauty of the view. The cityscape from the bridge was stunning and offered a unique perspective.
However, a small downside was the staff's persistence in pushing us to buy a family picture they had taken. While it dampened the experience a bit, it didn't overshadow the overall positive impression.

A great place to visit. A lot of activities at night time and a great view for pictures. It is advised to take public transportation as the road may be closed for event and also congested during normal times. There are multiple spots for pictures, IG stories or other photography uses.
I bought the tickets for the experience in advance and they cost around 20 dollars per person. The tour is guided and lasts around 45 mins, I would loved to be able to stay more in the observation deck, but I understand why it's that way to give everyone the chance to experience it as well

If the weather is too sunny, the reflections of the sun rays could be a little annoying. The second stop is the observation deck which is located on the 86th floor at a whopping 370m above the ground, the views of the city were magnificent

A lovely historical place to visit! In our first impressions walk we were pleasantly surprised by the vast open field that has a very interesting history! The area was being prepared for the Independence Day for the end of the month. Very impressive buildings Best to book in advance particularly if you want to go in the evening when the towers and whole area is lit up with the fountains below going off too. We paid to go on two different floors . One where the towers join and walk across 34 th floor and then went up to the 84th floor. We had great views of Kuala Lumpur as it was such a beautiful weather outside. The building are incredible and very unique. Definitely worth a visit . Cost us 135 RM

The building of Twin Tower really makes my jaws drop. Its really cool and highly recommend place to visit

The Petronas Tower are the world's tallest twin skyscrapers and remind the tallest building in Malaysia .Symbolic in design of both Malaysian and Islamic culture,and it's a best tourist place.
One of (if not THE most) iconic set of buildings in Malaysia. Headquarters of PETRONAS - the country's national energy company. A popular place that tourists like to go to for the lookout point on the connecting bridge between the twin towers. Tickets can be obtained at the concourse level which is the set of escalators that heads down from the main lobby area

Open space surrounded with old shops terrace with British design. Converted to esplanade with water fountain, seatings & couple of swings. Friday & Weekend lots of cheap local food hawkers around this space. Located between Pasar Seni/Central Market & River of Life KL. Highly recommendable to visit this area 4pm to 9pm especially on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

They should redesign the square. Maybe more benches overlooking the clock tower. New tile scheme. One medium sized instagrammable art installation. Shop lots turned into cafe, gallery & backpackers lane. That would further rejuvenate the area.

The Medan Pasar is what used to be the old market square until it was moved to the nearby central market. Nowadays, the square still preserves vestiges of the old market by the concentration of banks surrounding the square. The square is okay for historical reasons and the middle of the square has the Old Market Square Clock Tower landmark of the city. Otherwise there’s not much to see around the square and the shops aren’t all that interesting either. You’ll likely pass the square at some point because of its proximity to Chinatown, Merdeka Square, Masjid Jamek etc and all the attractions around it.

Nice open place. Good for all with swings for both child and adults. There is a clock tower in the centre and a big compass emblem on the marble walkway. Evening, this place is lighted up. At times temporary stalls are set up in the area.
