Food is good, service is good. I found a hair in my butter (that comes with the bread) and asked my waitress for a new plate of bread and butter because of it. She was really nice about it and brought me another plate of bread (I really hope they didn’t just replace the butter or remove the long strand of hair) and they took some money off my bill because of it. I would still go back because I think they actually care about customers.

There was 15 of us on a Monday night 8 were children. It took a long time for the food to come out,i boxed mine up when it came out.
The food was decent the next day.
The employees were courteous.

First, let me say, I've dined in at this restaurant and had mostly good experiences. Tonight, we decided to do a take out order. The woman who took my order was clearly not having a good day. I asked for the Chicken Parm Pizza Style and asked if it could be prepared with all Alfredo sauce. She said yes, and I told her that's how I wanted it. We also ordered two slices of cheesecake. After a while, I decided to go back to the register and confirm she changed the sauce on the order because it's not reflected on the receipt. She assures me it's correct in the system.
Eventually, I get called to pick up my order. Initially, she gave me someone named "Michelle's " food. When I got the bag with my name on it, I only confirmed that there was a tray with food and the two slices. I should have checked it while in the restaurant because It did have red sauce. When I tried calling, I asked for a manager, and they hung up. I called right back twice, and they didn't want to answer. They did answer one of the times, and they said I reached Cohoes. The last call, I tell them I had a problem with my order. Why did the person say "I'm trying to locate a manager". Which tells me, you have caller ID and was trying not to deal with me. This was confirmed when i was placed on hold then hung up on.
Although my family enjoyed the food, I don't appreciate being played with.

So this is my second Cheesecake Factory that I’ve been too and the food. Oh my word, it was so delicious I’d definitely be going again to try different food but this food was just so amazing

Me and my lover had an amazing time at the cheese cake factory! 😉 Our server Mia was so incredible! She helped us out so nicely 😋 she recommended the Tex mex egg roles and we both fell in love 😻 We finished with the Bacon-Bacon cheeseburger and Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and we could NOT have been more satisfied 😜 we left VERY happy with our food AND our service 😉🤰

T h e food was not as we were told it should be. A party of 11 persons, only two persons enjoyed their meals, the salmon meal and the baby back ribs. Their menu has lamb on it, but I was told they don't serve it anymore, then remove it from the menu. Some of the drinks we ordered were watered down (my opinion). We had to ask for it to be made over. The bar be que chicken the fries the t-bone steak and other items we ordered were overly salted so we just let it stay on the table, you get tired of asking them to do items over. We spent over $300.dollars and did not enjoy our Friday night get-together meal. Don't know if they were having a bad day or maybe working a double shift that night, but it did not work out for us. I forgot to mention that they have a great Mac and cheese.

Service was great, very attentive; The med rare filet steak literally melts in your mouth. Mac n cheese was smoked, creamy and delicious; I’d recommend a fresh side to cut through the richness of the meat and cheese flavors.

My husband has been here several times I tried there appetizers which were all . Corn riblets were so good. , crab dip was good , Tex mex egg rolls. Hubby had the jamabalaya rice and we lemon drop and patron margarita

The staff here ate really nice and the place has a very nice atmosphere. The serving sizes are huge!!! I couldn't finish it all. The food is good and filling.

A superior total experience at this Longhorn restaurant. Our waitress, Naomi, deserves a medal for her performance! ♥️✌️

Strangest “curbside” service I’ve ever experienced. Says there’s a separate curb side number, there’s not. Says they’ll text when your order is ready, they won’t. Says it’s curbside, it’s walk up. You have to stand outside the door and hope the hostess makes eye contact with you and maybe you’ll get your order. There’s a hoard of doordashers outside, regular customers get lumped in with them and it takes forever to get your order. Finally got my cheesecakes, opened the bag and they were smeared all over the containers. Unacceptable.

Went out to eat with my man. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait. I gave the maitre d my cell number and sat down outside and waited. I didn't receive a text at all. After the 30 minutes past I went back up to the maitre d and told her I never received a text. Apparently we were bounced off the list. Also my cell number was taken down wrong. So she puts us back at the top and says give it a couple more minutes. After a couple more minutes, my bf is getting annoyed and so am I. I go back up to the maitre d. She says just go up to the front and you'll get a table. We finally did get a table but that colored our experience. The food was good but service wasn't up to par if I'm honest. I get that it was a Saturday but I do feel like there needs to be more organization. Not sure I'll be back to that location. The one in downtown DC I actually like..

Hands down the WORST Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. The only good thing was the bread and butter were warm. One of their most popular dishes, Chipotle Chicken Pasta was dry and inedible. Best part of the pasta is the delicious sauce and it came dry and crusty.The Cobb Salad was disgusting and it came pre-dressed instead of on the side. Soggy, old lettuce and not proportioned correctly regarding the toppings. I spent ten minutes picking out the rotten leaves! The only thing that we ate was the Mac and Cheese balls but those are hard to mess up.

Service was strange—server was clearly having a day so let it go and just got out of there. No point in complaining when they are so severely understaffed. For a casino location? Come on. All the food went straight in the trash.

If you are craving Cheesecake Factory, go somewhere else. Anywhere else, really.

It met all the expectations I had for it! As a sports bar franchise, the menu is large with mostly "americcan fare" and mixed flavor inspiration. My partner was excited to go to show me the yards (though neither of us were in the mood to drink).

Food was fine. Flavors didn't rock my world but everything was cooked well and I think it was priced fine. I got the poke nachos with the sauces on the side. They served it to me separated by ingredients which I appreciated.

I will say that despite it not being busy, it took a long time to get our food, water, and our check. Perhaps staff was training or someone called out? Might want to consider that if you're dining on a schedule.

Nice casual spot at the mall with good food. I had lunch with my 6 and 2-yr olds and they enjoyed it. I liked being able to order an appetizer via the table kiosk soon after being seated and it came out really fast, which was nice to get something right away for hungry kids. The bavarian pretzel was huge and very tasty with the accompanying dips. It looks really cool hanging from a hook when they bring it out, but the whole hook thing seemed useless once you started eating it because it would fall right off. The kids' burger sliders came with 3 mini burgers that were way too much for my 6-yr old to finish. I had the cheesesteak and enjoyed that the meat was in chunks instead of the typical cheesesteak that is chopped finely. I would order it again. The fries were very crispy and good as well. The table kiosk came in handy again so we could pay & leave without waiting for the waitress to run my card back and forth.

Feb. Great service and food came out in a decent amount of time. Semi busy and a bunch of happy food chatter. The burgers and flatbreads were good. New lemonades on the menu and those were good.

Food is usually decent , but today , my 1yo wouldn’t touch the Mac & cheese. It was super dry. & they charged me $18 for a salad that they packaged to go & gave me half the portion that is usually provided in house. & our steak came out Medium Rare ! however the host (unprofessional) doesn’t belong at a restaurant like this, maybe TGI Fridays is more her speed. & the manager takes no accountability , only makes excuses and talked down to me , like I didn’t know what I was talking about , even worse ! I was a manager at Carrabbas , so I know what is supposed to be expected on a customer service level. Was initially told that wait was 35-40 min, at the 30 min mark , they assured me I would be sat soon. Then 30 more minutes later , we were being sat at a table that “according to the manager” (isn’t used for that amount of people) as if they were doing us a favor. I had a party of 3 kids and 2 adults. If they would have communicated that the wait was going to be much longer, my kids wouldn’t have been fussy and starving, all for them to not even like the food. I ended up still spending full price for every meal. If you want a whole dining experience that’s worth your money , Don’t eat at this location.! (The server was nice) - we ended up ordering our food to go. Will be sending this to corporate as well !

The cheeseburger was one of, if not, the best, I've ever had! I also bought the ribeye steak with a stuffed baked potato for a friend. The wings were well seasoned and tasty, though a tad bit hard. The buffalo sauce makes up for it, though. The molten lava cake: cake tasted like a usual chocolate cake, but the ice cream enhances it! Overall, great!

First time here. It was extremely Loud 📢. We requested a move to the back room. It's where you want to sit in summer, sort of screened-in patio area. It was perfect and still warm. The SHIITAKE GARLIC NOODLES are Amazing! I also had the Kale Caesar salad, delicious. It needed extra dressing. I don't care for overly dressed salad, but this was not even glossy looking. The waitress suggested additional dressing from the beginning. I also got the Coco passion cocktail: great 👍🏽. Next time I'll try the lobster garlic noodles. I took the brookie to go.

May I first say service was amazing. Our waitress Jennifer was so friendly, professional and attentive to all the tables she had.
Cheesecake was great. The pineapple upside down cheesecake was really good.

Now the lower rating was because of the food and kitchen. That deserves a 0. Food took awhile to come out and I am ok with that. But after waiting close to 45 minutes and then food being COLD was not good at all.
Manager came by and offered to warm it but I declined because I didnt wanna wait a long time to get it back.

She did offer cheesecake on her which was extremely nice. I did mention I felt bad for tge waitress as we were not the only ones who got cold food and people were getting really upset with Jennifer and ITS NOT HER FAULT!

Finally, after five visits to traveling to my home area, I got the chance to taste this place! The food was well worth the wait. From the appetizer to the drinks to the main course, this spot aimed to please. This is a definite come back spot!!

Going to yard house is a guaranteed good time. The music is always good, they have so many food options and so far we haven't had any issues with our service. We've been to different locations and our experiences have been consistent. In our last visit we ordered the pretzel, chicken wraps, gardein wings and the poke bowl. All were delicious, the poke bowl was my fav!

I just have a few things to say. I had the beer batter, fish-and-chips. It was the worst fish that I ever Taste fried outside and mushy inside.
Take a look at the picture. The service was great . Just that the fish did not hit the spot. Take a close up look at the fish that I could not eat. For a 4 star restaurant they gotta do better. So I rate it a 3.

I was here a year or two ago and decided I needed to remedy that. We came for happy hour and there were many half priced appetizers on the menu. I ordered the 4 cheese spinach dip, chicken lettuce wraps, and blackened Ahi tuna...each one a terrific choice ! My buddy got Whiskey River Black pepper boneless wings and a Spicy steak bowl. Both delicious. We topped that off with a couple cold beers. Our server, Nikki was totally on the ball and I highly recommend this place 😋
