Purchased a bodysuit and decided to return it the next day because after trying it on at home I didn’t like how it looked. When I got to the register the guy at the cashier said that he had to check in with his manager because the tag wasn’t on the bodysuit. I had BOTH the receipt and the tag but it wasn’t attached to the product. The body suit wasn’t worn outside and it was exactly how I purchased it. Manager was pretty rude saying that express return policy doesn’t allow returned items without tags on them. She looked annoyed. And went on to say that this would be the only time she will allow this. And to not return anything again if the tag isn’t on the item. I have never had this problem ever anywhere In the past. I went online and checked return policy and no where does it say Tag need to be on the item.
All I did was asked the employee in the dressing room how come some people can go in with their bags, she stated everyone must leave their bags no one goes in with their bags

Came there about 2 months ago and the guy was nice enough to find the Princess Polly dress for me couldn’t catch or remember his name but I thanked him for his service very helpful!

Staff is not helpful and lackadaisical. Very rude during online return process. Will never shop or return to to store location again. Customer service is just as awful.
Please use caution when entering this store. It smells of mold so bad! My husband and I couldn't make it through and had to leave because our eyes were itching/burning and our throats were starting to hurt. All of the clothing smelled like mold too
Very organized, zoned, and customer friendly employees. The presentation of merchandise was amazing, I found everything I wanted in my size, and the Rita Ora collection just launched, and they were fully in stock. I always have an amazing experience at Primemark, but this store is one of my favorite locations in NJ.

So, I visited the European Primark and let me tell you, their collection is absolutely amazing! They have a wide range of sections for kids, women, and men, with something for everyone. The prices were pretty good too.

The kids' collection was particularly impressive, but I have to admit, the options for men and women were a bit limited.

Great selection of clothes and the girl at the check out was really lovely, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was very kind! The only negative aspect was that the music in here is really loud remixed TikTok songs and it makes the whole experience less enjoyable
Horrible customer service! Employees standing around chatting with each other and on their phones. Don’t look like you need help, that’s not why they’re here, smh. Not once was I asked if I needed help, unfortunately the wife found something she was looking for. Don’t spend money where you’re not wanted. Alex seemed to be the only person excited to work!
Ok so I like their stuff but buyer beware make sure you open everything that is packaged prior to purchasing. Sizes are ALL OVER THE PLACE and they don’t accept all return. Even when it is due to a blatant defect and poor quality standards.

I was in a super rush and made some store pick ups. Called in and Joel helped me out and I was in and out. Super clutch, will be me fire of choice

The Zara in this mall is really put together nicely!! I loved the layout and how everything was organized. Also the staff is hard at work to make sure the store is clean! You can really tell!!

The manager there on December 28 2023 morning shift is completely rude. Should not be working in customer service what so ever. Me being a manager position I know what it’s like to deal with customers and she clearly does not and needs better professionalism skills and customer service. Her name is iris . She’s rude and needs more training. employees even apologize on her behalf
It’s a really nice store with some good clothing and perfumes. We found what we came looking for.
I had family visit from France and they loved this store. From the clothing items to the cleanliness of the store. Also the trench coats are a steal !

Sizes are not consistent and so when you order, what once fit you in an S is now swimming on you. If, G-d forbid, you need to make a return, you better quickly open up that package and reach out to them. Even under extenuating circumstances, when you have been a return customer for a while, they will not work with you. Then they make you pay for shipping the items back, and give you a significantly reduced credit to use - of course only if you reach out them in time. VERY disappointing. With these issues and policies in place, you simple cannot patronize them. Really a shame.
The manager Tristan is very unprofessional, the sign on the counter showed all of the items are $12. It’s not like one item different from the rest. When I came to checkout they price was showing original price, this was his response, “If you don’t want it, I will put it back” but he ignoring to be professional to apologize for inconvenience or price adjustment. He’s like they is not way for him to verify the price, I suggest to walk to the table but he said I can go take a picture if I want the price adjustment. When I got back with picture he’s like there nothing he can do about it. If you can’t do anything to help/serve the customer then why did you make me walk to take pictures in the first place
I had to walk out of Zara's with my jacket in hand. They didn't even give me a bag and they left the damn sensor on and it made it look like I was stealing when I walked out

My worst shopping experience. This store has a poor quality of clothes, poor quality of customer service, and its Return Policy will steal your money. DON'T TAKE UNNECESSARY RISKS BUYING HERE they ruin your day. Customer service by store, email, tel, or chat is the same quality as the clothes extremely poor.

They state they’re never staffed enough to have the fitting room open. The employees were at the fitting room. Left the clothes I was going to try on and went to another store.
They’re supposed to close at 9. It was not even 7:30 and wanted to try 2 pieces of clothes and the girl at the fitting rooms was extremely rude telling me it was closed and won’t even look at me in the eyes. When I asked why it was closed she didn’t even reply to me and rolled her eyes. I kept asking her and another girl that works there comes and says in a very rude manner WE ARE CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT. The store was still open for over an hour and a half more. Why would you close the fitting rooms so early? Mind you there was people still trying close inside and no one else was behind me. It would’ve taken 5 mins max. I wouldn’t care if they would’ve been a bit nicer about it. Why hire people with zero customer service skills?
They have good pants, otherwise it's a cheap run place with cashier's and staff that can't be bothered. Check the signs yourself and check online. W.e. answer the staff gives you is probably wrong.
Went there recently and had to mention to the cashier about the deal they had for one of the buy one get one free. they took it off the price and ended up paying like $31 for 4 items that I really liked. Its a pretty cheap place with all the deals they have in store so ill definitely go back but be aware of the prices and deals to make sure i get them honored lol
Shopped at the new store in Brick, New Jersey. Beautifully designed and spacious. The best part was working with Mary. She was helpful, gave honest opinions and was a total delight and asset to the store. Thanks Mary.

Got a black short sleeve button down and some matching pants that feel like sweatpants. Both look comfy, classy, and at a reasonable price. Thank god for Uniqlo!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNIQLO. You will not be able to return your items in any other stores if you but them from here and they CLOSE on Sundays!!! They do not take return and even for store credit if you don’t have your original receipt with you, credit card history won’t work! They make this return process and experience extremely annoying. Thank you Uniqlo for wasting my time!!!
This was my first time visiting a Mango store. They didn’t have fruit. Therefore I think I will just stick to grocery stores.

This is the line to the fitting rooms when they have another fitting area in the men’s section that they just choose to jeep closed even in weekends when there are tons of people in the store. This is a complete disrespect for people time that is wasted on huge lines in ZARA. Don’t think it’s business wise either as nobody is going to stand in this line twice if e.g. you wanted to try something else. My advice is skip the store if you can as the lines are that long on week days as well. There is a big variety of other stores in the mall with convenient fitting rooms.

The worst Zara I’ve been to. The very few staff that you can find on the floor are not helpful at all and are very dismissive. I asked for help finding a shirt on display and the girl that we asked said that they should be on the other side of the store and walked away. I followed her assuming that she was showing me to them but she just continued to fix clothes on the floor. I searched the other side of the store and couldn’t find it still so I approached another associate and asked. When I went to show her the first girl suddenly came and went to the back to get it. After getting the shirt I noticed it had a lot of threads sticking out in the front so at the register I asked the associate if I could get a different one. He said they had no more in the back and there were 4 on the floor. I explained to him that the reason I got that one from the back was because I couldn’t find any on the floor and asked if I could just get the one on the mannequin. He said no and didn’t offer any assistance in finding the other shirts. I just left after that. Terrible service I shouldn’t have to beg people for help spending my money.
Bought a jacket and a cardigan online. The fit were a bit off, saw one of the review.. called the store to verify store hours. Easy return at the store and the refund was received in a few hours. Overall a good experience!
I was there Wednesday & they had a sale going on so I saw kids pajamas for $8,so I asked the cashier is the set for that price and she said yes,so I picked 4 sets,but when I got to the cashier, that same female said she was going on break? The other cashier said it's $8 each & I was so upset & had to return 2 sets and my daughter was upset as well, I paid for 2 and other items and left furious and vowed I will never return!

When I was there it was going to get a skateboard a custom one and they built it when I got home I was looking at the grip tape to make sure it was good but they messed up the grip tape so the grip tape came off when I was riding it and I asked for free one, but they said no
I went pay for a kids onesie, the price came up higher. I told her there two signs one in the back and front that says 20 for kids and 25 for adults. Cashier says that’s suppose to be in the front for 25, I explain look at the tags it’s says kids. The sign on the front and back says 20. She went asked her manger and they still said it was 25. Obviously they are ripping people off. Then I went online it’s 18 online too.

I tried something out at the store and I left my purse unattended for 10 min and someone stole it. The store refused to check the cameras even though it happened inside the store. If you go there be aware of your belongings because someone might steal them and the store won’t care. So thieves might be in there waiting for their opportunity knowing the store policy.
A nice big, bright and well stocked store. The service was good and the employees were friendly. The arrangement and display of clothing made it easy for me to find what I was looking for in the store.
Beautifully organized store. Tim and another gentleman (forgot his name 😭 - tall skinny gentleman with curly hair) were so helpful and polite. Enjoyed my shopping trip at express, everyone was very nice and helpful, but the two gentlemen in the men’s department went above and beyond to help my wife and I find pants for an event.
I purchase a suit for a wedding on Sunday, I needed to exchange sizes but was not aware they were closed on Sunday. I live in Massachusetts and was traveling to Maryland for a wedding in 5 hours. I was fortunate enough to see Tim and D’asia working on their OFF day and they were so gracious enough to allow me to walk in and make a quick exchange. I am so appreciative of their service and helping a brother out even when they’re not working. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. Super grateful. You guys are awesome!! Saved the day. :)

I experience excellent service at this old navy every single time I go. The store is spotless and super organized. Every employee that I have spoken with is kind and directs us if we have any questions. I speak with Celeste every time I purchase something because my mom and I are regulars at the store and she is always helpful and greets us with a warm welcoming.
This express location is always organized and the employees are super helpful! Linda is an amazing employee she is knowledgeable, friendly, and an asset to the store. She styled different options and started a fitting room for me. If she isn’t a manager already, she needs to be promoted!

I have shopped in the store twice, both times I came away with great items. Store is organized, clean and helpful staff. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the quality of the clothing is amazing. After tons of washes my dresses still look new.

Primary was one of my favorite shops in London and so when I saw it at the American mall I was excited. My family and I have visited 3times and all the clothes we bought, even very low prices, still catches eyes and I keep referring people to go there. My husband loves it too. This jumper set I bought from there is my all time, all season comfy and outing clothes. This is just one example. My daughter and I have this fake leather jacket from there and it's still durable, it looks same over a year. And some cool sneakers ans bags I bought for her are still her favorites. We plan going there soon for all our summer specials.

The salesperson gave a rude off-putting service but treated the woman before us much better just because they both speak spanish. He looks miserable. I don't understand why he would treat others differently based on ethnicity.

Uni Qlo is a very nice store with plenty of options. They have plenty of winter jackets with many colors and have even a wall of socks! The sizes vary plenty and there are many styles of clothes. The staff at Uni Qlo are very nice and always helpful to the customers. This is a must go store!
I am absolutely shocked 😳 at the negative reviews this is a huge store with tons of styles and all sizes that you need the quality is amazingly good and the prices are super reasonably priced highly recommend you visit this location.
Nice store but you have to be very careful when shopping at the American dream mall. The mall does not enforce social distancing or mask wearing. Given the enormous amount of debt this place is under they are very unlikely to enforce anything that might turn the customers off. Fortunately the place is huge and you can keep your distance because it's not crowded. If you really want to stay safe just wait until the pandemic is over to visit.
