I contacted Kings Fashion whilst i was on Holiday in Turkey, i had a party on the day i flew back and needed to buy a Tuxedo. I had visited Peter Posh just before i had flown out and had been quoted a ridiculous amount and pretty much had given up on getting anything sorted. Whilst away i saw an advert for Kings Fashion on Facebook and opened a dialogue with them on WhatsApp, they were brilliant from first contact. They gauged my size from photos and made me an appointment on the day i flew back. The service was incredible, the Tux fitted perfectly, the price was about 35% less than Peter Posh and the staff were excellent. They even went as far as setting up AMEX payments so i could purchase the Tux.
If you have any Formal Wear requirements, then i cannot praise Kings Fashion enough, i certainly wont be using anyone else in the future. It made such a welcome change to feel like you've received a good service for a good price these days.

You are made to feel very important here and you are not just a number to them. Your order is just as important as every other and the fitting and the information given is un matched anywhere I've been before. 100% recommend for Kilt hire as these we're top class and great price.
The service we received from Kings for our wedding suits was fabulous and personal throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were generous with their time. The suits looked great on the day, having been tailored by the on-site seamstress. Particularly, they all understood the additional needs of an autistic child and handled him with kind respect. He loved visiting!
Fantastic place, Needed a suit jacket for a wedding on the weekend. Wasn't sure I'd be able to get one intime. Was no issue here, walked me through the correct sizing and ordered the jacket in for next day delivery. Showed me how it should look and ensured that I was happy prior to leaving. Lovely people that run Kings and not a bad price for the service being provided. Highly recommend 5/5 - Joe

I was trying on a pair of trousers now they fit but i thought a bigger size would be better as theyd feel more free and comfortable?
So i asked my friend to go and ask for an XL so she did and she came back and informed me that the lady working on the floor had said
“ we have none of them in the back we dont stock that big of size if you are that big you have you go to the mens section.”
And she didnt say it in a nice way either feel like the workers are very entitled and rude.
As well as this i can’t believe a company this worldwide dont stock any bigger than a large it is appalling in this day of age

Quite reasonable on clothing prices good choice and a variety of colours to choose from on suits.
Despite my appreciation for Moss Bros as a brand, my recent experience at the Telford store left me feeling intimidated. The return process, aimed at exchanging trousers purchased online, was lengthy and involved unwarranted inquiries about the size I ordered. When I sought to exchange for a larger size, I was informed it would cost more due to the exclusion of my online discount. Opting for a refund felt uncomfortable, as I was questioned twice if I was sure. I plan to continue online ordering with the discount, puzzled as to why this straightforward exchange couldn't have been accommodated more flexibly. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Husband had an excellent experience here finding a suit for our wedding. Friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and really high quality. Would recommend to anyone!
There is a medium car park which can get full on busy days. The staff were nice and everything was quite cheap. The shop is not that big but it's still good for everyday shopping. If you are from a long way away, it's not that worth it, as you could visit your local Matalan
Came in for a men's Xmas jumper.. very poor from matalan who i feel have just gone down hill lately and it's such a shame. The mens section is tiny in comparison to womens, baby and home. Not a festive jumper in sight, bare in mind we visited in the middle of December!!! And they hadn't sold out, as I asked a team member.
A good size shop that is also jond to the sender so you can go in
Lots of clothes but wish they did some larger sizes - there's a lot of big people around and hardly any shops selling Plus Size clothing, it doesn't make any sense
Telford Matalan is an ok store, however, I do feel the Shrewsbury store is a bit better as it often has more stock and products that cannot be found in the Telford store.
All Matalan stores offer good quality products at reasonable prices though. With so many stores and department stores closing (like Debenhams) we all need stores like Matalan, so I am happy and very appreciative with the service they provide.

Not the biggest fan of Primark as things I've bought from there in the past have never lasted long.
Bought 2 shirts before and the first time they got washed they shrank in size.

Hated the whole experience long wait times for changing rooms AND to pay not only this but when going to the till the lady that served me was the rudest woman ever wasn’t interactive very moody couldnt care less about making us comfortable had an attitude that she was better than everyone else and when doing a 60 transaction on contactless my card declined because i had done contactless too many times and she gave me the dirtiest look ever as if i couldnt afford it made me so mad and uncomfortable ive never been in before and this was my first time the worst part is she looked like a manager and if it was she definitely doesn’t deserve her job she was the rudest most vulger person i have ever met and come across in retail stores.
Good selection of men’s clothes but towards the back wall where the tills are it’s extremely dark. The Barbour section and hilfiger section I was literally struggling to be able to see the clothes on show. Loads of lights they’re just not switched on for some reason.

I was in matalan yesterday with my mom and niece the staff were really helpful after my mom had a funny turn and fainted and hit her head i was grateful for all your help you know who you are sorry didnt get names also thanks for keeping shopping for us for my niece to pick up mom is ok bruise on back of head also finally got home after a few hours at telford hospital so thank you to everyone involved karen webb
Shoppers paradise where you can spend hours just browsing. Spacious and good layout. Self service at the tills though which is the only downside.
went to buy perfume x3 bottles permanently watched by security like we was going to pinch then went to walk over to where sign says cash tills to which on man next to perfume said we can't continue shopping until paid for perfume... so our reply put items down and walked out sale lost over £200 well done 👏 perfume shop or boots will be getting my money from now on !
Rude staff. Queues past the till area. Ebony the manager just stood watching no sense of urgency.2 members of staff on the till looking under pressured and stressed. Only after queuing 10 minutes did someone come down. Sharon very rude at the till who served me. Not on. I spent alot of money

Couldn't see any apricot clothing when I went in, which is a shame as I always loved getting some of those clothes from them when they where in there old location in the centre.

I had a great experience picking a suit here, the young lady that helped me through picking a suit was very helpful, polite and was nice to talk too!
I use Costa Coffee there but shop is clean staff friendly and good choice of clothes etc
Came with the wife, they had stuff she needed and the queue didn't take long to go down either as well, better than it used to be as well.
Good clothes but the queue process is a disgrace - any money you “save” on sales is negated by the 30 minute queues to pay for an item.
You should be separating people who are returning ridiculous amounts of items in different queues when it takes me 30 seconds to process them scanning my tag and me tapping on the machine?

Love zara and their clothes, hate this store, dated store. Slow staff, slow checkouts and long ques, like waiting for an Alton Towers ride!! Security doors consistently going off drives you mad!! New store and staff needed
Ordered online and paid 229 to hire top hat and tails to attend an event of a lifetime at Windsor Castle. Turned up the day before to collect. Told it wasn't on the system and I must have made a mistake when ordering. Assured them I had a confirmation email. Told I must not have paid. Showed them the email receipt. Told it mustn't have gone through. Had to show my bank statement. This went on for half an hour before I was simply told sorry we can't get get you a suit for 3 days. Left very stressed and panicked. Went to peter posh and within an hour walked away with a suit that was not only better but half the price and amazing service. Will never buy or hire from moss bros again. In fairness to the manager Kelly it was an online order and she did sort a prompt refund but horrific to be left the day before what was a very important event that had a very strict dress code with no attire.
Pretty good clothing store. Some things improved recently - plenty of self service now and no need for unnecessary loyalty card they used to insist upon. Prices can't compete with the likes of Primark, but store quite well laid out. Staff so few now, probably due to self checkout, but I got what I wanted at a reasonable price.
I love Zara and shop almost exclusively there on or on their website. However, it seems like hardly have any stock that is on the site, the store hasn't been refurbed since it opened in 2003. The Birmingham one is way better.
Have had 3 suits off them now and have always gone above and beyond for me 😊 top quality suits some may say a little expensive but sometimes it’s worth paying more just for the experience and easiness off deciding what suit to have. Cannot fault the lads at all not the usual guys I’ve dealt with but they were so friendly and helpful and when i mentioned that I’ve bought a few in the past they even chucked a free tie and Hanley in with it !! Warning: only order items for collection to this store if you have serious time on your hands. You have people waiting for collection and staff on the shop floor just staring at you like they have no idea what you want or why you're there.

Went in just to get some ideas and advice yesterday for an up and coming wedding. Came out with a full ensemble, high quality and excellent value with relaxed, light hearted but professional, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommnended.
Good material clothes with discount but i think personally not enough items .
Just wow how big Primark it is , they managed really well.
I think personally Zara almost is gone they don't have a stock it was almost empty
A clean and tidy store despite being busy the queues were short and the young man who served us was excellent and went out of his way to find the pieces I was looking for in my size. I was really impressed soo took a photo of him if you need help he’s the one to ask… excellent service x
One of the smallest House of Fraser I visited. It did not have what I needed and staff were rude and unhelpful. I arrived early and was one of 3 first customers in the store. I was not greeted by any of staff and instead I could see them grouping together, chatting and laughing as if they were on holiday... I'm afraid, good old days of HoF are gone, standards are much lower than they used to be...
0 stars never stop here terrible customer service …. I am unbelievably appalled the customer service I received today was outrageous… I went to hand back some clothes as I didn’t like them the lady said they was wet and started speaking to me like a pile of trash the clothes were not wet .. they have never been worn and was still in the bag they were just cold from being in a contained clean bag in the car … the lady started sniffing them and feeling them then the lady took them over to the manager and they were both sniffing the clothes at the check out whilst they were dealing with another customer … I felt absolutely uncomfortable and made to feel like I was taken a fool of… I can say I will never in my life be shopping here again and that’s a shame as there is nice clothes I personally expect a apology I feel like this was completely out of order

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received !, I was extremely impressed by a younger member of the staff, who was instrumental in helping me choose a solid tie to go with my suit for my interview, was very helpful and also very well spoken. I won’t name but he knows who he is, thank you!
Will reluctantly give two stars as the selection of clothing was brilliant and quality felt good for the prices. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase clothes I had chosen after already spending around 30 minutes in the shop, I was then in a queue for 30 minutes and barely moved. There was an unmanned till upstairs and limited staff on the downstairs till. It looks like the store is in desperate need of more staff as others in the queue advised it is always the same. After 40 minutes I left my items in the shop and decided to shop elsewhere.
I have a friends wedding in the coming weeks, been looking to get a waistcoat to match my suit. One member of staff was looking after a customer, another was folding, approached this member of staff for help, to be greeted “what’s up” not in a friendly manner! what’s up, do you think that’s acceptable to greet a paying customer. Wasn’t very helpful at all. Will be not coming here again. This is the 2nd time I’ve had bad customer service from a Moss Bros store. Shame as I really like your suits.
One of the dingiest shops I’ve ever visited, with only around half of the lights appearing to be functional it’s really dark inside and unwelcoming. It almost feels like it’s abandoned, very odd.
Considering this used to be considered a high class store it’s clearly gone downhill.
The clothes are nice, and the staff are pleasant, but the returns policy is also shockingly outdated with no refunds, just exchanges. I’ll not be returning.

Cannot thank Kelly & the team enough for the excellent service they gave us when hiring suits for our recent wedding. Kelly went above & beyond to ensure everyone’s measurements were taken & suits order on time & the support she gave when one waistcoat was a little snug just a day before the wedding was really impressive. We made an appointment for Sunday 24th April, we were taking my partners (the grooms) friends (best men) and our dads for their suit fittings. We had already purchased my partners suit from there in February and had great service. We were looking to hire the suits but was also looking to buy incase we didn’t like the hire range. Willing to spend up to £400 per person.
However, when we arrived there was a gentleman working who I presume was a manager, I have to say his customer service was despicable. I explained what we were looking for with regards to hire first and he basically said “go to the back if you want hire” and walked off. When approached again for a bit of professional guidance, he just was not interested in helping and said “go and have a look at what you want” maybe this is just me but when booking an appointment and your told you get a one-to-one expert styling service, that’s what I expected. I am disgusted at the service from This person our appointment was at 3pm. I am so frustrated at this as planning a wedding is stressful enough and a styling expert is supposed to guide and help, we did not get this at all. I am so tempted to now return my partners suit and go to another store who was so helpful and friendly and was also shocked by the actions we received in your Telford store. The store has now lost out on potentially £1600 from us. Possibly more(£2000) if I do return the other suit.

Imagine I’m taxi driver and my customer steal 3 trouser from twisted and and couldn’t find anyone can buy for him so he couldn’t offer me the payment for his journey had to take one trouser for free worth £25 which’s his fair was £5.50 😂

Quite a large store situated inside the huge indoor telford town centre precinct, so a good place to go even in cold weather. It has 2 floors with a large cafe on the 2nd floor which i have posted 2 pics of. Plenty of parking all around the centre.
Very friendly service, and was treated very well by the staff. Went in for a suit measuring for my sisters wedding, and I was tended to promptly; which felt like a personal experience. Felt like I had my own personal tailor. Would recommend.
The quality is absolutely rubbish, not worth what paying for at all , Cloths for one time use!!
I was over from France visiting my sister and loved going into UK shops again after 18 months just for a change. Got some great quality t-shirts from Primark. Had my photo taken with Angel wings teehee. Was a nice atmosphere and easy parking. Lots of shops to have a nose around and a couple of pop-up shops where I found some baby things for my new great-niece.
I have always liked New Look and this new shop is great The choice is amazing and they have things in really nice material I particularly like the cropped tshirts. Just the right length.

My daughter took me here to shop with her for a second opinion. It was clean, wheelchair friendly with big changing rooms and the staff were so helpful. Definitely 5* if it's still in the same spot. Its changing all the Time Telford is as it's getting bigger so the shops are moving for changes.

I have bought suits and trousers from this shop the staff are extremly helpful and honest to get the correct look and fit for customers.
Mal and Anne were absolutely superb, they made us feel extremely welcome from the first meeting to the final fitting and collection.
Always understanding of needs, and with a vast knowledge of everything the whole process was just so easy.

Way to expensive and find the quality can be found in other shops for a fraction of the price. Hate that I have to browse underwear whilst costa customers were gawking at me. haven't been back in a few months.

Excellent place of our Victorian history. Lots to see and learn. Great day out. Fab fish and chips. Go see an 1888 Lloyds bank and change some money. Museum ticket covers all the 10 sites for best value. Highly Recommend.
Situated over two floors with men's clothes upstairs and womens clothes downstairs. I buy a few clothes from River Island and they sometimes have a good sale on and the clothes are fashionable and seasonal.
You always have to love a Primark for providing cheap clothes. This one in Telford is a very large store and they have a lot of stock. There is a seperate counter for returns and the main tills are busy but they go down quickly. There are two entrances into the store and I always pick up my holiday clothes from here. Thanks to the model perfectly showing off the sliders/slippers.
I really like Zara clothes. They feel and look like they are high quality items. Upstairs is the men's and section and women are downstairs.
Very large House of Fraser store over two floors. There are a lot of very well known independent brands inside. The majority of the time there are offers on different products. However I find for the size of the store its not as well stocked compared to other stores. I find upstairs there is a lot more stock for women than men downstairs.

Visited the in store Costa and had a look around the Next store.
The Next store is well stocked with a good range of home products.
The only downside to the visit was the fact the Costa was unable to process card transactions.... fortunately I had cash!

Went past the Next store on Thursday 05 November 2020 , the first day of England's lockdown number 2. Although the Next store is closed to visiting customers it has a desk in the doorway so customers ordering online can collect their goods. ( See photo)
Took our thin 6ft 6in son there to buy some jeans - a really good choice of quality jeans. The customer assistant was very supportive and the choice of sizes and fittings for our son was very good. We bought a pair after 15 minutes and will certainly use this store again.
