Lots of construction
Very good staff at location, willing to take the time to explain the next steps after entrance.
Early morning entrance is easy, having an annual pass makes it free.

This is a crooked company with incompetent and rude customer service and management staff! They are thief’s and liars! Do not use them!
7:30 am. is the start time to open parking, and that's a strict rule. You have yo pre-register for virtual queses before riding popular rides, or you don't ride. 2 hour wait lines on most all rides. Band, pictures, dining, merchandise is all pushed hard. Take your own food, 📸, bottle water if you don't want/ can't spend too much money.

No parking for trailers and the bathroom are outside of the building in a trailer so I had to leave and go to another not good very upset

GPS sent me on A toll road ! I was very confused. I was use to putting change in a bin but Life's changed on me. Sun pass sent me a toll invoice I paid it within minutes it was quick an easy.

I've had a Sunpass account since 2014, and I've never had so many issues as I have had within the past year or so. I am annoyed that I was under the impression that Sunpass was paying my Epass/Toll by plate tolls. It turns out that they weren't because I switched to a prepaid account. It felt as if they were deducting money daily from my account when it was an auto draft. Anyways, turns out I ended up owing Epass/Toll by plate $500. The alleged reason was because my account didn't have the funds, but somehow Sunpass tolls were paid. Somehow they were accepting my funds. They didn't even bother to alert me to the fact that they were denying reimbursement claims.
1. You can never get a human on the phone. Their phone system will literally hang up on you if you attempt to request to speak to a representative.
2. When you eventually receive a response from an email ticket that you submit, you will speak with some of the rudest employees you've encountered. This woman interrupted me when I was speaking an was incredibly condescending.
Needless to say I closed my SunPass account after asking that she provide feedback to her superiors.
PS: EPass makes it quick and easy to speak with a representative. They give you a discount if you switch over to them (40%), and their app and website are both user friendly.

Called customer service and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and did not understand what I was trying to explain. Kept cutting me off mid sentence and just had an overall rude attitude the entire call. Issue was not resolved and it was probably in the top 3 worst calls I have had with any customer service center about anything. If I could give negative stars I would. 10/10 do not recommend.
Be sure to check out the Garden Rocks performances. Great acts. I have seen Blue Oyster Cult,Peter Noone & Herman's Hermits,The Orchestra and Foreigners Journey this season. Three performances 530,6:45 &8:00,each 30 minutes long. Great way to experience some top acts.
Did not have to wait long to pay $25 for parking. Easy to find parking near the entrance in the late afternoon on a Monday.

We arrived 15 minutes early and there was no place for us to park and wait for the gates to open That's one thing I definitely change because of the traffic you never know if you going to be early or late !

If you don't have a Sunpass, get one. Non-residents can have them and they're cheaper than bill-by-mail!
Disney has changed too much. Too many people, too expensive and way too much planning and even with all the planning you can, you still don’t get to ride all the rides and you still get screwed. Virtual queue for guardians was full in less than 10 seconds and the app was so overloaded that we couldn’t get a spot. This is not what a vacation is-this is called work and the last time I checked, I go on vacation to get away from work. All the parks have been like this. I have always loved Disney parks but at this point, I don’t want to come back. I really considered canceling today because I think disney has ruined it for me. I’m so tired from running from one part of the park to another to try and catch a ride when the line isn’t horrendous, to get there and as I arrive, the time jumps by more than 30 min. They have done a poor job at updating the wait times regularly. 🥲 good one disney.
For the 3 min conversation that we had with Emily in the first lane entrance to Epcot was absolutely a breathe of fresh air. She totally provided sunshine to a day that did start out well for us. Thank you for providing a reason to smile. Disney magic on full display. Bravo!
Make sure you get to Epcot Toll early. If not you will being standing in a position for long. Traffic was backed up on our visit even for rope drop but all in all it moved smoothly. cars usually dont move.

We arrived for our stay early and got a boarding pass for rewind. The line moved quickly and in an organized fashion. Cast members were very nice. Bless them for working in the heat. The cast member at the booth asked how we were and we said excited. Who isn’t excited to be in Disney! And he said… you must have a boarding pass! He just knew!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been receiving mystery invoices even though I have had Sunpass since 2013. Had a 67 min wait to talk to someone about what could be causing the issue, and she said I changed my car information in the beginning of January. None of my car info has changed. I asked to speak to someone else because the person helping me was so rude and she said that I was not giving her a good enough reason to speak to another person and hung up on me. Now there is a 100 minute wait....I poked around our account more on my own and it seems as though they deleted our license plate numbers from the account so they could charge us the greater amount. This company is a scam and the people are incredibly rude. 100% get an E-pass instead.

Called Sunpass because I received an invoice even though I have Epass. According to Epass there was nothing wrong with our account, never have been in the negative, we are on auto pay. So Sunpass wanted me to pay the toll (totally agree with) but they wanted an administrative fee for what because their system didn't work. Customer Rep didn't want to listen to me they wanted their $2.50 administrative fee. Ridiculous, Absolutely Ridiculous. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Love the rides but they are too short? Great food and drinks.

I had this issue with Sunpass on multiple occasions, and I should have closed my account sooner. The issue is their computer system, for some reason will delete your billing information if "the payment is not approved by your bank." Since my bank/credit account information was deleted, Sunpass did not pay Epass the tolls I took. This led me to get several toll invoices in the mail. Sunpass, of course, blames the bank and told me to call my bank. My bank said none of my SunPass payments were ever rejected, which makes sense because I have had auto payments set up for a long time. Also, nothing was wrong with my card. Their system just deleted information, and I was stuck paying a huge Epass bill. They said they emailed me when this non-payment approval happened, but there was nothing in my email history. I did get an email after I called and complained. So, as I wrote in the beginning, I should have closed my account after the first time they pull this deletion of billing-information scam.

Summary: Sunpass will scam you out of your money.

They don’t care about their customers. After having an account with SunPass for many years, I have decided to switch to E-pass. Had my License Plate stolen recently and the person that stole it ran a few SunPass and E-pass tolls. After disputing the charges with both companies and submitting a Police Report, SunPass still made me responsible for those charges while E-pass cleared them all. If you have a choice, go with E-pass.
