This place is really bad
Staff are extremely unorganised and unhelpful
There's rarely even 1 doctor there
The place smells and everything is such a longwinded complicated process.
Hold times are atrocious, an hour on average especially in the mornings.
You are only allowed to book appointments between 8-9am how ridiculous is that.
Useless place, shut it down and start again.

Whoever’s reading this don’t bother with this GP. They don’t know what they’re doing they’re unorganised and they say it’s open at 8 but it isn’t they’re lazy just sign yourself up at a new gp do yourself a favour honestly. ITS NOT WORTH IT ITS NOT WORTH IT THEYRE REALLY BADDDDDDD.

0 stars!! They don’t have any system on booking appointments and the waiting times are atrocious. They make excuses, “oh, doc has gone home” after 2 mins when you call back and they purposely change your appointment time without notice when I especially took the time off from work. Change your Gp like we have.

I have very bad experience with this surgery. The staff just change the appointment dates without informing me. And the worst thing is waiting time almost one hour on each appointment. I have just changed my surgery. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I've been with this GP for pretty much my whole life so far (21 years). From my experience of booking myself appointments, I've noticed a few changes in the past few years.
1) The receptionists sometimes come off as rude, both on the phone and in face-to-face conversations.
2) I used to be able to call at any time during the day to pre-book an appointment for another day (it was usually the following week, which was fine by me), which is something they've apparently stopped allowing. It's made it much harder for me to book appointments, because I struggle to get up at 8:30 to book an appointment.
3) I've tried to book an appointment for 1 particular thing by calling in 3-4 times over the past couple of weeks. The first few times, I wasn't able to get any face-to-face appointments at the GP, and they tried to arrange an appointment for me at Greet medical practice. Although, I appreciate the attempt at helping, I do wonder how the appointments got booked so fast within 15 minutes. I finally have an appointment now at the GP, so I hope that goes well.
4) There seems to be a blended approach now with telephone appointments and face-to-face appointments. I think they way it is now is fine. I was able to request a face-to-face appointment and I was given it. I was asked for the reason and I provided it. I know there are other GPs who do not do face-to-face appointments from patient requested. I hope WeatherOak doesn't change to do that as well.
The best thing about this GP, in my opinion, is the nurses. They're so nice, helpful and approachable.

Gave my blood test approximately 4 weeks back, report isn't back yet! Every time I cal, they say, we'll chase it up for you, but they don't. Rather admit that they have lost my sample/ report!!
God forbid if one had something serious going, I would have been dead by now, waiting for my results!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GP!! first of all the ladies that are apparently “receptionists” need to be thrown out for the way they talk to patients registered, no professionalism whatsoever, they talk to you as if there doing some favour for you, even if you call in the morning at half 8 you won’t get through until 9 and then you call your in a queue of 10 people once the so called receptionists answer they tell you there’s no appointments so you either call back tomorrow but I’m my case I was told I’ll get a call back from the doctor before 12 which I didn’t, once I called the surgery back to tell them I hadn’t got a call I was told yes it wasn’t confirmed If I will be getting a call today which basically in other words meant no you won’t, this surgery is so unprofessional full of rude people and no help whatsoever I’m having to change my gp because of this problem and will not recommend this gp to my worst enemy I don’t normally give bad reviews on anything but this surgery is bang out of order pls stay away!!!!!

Tried to get appointment for my child for more than a week. Worst GP ever.

First time phoning the Doctors in years and they don’t have any appointments by 8.45am, you’re meant to phone in at 8.30am which I did and I had 11 people in front of me in the waiting system so the call was answered at 8.45am, they then fob you off to Greet Medical Practise which is the last place I’d go for medical attention. The receptionists are really rude and need more training!! It was a much better surgery when Dr Cheema ran the show. The new GP Dr Aliya is about cost cutting, you get a feeling she doesn’t really care about the patients just the money. I would much rather use the badger service after the GP closes.

Don't even class the one star worst doctors ever my appointment was at 3 got hear at 2:50 and still sitting hear at 3:35 changing my doctors today not happy at all

If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven’t used their services in very long. Because I didn’t need to. Furthermore, i wasnt going to go for regular checkups as my health was fine.
They kicked me off their services just because i wasn’t using it. What a joke. So not wasting NHS’s money seems to be a problem for this practice.
Whenever I booked my daughters appointments they would make you wait an hour. The GP is absolutely rubbish and rude. Imagine waiting an hour just for my daughter to be seen for max 2 minutes without a proper checkup. Avoid this practice save your time.

If i could give you lower than 1 star i would. Everyday I call to get an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. When i go to the surgery in the morning they tell me there are no appointments. There’s only one staff working in the morning. From after 9 there’s more staff. They are not interested in the patients they just gossip. Where is the manager Pallaui at this time he is sleeping? I went to City hospital thy said i have to go to my GP but it’s impossible to get an appointment.

This place has had incompetent receptionists for years. They sound half asleep most of the time and lack basic customer service skills. It's a nightmare trying to get an appointment. I finally managed to get a phone appointment after weeks of trying. I was told the GP would call me between 2-3pm, so I planned for my lunch break at this time. The GP calls me at 11am and I ended up missing his call because I was in a meeting. Thankfully I managed to get him to call me back or I would've had to start the process all over again. But it was still ridiculous that he called hours outside the expected call time.
I have to have my medication reviewed every 3 months. I have to go in for a face to face appointment for this, but it's so hard to get an appointment. I've ended up calling for weeks trying to get an appointment and my medication has run out. My GP keeps telling me to come in for a medication review but I don't understand why when I've been on this medication for over 2 years. So, now I'm at a point where my GP has only given me a month's worth of medication and told me I have to go in for a review. Dr Alia was much better, she'd give me 6 months' worth of medication which meant I had a higher chance of getting an appointment before my medication ran out!

they leave you waiting over hour each appointment it is a poor surgery I changed doctors to enki medical practice and when I asked for blood work they told me it was fine.my new surgery told me that it wasn't.i stopped all medicines whilst there because you have doctors coming in and they last 3months.i felt like I couldn't talk to main doctor and each new doctor put me on medication and without warning she stopped them and said I do not need them.
