I went here today for the first time. Dr. Freedman was so incredibly helpful and kind during my visit. I was a walk-in patient and I waited only 10 minutes, when the site predicted the wait time would be 30 minutes. Very quick, efficient and easy, exactly what our campus needs.

Help !!!! Please answer the phone. I have been urgently trying to call your office for two days ( 10th & 11th Jan. -2024) Your front desk staff is sabotaging your practice. Dr. Barrett, you are a wonderful doctor, competent and caring but your front desk staff is worse that horrible. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails or faxes. Do not recommend this place at all. They do not value your time. Firstly, the phone booking guys are apparently in the Caribbean and do not know which pediatrician is working at what location. I booked for my 6 month old daughter's vaccine and learnt that the family doctor does not administer babies vaccine. Secondly, Dr Finckelman who had previously administered her the vaccine was not available and the other doctor, Dr Freedman would not accept booking for the day. So in the snow and stormy weather by paying parking I had to come back with no vaccine. The staff didn't know which doctor works at the clinic. It's chaotic management and when I asked for the supervisor, the supervisor who fished for reviews the other day did not even come see me once. Don't get harassed by the clinic and look for a better place for your babies.
Visited 3 weeks ago. GP asked to get some tests done. Already done with it but no updates since then. Nobody answers the calls. Lab says they have sent the reports. But GP@Apple tree is not proceeding further. People would be in pain/trouble but they care zero.
The lady at front desk shanelle has a disgusting attitude!!! Would not recommend this clinic to anyone, my mother who is very ill was severely yelled at by her and insulted and called horrible names all because English isn’t my moms first language, really disgusting behaviour.

I come here for the convenience of having a clinic on campus. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they’ve always treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Freedman is very professional and has addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The only downside of coming here is that as an international student all apple tree clinics have a $15 co-pay and I wish that wasn’t the case. Aside from that, I’ve always had a good experience here!
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour and a half with an appointment. They took walk ins before me. When I went to the desk to ask what was going on all they could say was they were behind. This is my second time experiencing something like this. I’m not coming back and will find another doctor, although Dr Laham is my primary family doctor.
I chose this clinic because they had great reviews and I have been their patient for almost 5 years. The doctor, nurse and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to other people :)
I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.
I want to Thank the staff and doctor. Beautiful clinic with a wide array of resources. It was quite busy around 3pm, try to book your appointment in advance prior to 3pm. It was about 30 min wait time but some people waited shorter and longer. The doctor actively listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and helped me to continue with my health journey. Thank you again to the whole team.
Very happy with my experience in this clinic. There’s little to no wait time for walk in appointments. Dr. Ng is great, I have seen him for different problems over the past few months and he is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and explains everything perfectly. After all these visits, I’ve been more than happy with all my appointments and experiences in this walk in clinic. The pharmacists here are also very helpful and thorough.
By far the worst experience ever. 1.the receptionist is rude and they don't care for your time. 2. I went there and other patients were going in before me even tho I had an appointment......3. I kept asking why I haven't been seen and they didn't give me a response until I got up and was frustrated with them. My total waiting time was THREE HOURSSSSS FOR A 10 second appointment. DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I arrived without an appointment with a severe cold and flu, having called ahead. To my pleasant surprise, I was seen by Dr. Ricardo Ko in under half an hour. Dr. Ko is an exceptionally compassionate physician who truly listens to your concerns.

Unprofessional of the doctor to not be there when the clinic opens. The least the receptionist could do is let people in and get them checked in so when the doctor is in he/she can take patients in as soon as possible. They're supposed to be open by 9am, waited in a line outside their clinic until 9:40am and left. I have never been to a clinic run so unprofessionally.

Dr. Yazdani is an unprofessional and a very rude doctor. She does not let the parents talk, she will talk to the patient directly. She made my niece cry only because she is a little overweight for her age. She made my niece so upset that she doesn’t eat, sleep, or even talk to us. Don’t waste your time, do yourself a favour and find another doctor for kids.
Went here for the first time today because my doctor couldn’t see me. Their website says to book an appointment but I tried to call but didn’t get an answer so I emailed and received a response within an hour telling me I could just come in. What a pleasant experience! I went around lunch time and waited maybe less then 15minutes. The desk staff and doctor were warm and courteous (which I imagine can be hard to maintain at a walk-in). The clinic is also clean. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Adebajo is to be AVOIDED at all costs. My girlfriend had to wait an hour and a half past her appointed time, and was seen by him. We were there to have a return to work form filled out. Dr. Adebajo rudely addressed her and yelled at her, asking why she came here in the first place if she's sick. Then he proceeded to yell at his receptionists for not informing him beforehand.

Dr. Ade is extremely rude and not interested in helping patients. He is even rude to his own receptionists, barking orders at them. They look like they are scared of him.

I saw Dr Adebajo he was so rude, the medical review was very rushed and he told me to get up and go in the rudest way, all because I didn’t agree with his diagnosis and wanted a second opinion. The reason why I didn’t agree because I have been pumped with medication for months now and my symptoms are still persisting if not, getting worse. And he wanted to give me more medication.
He said he would refer me to a specialist but my appointment was so bad and he was so rude, I asked the receptionist to take me off the registration for this medical centre.

The best clinic I've been to. Every single doctor that saw me was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. It's a well run clinic.
Been going to Dr. Rosenthal for 21 years. We travel 3+ hours to see him as would never choose another doctor. It is too hard to find a doctor period, and having a great one even harder to find.

This clinic is ridiculous. Imagine, your appointment is stated on the exact time and you arrived early until you waited 1-2 hours. Even though you called to met the doctor. You still need to wait more. I dont like this experience. HORRIBLE!

Receptionist showed up late to open the office. Then her first task of the day was to put a sign on the door stating “clinic will open when the doctor is in!” No time specification, did not address any patients who were waiting, just leaving a whole lobby of people angry and without answers. After rapping on the closed clinic door for 5 minutes, she finally answered and said the doctor would be in around 10am, an hour after the clinic opened. Completely disorganized, they do not respect people’s time or the times listed on their Google business people. I suggest avoiding this clinic.

I've visited this place a few times, and unfortunately, the staff's rudeness is quite evident. It's baffling how they exhibit so much attitude without any apparent reason. Once, I called to inquire about my test results and was informed that they were ready. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment for the same day. However, upon seeing the doctor, I was told that the results hadn't actually arrived. This resulted in a wasted trip and a lot of inconvenience. Regrettably, this is just one of many unpleasant experiences I've had here. If you're seeking a caring doctor, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
This clinic has been great so far! The members of staff are quite efficient and I have met couple of doctors and been attended to really well. Recommend it if you dont have a family doctor. They do the follow ups or provide appointments without having to wait too long. Or even if you call and follow up its pretty quick.
Dr. Yazdani is unprofessional, unorganized, rude, impatient, has no empathy towards her patients. I knew I wasn't mistaken about this when my son said to me after his last visit "Why is she always so angry?"
I visited this client for three health issues, and DR Manizheh Hassan Zadeh, saw me. I explained two of my problem for the third one she said one problem is for each person; you already explained two for the 3rd one, and you have to come back later. She was so rude and had an Insulting attitude. I think she is in the wrong place. It’s better to work in other businesses, not the health system.

Nothing against the doctors at this clinic. However, this complaint is about the receptionist. My girlfriend called around 2pm to ask if the doctor was still accepting walk-in- patients for the day, because all she needed was a prescription. She was told to come for 3:30. We arrived at 3:34 and was told “yeah… it’s 3:34”, we were only 4 minutes late due to traffic and she had to take time off of work to come. The reception then goes on about “yeah he just saw the last patient for the day”. I don’t understand why telling my girlfriend to come for 3:30 then if the doctor won’t even see her. The reception then proceeds to “message” the doctor to see if he would take my girlfriend in and was denied. The reception couldn’t even call to let us know before hand that he wasn’t taking anyone anymore or shouldn’t have told her to come in the first place for 3:30. Wasted our time and didn’t have the decency to notify us.
Unimpressive service. The "lab" is a closet with a fridge in it which does not allow for any privacy when drawing blood or getting testing done. I was displeased with the nurses' administration of a shot as they were rough, took a long time and seemed like they were just obviously struggling, and they hurt me too. I did not feel comfortable getting work done there at all. Additionally, they supposedly open at 9 am, but after an hour and a half wait, the doctor finally showed up to the clinic. It was just unprofessional. I can understand that not every walk in clinic is going to be perfect, but at least try to do better, friends.
Dr Barrett has been my family for about 20 years, he the best doctor any could ask for. He takes his time to listen to his patients, he is very empathetic ,God bless you Dr barrett.
A good option in the Yonge/Sheppard area for a walk-in clinic. Midday I had almost no wait. I was dealt with promptly by two receptionists, who were brisk but friendly. Waited less than 10 minutes and seen by the very young Dr. Hu. I found him a bit briefer than hoped, but he was always just going to prescribe oral antibiotics for an infected finger. I just would have liked some more advice on care. As usual nowadays, you have to be pushy to keep the doctor there more than a minute. The clinic also conveniently has a pharmacy in house for quick prescription filling. Up a flight of stairs so not too accessible, but there is one of those chair lifts so it's possible. Good hours. They don't take bookings so walk-in only.

Pros: plenty of parking, opens 364 days (except New Year's Day), opens till 8pm (no walk-ins in the area opens past 6pm), Dr Shakib was direct and honest (my test was covered by OHIP, another clinic wanted to charge me $50 claiming it wasn't under OHIP)

The doctors here are good but you can’t waste your time when you cannot get a hold to talk to anyone there they don’t even call you back and if you are lucky to book an appointment you have to calculate to sit there waiting for about one hour or more. I had had so much pain in my lower stomach that i went to a hospital emergency, After a week i have came to visit my family doctor who is Dr Shakib and he was fully booked so they told me to come and see another doctor in clinic Dr Hassanzadeh, she told me i need a kidney ultrasound and she will fax my requisition to the radiology clinic i’ve done X ray before but she didn’t fax it. Nnow, I’ve been trying to reach them to fax my requisition again so I can book an appointment but no one is answering or calling me back for a week now, I can’t drive or walk because of the pain and I don’t know what else can I do, I might want to just switch to another family doctor in somewhere else
Completely UNRELIABLE. I swear, what am I supposed to do in this country to get basic medical service, become a full time searcher of walk in clinics? This location is a crime. Claims to be walk in but no not today. No not tomorrow. Visit another one. Hours are inconsistent. One day they follow them and one day they are closed early. Make an appointment, they don't answer calls. I have literally been putting off important medical questions because of bureaucracy.

I had a treatment here today. I sent an e-mail and made a reservation for a walk-in in the morning, but it was possible to make a reservation at 1 pm on the same day, and I proceeded with the reservation. The staff responded quickly to emails and made it easy to visit. In fact, if you open the small door right next to the burger house, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The staff was friendly and the doctor took good care of my areas of discomfort. The doctor knew that I could speak Korean, so he called a Korean secretary, so it was very comfortable to explain the symptoms of my illness. Willing to visit this place again. They are very friendly and professional.

I should have trusted the Google reviews. After scheduling a meet and greet with Dr. Ravani and told her I was pregnant, she said she didn’t accept pregnant patients. I don’t know why that would affect anything as I have an OB. Her reasoning was that “she doesn’t handle pregnant people and I don’t need a family doctor when I’m pregnant.” Will be reporting to CPSO.
There is a reason why this place is rated 2.7.. An absolutely terrible clinic. Never repeat list. The receptionist (wears glasses) is the rudest, most unprofessional customer service worker I’ve ever seen. No doctors available. Though the clinic opens at 10, there is no doctor until 11am. So why open at 10? Absolutely terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Waited 10 min., saw the doctor very quick and efficient. The receptionist was kind. I needed to see a specialist and was easily given my referral letters. Received my results in a week and had the doctor go through it in detail. Would highly recommend going during off peak time, excellent experience, got what I needed without fuss

Booked an appointment here and they called me in to come at 4:00PM. Ended up waiting for 2 hours until 6:00PM and I had to leave to go for work. Complete waste of time. Lady at the receptionist was extremely rude and insensitive as well.
Amazing experience! The pandemic was a trying time. My surgery was postponed twice. I was also moved from my surgeon to Dr. Seligman. He called and explained everything to me. I had a double knee replacement which required me to go into a rehab facility. Dr. Seligman checked in on me a couple of times. I felt he had a decent bedside manner but more importantly he answered my questions and I felt confident I was in the right hands. Thank you!
Post surgery I hiked in Banff/Lake Louise, travelled all around Spain for a couple of months and just came back from Norway. I wouldn’t have been able to do any this without the surgery and the excellent team that supported me. Thanks you!

NOT a walk-in clinic. Went and the doors were closed. Had to call to be told that I needed an appointment (?!) or else I could have a telecall with a doctor (?!). Why have it listed as a walk-in clinic when you clearly can't just walk in? And who needs a telecall with THIS clinic when you can call 811 or your actual doctor?
I don’t understand these bad reviews, because we had a great experience with Dr.yazdani, she is very knowledgeable and all her advices worked for our newborn baby, I like her attitude because she is not fake , so if your real concern is your newborn health not getting fake attention towards yourself and your baby then she is the one for you .

Dr.Yazdani is the most unqualified paediatrician I’ve ever seen. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. She is extremely negative and is incapable of making any connections with kids.I truly believe she is in the wrong business and doubt her degrees/qualifications. DO not waste your time to pay a visit . By the way, almost forgot to say staff are unfriendly as well!!

Dr. Ng is the best doctor I have ever seen in Toronto. She is super professional , knows what she is doing. From my family’s experience ,her diagnosis is correct every time. Once my child’s arm got broken, even it was not her working time, her office was still open, she still would love to help to gave him a quick checking, without using any tools/X-ray, she knew which bone was broken and recommended us to Sickkids immediately. We appreciated her professionalism very much. Our whole family got Covid last year and she said high fever would last for 5 days and it was exactly 5 days for everyone in my family. She called after and checked with us with very detailed steps what to do and how to do. We are so impressed by her caring, her personality and professionalism. We are so lucky to have you as our family doctor!
Dr. Tong really listened (and believed me!), and made a reasonable plan for investigating my symptoms. Very professional and respectful. Front desk staff was also quite friendly. I came at 10:30 and only waited 20 mins.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour.

First time coming here, this place is very unfriendly. The tall asian doctor didn’t even bat an eye on us when we walked in, talked so fast and very RUDE with his questions if the patient don’t give the answers quickly. We get to the front and the desk lady just gave us a paper without instructions until asked. Atleast we got the referral

Long story short, This clinic accidentally ripped off my friend, a Ukrainian refugee who worked for months in another country, for less than our minimum wage, to make enough money to come here, then refused to refund him or acknowledge their mistakes. It took my friend months to make what the doctor took from him in minutes.
When I asked if this was unit 18, the receptionist said "yes", when I asked the doctor if this was the place that was was a panel clinic, he said "I'm not sure, we've only been open two weeks, probably". He also said that if there were any problems, he would provide what ever extra documents we needed. That didn't matter because this place wasn't even a panel clinic,.which we needed. When we asked for a refund because we were misguided, we were transferred to the manager who got rude with me when I attempted to explain what had happened. Then I was transferred back to the receptionist who asked me to call back later and hung up on me. When I came in person to get this resolved, the manager sent me to the receptionist, who called the doctor, who told me, he had "heard about the kufufle" and eventually after us telling him that we were misinformed, he said "regardless of what the issue is, the work is done and we won't be refunding you".
I'd give zero stars if I could, they straight up scammed us.

I came to this walk-in clinic about nine years ago and Dr. Ng has been my family doctor for over seven years. She and her staff has always been very professional, knowledgable, kind and caring. I couldn't ask for more in a doctor.
Incredibly unprofessional and essentially violent behaviour towards my 7 day old newborn baby. Dr yadzadi's bedside manner and patient care was unbelievably below the standard of healthcare that should be offered. The single most important aspect when qualifying as a medical professional is taking the time to listen to patients and this lady clearly failed that part of her examinations. Avoid this place and this "doctor" if you have any other option. 0/5
I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs unless you literally have nowhere else to go. The staff themselves don't even want to work there. They are apathetic and rude.

I got sicker and kept calling on Friday to try and get some kind of prescription that would help me out because the over-the-counter medication wasn't helping at all. One of the administrators finally said she would ask the doctor on duty to fax a prescription for me to my pharmacist. They never did. . . And now, out of the blue, the doctor who examined me no longer does phone consultations?? So now, if I want to get my test results from the throat swab I did last week, I have to go all the way into the office just for my results. I imagine a decision like this would have been made prior to closing on Friday, so why weren't patients alerted?

Ive had Dr Rosenthal as my family Dr since he opened his practice on Beecroft. He has looked after my two children now, 25/27 since they left they’re obstetrician. Whenever Ive called he has always fit me in, yes, Im sure he can be short at times. Ive not seen it, but Im in health care and have worked with many physicians. As a family Dr, he is one of the most knowledgeable and caring Dr’s I know. He also shows up! Many are doing zoom these days. If your lucky enough to get him as your famiky Dr. Your in great hands. Im so sorry to hear others have not had the same excellent care we have had. Mostly the walk ins it seems like. Dr’s are human. We all get overwhelmed at times and for walk-ins. He did take them early on I guess. But since the pandemic, i think he has enough with his regular clients. I dont think he has as much time. Our medical system is grossly over worked and underfunded. For walkins, look up OHIP site and register with a family Dr.
Dr. Cindy Ng is the most responsible MD I've been. For years, I have been calling to ask if she can be our family doctor. But she always put her existing patient first to make sure everyone gets adequate care first. unlike other family physician who would take in as many patient as possible to make more money, and with no regards on availability to truly care for their patient. I know for a fact she is very competent and knowledgeable as her diagnose is always spot on and she give a range of treatment options and give you pros and cons of each. So I know I'm getting top notch care even as a walk in clinic patient. She also follows up with me to make sure the treatment is working. Her clinic manages wait time well, and would give you good estimate on when you should come back to visit when you already registered. Dr Ng is very organized and detailed and runs a tight ship. All my kids and my family has been visiting her over the years as walk in patients and she has never let any of us down once. never a rushed diagnose, clear direction to how to treat. and i really wish one day she can be our family physician. but i truly respect her good ethics in not overwhelms her practice, and keep up the high standard of care she gives.
I walked in for the first time and spoke to the receptionist if there is a possibility I can see a doctor, she asked for the purpose of my visit . I informed her my concern she immediately responded in a condescending tone and refused to accommodate.

The receptionist neither asked for identification or any sort of contact info to follow up. It didn’t seem professional in fact a bit discriminatory. The tone she used and the behaviour she portrayed was alarming as if I should know not to come In at certain time of business operation at a walk in clinic.

It is hard to get an appointment at other clinics in my area with long waitlist that can take two weeks but Dr. Rosenthal and his receptionist are friendly and are available to take an appointment swiftly and get getting medical as soon as possible is appreciated.
They book you with an appointment and you end up sitting around to see the doctors for about 2-4 hours. The lady at the reception is extremely rude and insensitive

My last visit with Dr.Yazdani for my 5 year old daughter was a total nightmare. She was completely rude and impatient. She did not have the courtesy to hear our concerns and clarify our questions. Thorough out our consultation she was rushing up to send us away. Wish there was a way to give negative rating here.
It' not a walk-in clinic, it's a phone-in clinic. When I came there to get help I was told that walk-in patients have to phone the clinic doctor and the doctor will decide whether he or she can help them OVER THE PHONE. Otherwise he will direct them to another facility. Thank you "doctor", I am capable of finding another facility without your medical assistance.
I don't have much experience compared to this clinic, but my experience with this one was good enough. Dr.Kasianik is such a great doctor with a great heart. She helped me a lot, explained my X-ray results in detail, and tried to comfort me as well(since I was worried too much). She gave me the feelings she is doing her best to take care of her patients. The receptionist weren't rude at all😂 they were all nice + the pharmacists too!
This five star is for Dr Kim who is an angel. The most caring and loving doctor I have ever seen. She was checking on me as if I am a family member. I was very stressed and worried and she took care of my situation in the best way. I will always be thankful of her.
Dr.Barret is great. However, they need to change their booking system or stop booking an appointment. They don't understand what is booking an appointment. Because even though you book an appointment with them doesn't mean you get in on that time. You have to wait an hour or more just like a walk-in person. When I was booking an appointment on the phone, she asked me to be there exactly on time then I left my job half an hour earlier (because they also called me and asked me to come earlier) and got there 10 minutes before the time. The front desk staff was like, "you gonna have to wait more than one hour," which is unbelievable.
My daughter and I have been to Dr Rosenthal on a walk in basis. The receptionist is always pleasant and accommodating. Both times Dr Rosenthal saw us in short order and efficiently diagnosed and cured us successfully. I highly recommend this clinic.
The receptionist AND doctors at this clinic are extremely pleasant and helpful. Our family goes to this walk-in clinic when our family doctor's office cannot accommodate us and we receive top notch care from Dr. Rosenthal. The clinic accommodates us quickly and everyone there is very friendly. The clinic is clean and operates efficiently, unlike any other walk-in I've ever attended. Thanks!!
I did some research into medical facilities near my home and with all of the different services offered, I thought that this one would be the best fit for me as, in theory, it's all convenient. There was a walk in clinic, testing laboratory, and OBGYN services offered in that same building. I am currently pregnant so this was a huge draw.
I came in on a Saturday at 11AM for walk in services and was told by the clerk at the front desk that walk ins are only on Wednesdays since I was not a patient. This was to be found nowhere on the website, no where on the notices inside, nothing. The website only notes that walk in clinic is open from Monday to Saturday at such and such time, which I arrived within.
I did try to call beforehand to ask about the hours and specific requirements, as I understand that during COVID protocols for each office are different. No one picked up both times I called, though when in as arrived, there were at least 2 receptionists behind the desk and about 5 people in the waiting room.
Suffice to say I was incredibly disappointed and disheartened as I did not want to travel far and also wait a long time at other clinics further clinics with less amenities. I am even more disappointed that walk in services which were advertised as available were in fact not available. I believe that this should be made apparent from the get-go and posted on the website or as an automated message through the switchboard, not as a revelation when someone just arrives there.

I tried to go to the walk-in clinic yesterday, turned out that it was closed for some reason. I called the office but no one answered, and I asked people in the 2nd floor but they had no clue. If there were some sort of emergency and they had to close the clinic, I would understand. But there was no information either on their door or on the website. I find it quite disturbing. Never going nor recommending their walk-in clinic.
We've been going to this walk in clinic over 6 years now. Dr Rosenthal is by far the best Dr we've met in Canada. He is super nice, efficient and truly cares about his patients. The rest of staff is great as well, we've always got excellent service from anyone we interacted with there. I'd strongly reccomend this clinic!
If you see so many bad reviews, you dare to go to this Clinic, I will say, you are really very BRAVE.

Pros: Dr Barrett is amazing! His staff is very respectful, patient and understanding. I have been going there for over 10 years and I am truly grateful to have found such an amazing doctor. I am a bit of a hypochondriac and him and his staff have been truly understanding and patient with me. Thanks to everyone who works at this clinic!

So kind, helpful, and informative. My visit for something quite embarrassing, and I not only left feeling well taken care of, but I also left with knowledge and reassurance about my issue. Making an appointment was super quick and easy over the phone, and they sent me off feeling better about myself. That's a big deal, and many clinics ignore that part. Thank you, Dr. Rosenthal!
Dr. Aram is incredibly down to earth and he is super friendly. The whole check up process is smooth and the way he interact with people is just comforting. Although the Clinic is rather small but the whole experience is good. I was there for a immigration visit and the entire visit was safe and respected.

I never leave reviews but this is a special occasion. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic, in fact, Dr. Ng is the most helpful doctor I have ever seen! She listened carefully to every concern I had and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this walk-in!
I came to get my allergy shot here and the receptionist was so polite and helpful. The doctor was very thorough, especially as it was my first visit, making sure to inform herself of my medical history and taking my blood pressure, temperature, and listening to my heart/lungs before administering the shot. Although I had to wait over an hour to be seen, she seems to be thorough, which I can’t necessarily complain about. The only off putting thing was that she kept questioning me as to why I came to her, such as insisting I didn’t live close enough to the clinic. It didn’t seem very “walk ins welcome”.
Dr Nejad has always been wonderful, he has been our family doctor for last 7 years and we are all praises for him. He is adjusting and takes good care of his patients. My experience has been wonderful with him.
