Came here for a night cap during the middle of the week. Cute restaurant, dimly lit and romantic. Liked our drinks. I got the absinthe frappe which tasted like a licorice mojito. Tried escargot for the first time and it was alright but the green sauce that they put on top of it was amazing. Glad I went. I plan to go again in a few days to try more food and to go to speakeasy for burlesque show

Nice little french restaurant with a penchant for witty details. The waiters were very kind and attentive. In the back there are small tables where u almost feel like u’r in paris. Food is available at 5pm, we had a relaxed sunday brunch at 3pm. The hamburger was really tasty and the fries were excellent « frenchish ». The crepe needs a bit more work, but good enough for nyc. check out the bathroom wallpaper😉

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Went for dinner and the lamb couscous was great. So was the duck breast. The appetizers were also fantastic. Great portions, great service, great atmosphere. So excited to make this a regular place :)

Great brunch menu. The location is just perfect and within proximity to other bars/restaurants. The customer service was absolutely top-notch.

I really enjoyed the escargot. It came out sizzling hot so I would just advise to let it cool down first. Other than that the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Our waitress Ude was amazing she was so funny and her French accent really made the food sound even better. Would definitely recommend.

I have to start with the food of course. I ordered king crab legs with the shrimp, added sausage and egg and it was amazing. So much food and veryyyy tasty! I had left overs and it was just as good the next day. For appetizers we had the wings which were okay. We had one flat out of the rest of drums lol The drinks were decent. I ordered some passion fruit cocktail but it wasn’t that strong and the flavor was okay. Our waitress was great, she also was the hostess but was very attentive to our needs. She was very nice as well.
Will def come back again!

This is such a great bar in Williamsburg ! If you’re into beachy and chill vibes than this place is for you. The service and decor is great and the tacos were delicious; guacamole was also well made. They have cool drinks and would recommend for hanging out with friends.

Saturday, early date night with Bae. This place was on my radar to try (not knowing he had already tried it, oh well). It is really cool, quaint popular spot. I had a drink called Jake's Harbor, fresh scallops, and a lobster roll. He had oysters and a crab roll. Everything was delicious!
And, so so so crazy to have to admit, but this is the 1st time I tried oysters! It was graat! Can't even understand what the fear was! LMAOOOOOO!

Just an all around classy steakhouse experience. Great service, with kind waiting staff, and able to get you high quality food quickly without rushing you. The filet mignon with foie gras was wildly delicious, and the Bordelaise sauce was to die for. A truly great meal.

My favorite brunch spot in Brooklyn! Their food and drinks are consistent and well executed. We ordered cheesy grits (special of the day) which was the ultimate comfort dish 😻

A wonderful steak house. My family & I came in for my stepfather’s birthday and everything was wonderful. We ordered the petite steak, seafood pasta dish and a couple of sides. The food was pretty good and portioned well. I believe our server was Chris? He checked in on us and gave great table service. We loved the ambiance and the attention to detail also. Will definitely be back for that sizzling porterhouse!

One of the best steakhouses in all of NYC. We started with the Sea scallop and grilled bacon appetizers. I got the 24oz Bone in ribeye and my lady got the fillet mignon with the foie gras, and we finished with Creme Brule and Carrot cake. From the beginning to the end of the meal every single thing I tasted was better than the previous bite, overall one of the best meals I've ever had in my life, and I'm fat so I've eaten a hell of a lot of food. But the best part of the meal was the service, sadly I forget the server's name but he was excellent, incredibly helpful, and insightful about how to pair different elements of the meal with the appropriate beverage. The attention to detail that is put into the space and the food is to be commended. One of NYC's best-kept secrets and I'll be going back.

AVOID!!! Not a fair business
Got our fish and chips which had issues. The general manager claimed the fish may be bad coz it was very rubbery. He then charges us, while discussing, he abruptly takes our card out and leaves without saying anything. We go to the entrance and ask for bill and they mention we paid it already. Ended up not being charged for the fish but whole experience of him, The General Manager , Victor, was nothing but stressful and not pleasant. He was very condescending and very demeaning. Staff apart from him were very nice.

I love it here. What’s not to like? The view in a clear day in summer is amazing, the wind in your hair kinda feeling, in colder days it’s just not visible but if you like games go downstairs after your food experience and play or just unwind in their garden. It gets empty in winter but you can use the bar in second floor for a cozier feel then. I love it in warm days of course better. Food is good, not wow but some dishes are small but it’s ok for me. The only thing that restaurants sometimes don’t get is music: bad choices to play super loud when people came to talk and eat- maybe just use a more relaxed tune? We are not there to dance?)))

Very good stakehouse. You can smell the meat as soon as you walk in. Little on expensive side, nothing to free here, will have to pay for side dishes as well. Overall very nice experience and great quality food.
Fantastic, fresh, delicious, varied, original food. Great service and organization of our 14 guests dinner party, led by Jamie who is a superb host who make you feel comfortable through the whole process. We had a memorable dinner for my wife birthday party. We will be back many times

Love this place on Franklin Avenue! Had crab tacos: warm shredded crab in a soft taco. Serious YUM. Ice cold margarita to wash it down. And the music! Classic R&B always has my heart. Casual place, casual vibe, and the food is killer. Go there now.

Had the fish n chips and was let down. The fish was mush inside the thick breading. The tartar sauce was disgusting.
Oysters were really good.
Drinks were cool.

Everything was overpriced, but what do you expect for a seafood restaurant.

They have a small arcade and mini golf in the back.

Service was great, bartender hostess and other staff were all really nice.

Came for their specialty lobster roll and never regret. Huge portions of lobster fill up the bun and all other dishes they have are fantastic! Appropriate pricing, staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back again for sure.
This is the place to have lobster. Extremely fresh and tasty lobsters cooked to perfection. Started out with a dozen of Little Neck Clams on the half shell and cocktail shrimp, followed with several Lobster rolls. We would have ordered more if we could have. Everything was delicious. Nice drink and beer list. Good and fast service. Very recommended.

I usually have to travel to Boston to get fresh delicious seafood, but this place is 1beyond expectations. THE Clobster is a must try. Plus the spicy garlic butter for dip! They have a variety of butters to choose from. (YES CURRY BUTTER TOO)

We came here on a weekend for dinner and this place was so packed. It was a bit disappointing to learn on the spot that they do not do take-outs on weekends. If you still want to eat here on a weekend, plan to dine-in. It did help to know that they have a lot of seating which spans to 3 levels. There are no elevators so be prepared to get some exercise especially if you have a baby and need to carry their baby car seat and stroller up and down the stairs. Other than that, the staff was nice and accommodating. As for the food, they have a great menu of seafood items. It was my first time trying a snow crab roll and that was quite special. The PEI mussels were surprisingly small but the sauce that was paired with it was perfect. Overall, we had a nice dining experience here. This place is situated close to the water so it felt like we were eating seafood by the beach.
When I go to a Lobster shack I want freshness & quality. I accept its going to be expensive as long as it meets that criteria. Red Hook Lobster Pound does exactly that. It serves up fresh, juicy and flavoursome Lobster. Have it in sandwich form or Mac N Cheese form, it doesn’t matter. Some of the side dishes and other options are a little uninspiring so don’t steer away from the lobster. Solid spot if you’re after lobster, but if you’re looking for just a great restaurant then perhaps it’s not the place for you.

We went here on a whim. Indoor seating was not plentiful. A few wooden benches of varying heights were available once you enter. I believe their was outdoor seating out front, and possibly in the rear. If you are going here for seafood, you should enjoy.... but I came with my wife, and I don't eat seafood. The chicken sandwich I had was incredibly bland. It's as if it was simply fried and put on a bun. Zero seasoning. I was highly disappointed. I came to this place with someone who loves seafood, and they were not impressed. If you're going to offer non seafood items, they should be tasty!!The drinks we both decided were only average. I wouldn't go back.

Yummy pernil with yellow rice and black beans! Great specials less than $11 on the right side of restaurant! Left side dine in is a little pricier but the steam table special is is where it’s at! Delicioso!

Spacious seafood themed restaurant that is never too busy during happy hour. There’s a lot of outdoor seating for that glass of wine and oyster special before dinner. Recently we came in for dinner because it was too hot to cook. The lobster Cobb was generous in its pile of lobster and other garnishes. The scallops were sweet and fresh. A burger topped with lobster is also a novel way to get some crustacean in your meal.
Don’t over complicate things. Come here & get a lobster roll. I am partial to the Connecticut style with butter, sans mayo. The fries are crispy & if it’s summer, get a froze or some other frozen drink. The rolls are getting quite expensive now, at well over $30 a piece but it doesn’t change how delicious they are. I’m sure the rest of the menu is tasty as well but it’s called red hook LOBSTER for a reason, get the lobster, you won’t be disappointed.

I was there last night, had the mofongo with shrimp 🍤 delish! My husband and I shared the flan, yummy. Our waiter was very nice. Can’t wait to go back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Team is not managed well. Manager was very rude. They made an error in the delivery and they told me to place another order to receive more food as comp for their error. But the second delivery did not include the promised food. Essentially they lied and I was stuck paying the extra fees. Terrible service. Manager was so rude.

Update: The owner is calling me dishonest. This is insane. I was told by an employee to place a new order and that they would add more food as compensation for failing to communicate that they were out of stock about something until the order arrived incomplete and after I had to call to ask about the missing food. But when I did this my second order arrived without the promised additonal and complimentary food. I called back and the manager said that isn't how they operate and that someone gave me wrong information. But it was already done so the nice thing to do (especially after messing up twice) is to refund the second order. Clearly this place does not care about good customer service in a city where restaurants are everywhere (better ones that do not sell subpar food might I add).

Clam chowder had little clam in it we had to ask to take it back. They replaced it with better one which is good. If u expect fish & chips like english style this isn’t the place to go. Oysters were clean. Salad wasn’t generous portion. Ricotta pancake was tasty.
We sat on booth seat and the light on top of our table is very dusty.

I had the chance to visit Kings while catching up with an old friend on my last visit to NYC. Upon arriving at the restaurant I was not all that impressed. However, by the time I left my taste buds were screaming. The food was absolutely amazing, the boil had a perfect balance of seafood and veggies. The flavors hit on every level. If you are haven't, try the egg, you will be glad you did.

The place is clean and welcoming. I gave 3-stars due to the quality of food. I got a Connecticut lobster roll. I think I was expecting a more buttery sauce on my lobster. The lobster meat was also pretty chewy. Not bad, but I've definitely had better. My partner got the Bloody Mary, in which they claim to have the best in Brooklyn. He loved it! The Mac and cheese lacked flavor. He got a Mexican lobster roll, which he liked. Overall not a bad spot, if you want a reasonably priced lobster roll!
The food was pretty good. The service wasn't great. We went during the middle of the afternoon so at no time was there more that than three tables with customers but they took so long with my drink they just put it on the house.. I had to ask for a straw twice. Those are just two examples but it was the kind of situation where you have to keep looking up for staff and you just can't find any bc they don't come back to see if you need anything.

Came here for a six year wedding anniversary after our original plans fell through. Call them at 9:20 to get a 9:45 reservations né they were incredibly accommodating! From the moment we stepped in and got seated, we were taken care of by the phenomenal waiter, Kris. Our drinks came out quickly and we’re delicious, the complimentary bread and apps came out hot and fast. For our main course, it was the same things: well prepared, seasoned phenomenally, and was quick to our table! I feel as though the money you’re putting into this meal experience is well worth it, off the food alone but more importantly worth it for the attention to detail and care from the staff. Will be back for more!

Suda the waitress was very accommodating.

I wanted chorizo on my half of the mussles bc my wife doesn't like spicy....the waiter came through!
Also didn't mind me switching up my cocktail a lil. (Added eldeflower and mint)

The food was excellent. So glad we tried the oysters here bc now we don't have to go to far. As we live locally and would go to bayridge or manhatten. Yes!!!!!

Altogether I'd recommend this spot for seafood and service!

Knocked it out of the park.

Thank you!!!!

The place has a nice outdoor setup and has a pretty casual look inside. The drinks were just ok. I got the lobster roll and the lobster was very overcooked. The tater tots were perfect though. The crab cake sandwich was fine but the bread was a bit too dense for the sandwich. The raw oysters were not very flavorful or meaty. The service was fast and friendly.

My partner and I went for happy hour. We were excited because my partner loves fried clams. We ordered oysters, salmon, and, of course, the fried clams. We were surprised and disgusted when we found a worm in our oysters. The server cleared the plate, and we decided to continue with what turned out to be a mediocre meal. My partner’s fried clams were tough and chewy and the salmon was flavorless. When we received the bill, we were surprised to see we were still being charged for the worm oysters. When we asked to discuss the charge with a supervisor, we were told they were not there, so another server was sent over. This was the first time someone apologized for the unhygienic shellfish, and they took it off the bill after consulting their supervisor… who we had just been told was not there. Mistakes happen, but live insects crawling around the food, a failure to apologize, and lying to customers make this restaurant a place you should absolutely miss. There are too many good seafood restaurants in the neighborhood to patronize mediocrity.

I hate to make this review a race thing but sadly, it’s something we still have to deal with even in NYC! If you’re black and dining at Amber Steak House, ask for Alexander! HE’S AWSOME!

I started off with a female server who was cold and dismissive! She seated me, took my order and disappeared for the entire evening! She didn’t even introduce herself! If you are Russian, you will get amazing service at Amber Steak House since most of staff with the exception of the bus boys are Russian and I witnessed the treatment that they give their Russian customers! If you’re black, ask for Alex because he will treat you the same way he treats everyone! Now on to the food! My medium rare ribeye without the bone was over cooked and dry! I had to chew it so much, my jaw became sore! The highlights of the evening were the peach martini, spinach & mushroom mix and the bread! I should also mention that the bus boys are awesome! They not only clear the table between courses, they were very friendly and checked on me during my meal. I will not be returning to Amber steak house! I should have gone to Keen’s which was my original plan!

I actually dream of the calamari here. I’m 7 months pregnant and in a huge calamari kick and these take the top rung in my book. The space is super fun and huge. I totally understand why there are bad reviews- the space is large with lot going on- so lots of room for service errors. But our experience at 2:30pm on a Saturday was smooth. Our party of 2 got seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Service was very friendly! Our food came out so fast which was very surprising considering how massive and busy the restaurant was. It’s such a great summer vibe and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Great shrimp, crabs, and fish. Excellent corn bread. The drinks are a nice touch lending to an island vibe. The chowder was awesome, too. I like all different types of music. That being said, I understand that we were in Brooklyn, but playing rap music the whole time we were there was not cool. I am a native New Yorker, and so were my guests. We are from different age groups. It would have been nice to hear a variety of music instead of what the cashier and / or kitchen staff prefer. Other than that, the food was great and the place was very clean.

The seafood is pretty decent. The fried whiting comes with two slices of bread and some garden greens. I requested tartar sauce but that didn’t make the trip. Could be the fact that the delivery guy dropped the order before handing it off in a torn paper bag. The crab blt was excellent! Eat everything fresh when you get it. Any reheating will not generate the same experience from the original time you got your food. The fish was good and the crab tastes fresh. I would try it again.

Great location, Red Snapper grilled was terrific. Beans could use a bit of seasoning. Penil was not fresh, we asked to have it removed from our bill and was told we are most of it, which we didn't. Our waiter was terrible, he was inattentive, didn't explain how the dishes were served and was clearly overwhelmed with his large section he was assigned too. I feel because we didn't speak Spanish he was inattentive to us. The other young lady that helped us out was wonderful. I will return but will be asking more a more experienced waiter, well mannered. I always over tip however, when I'm being ignored by my waiter and am not being good service I do not too well. I hope management reads this review.

Cute spot with open air dining, perfect for the summer.

Got Connecticut lobster roll and their Bloody Mary.
Stellar service. Lobster roll was fresh. A little pricey, but what do I know lobster is always market price. Fries were good and crunchy. Comfortable spot with high ceilings and plenty of outdoor seating. Will be back thanks guys

My brother I were looking for some seafood and found this place. Once we got there around 12:30PM there was no one there. We walked up the stairs and noticed a girl standing by the bar. She told us to take a seat anywhere and we did. Then se came up to us and asked if we’ve been here before and said no. She told us she wanted to go over some stuff we should try and we said okay great. She recommended we get the signature dish from the menu which did not have a price on it. So we went ahead and ordered the signature dish from their restaurant. After the signature dish arrived as you can see in the picture it was cold but a lot of flavors and it was not worth $228. I was speechless when I saw the bill but I did not say anything because I should’ve asked before. My only problem is I left that place feeling very hungry I was not full at all. Once I got home, I had a very bad heartburn. It was crazy. I couldn’t stand it. I had to go to the doctor. Everyone going there I would recommend you ask the price if you don’t see it on the menu, or else you will get robbed in broad daylight. This is not the place to come and eat to get your stomach full. I would never recommend anyone to get the signature dish from the restaurant.

A very different place.... Very low key and no frills, dark and dank inside, total beachy Hawaii vibe including a thick layer of sand on the floor! That threw me off a bit but the drinks we had were pretty good. I had a hibiscus margarita which was pretty tasty and taller than I thought it would be. My sister ordered the rosé and it was peculiar to the point the bartender let us try it before, because they said a decent amount of people end up not liking it. We kinda liked it though. So the service was pretty nice, though it's a very strange kind of place!

Ordered the porterhouse for two medium rare and did not expect the porterhouse to be so big! The steak was cooked to perfection, but if I had known the cut was going to be thicker, we would’ve asked to prepare it differently. Their scallops and complimentary bread and butter were astonishing!

Great experience just not sure how I feel about frying the lobster tail in the shell. Like it was really difficult to eat but at least it was delicious. That’s like frying a shrimp without peeling them. Final verdict. I’d come again. Plenty of seating and good atmosphere to accommodate most.

Been here a few times. Most recently for lunch where we got a bowl of New England Clam Chowder, fried pickles, steamers, and split a lobster rolls and fries. Chowder came immediately and was chock full of clams and potatoes and was velvety smooth. Fried pickles and the lobster roll were great, the fries were especially good. The steamers were kind of gritty and sad, which was disappointing. They came with butter to dip in but no water to clean so we were a little confused on the preparation. Someone also had a small lapdog in the restaurant while we were there, which I wouldn’t have minded, except they were yapping a lot but they finally l left.

All in all, I like this place and continue returning for the lobster rolls, of which they prepare a few ways.

My husband loves seafood and he insists to come to this restaurant all the time even though we need to drive almost 30 min with a baby.

I first discovered this place at The Bloody Mary Festival recently. Since I really enjoyed their festival winning traditional Bloody Mary, I wanted to try out the food. As soon as you walk in this cute little place, you are immediately drawn to the decor and atmosphere. My server Nikki was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The food and, of course...the Lobster Claw Bloody Mary was really good. My Crab Cake Benedict was tasty, and the eggs were poached perfectly. The Clam Chowder had the right amount of salt and flavor. They have a pretty decent sized menu, and the prices, in my opinion, are reasonable. I really enjoyed my experience and will be sure to visit again the next time I am in the Greenpoint area.

Really solid lobster roll with a unique variety on the menu. Settled on the Mexican lobster roll and some shrimp cocktail. No regrets, everything came out fast and was delicious.

Chez Moi is the perfect place for a beautiful date night or get together. They have a small munu that in my experience has been executed flawlessly and a cozy yet elevated atmosphere. The service is wonderful and has become a spot my boyfriend and I regularly frequent. Highly recommend!

Great place! The menus are iPads which is pretty cool. The staff is nice and the food tastes good! They took my reservations and was ready before time! SALMON WAS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD. And I’ve had a lot over the years.

So flavorful and super delicious! I got the crab & corn chowder and the crab BLT and both were so fresh, so tasty and exactly what I wanted. The chowder was amazing and has great chunks of crab in it and was creamy but not too rich; it has great pepper and seasoning flavors. The crab BLT was just insanely good - totally craveable.

5.1.2021 - pictures are from 2021, but recent dining experience remains the same. Very kind staff that’s attentive. The food is good and well prepared. The space can get crowded, but if you show up a little on the early side it’s not a problem to get a table for a midsize party.

Nothing too special about the food, but a good group dining option.

Oh my goodness this was the best meal of our entire trip. I just googled seafood places close to where we were staying and this was one of them and I'm glad we settled on it. The food was beyond amazing. This is the first time we ordered separate entrée and tasted each others and then when we finished we ordered an entire new entrée because we wanted more. The scallops were cooked perfectly and so was the sea bass. The mashed potatoes were rich and creamy. The vegetables were crisp and flavorful. Each sauce that accompanied the entrée was perfectly paired. The chowder was velvety smooth and had a wonderful amount of crab. Our server was so sweet and attentive she made us feel like family as we talked about the city and our backgrounds. We will totally be back next time we visit.

The lobster rolls here are ridiculously tasty! I thought the roll looked small to be honest, but it was so dense. So much lobster in every bite! I felt so full with just one roll and french fries and corn on the cob. So tasty, I will be back soon

We liked it. It’s pretty original and not so overpriced. Ceviche is great. I am not giving all stars because we were on the terrace with my dog ( a very small one serving as emotional support) and she barked once just because she was scared when some people came in and the barman told us very rudely that the dog CANNOT BARK, like if I could make my dog understand that it’s not polite to bark… didn’t like that was of talking to us

Love this place. Great seafood. One time I arrived when the kitchen was closing, so I asked the chef to just improvise some leftovers. It was delicious.

My visit to the King of the Sea was my worst experience at seafood restaurant. They have a 90 minute seating rule which they don't follow. Me and my group waited for almost 3 hours for a group that was already eating when we arrived. Their were only 6 of us and the staff could not figure out how to sit us ANYWHERE else except for their table of 10. The food was just okay. Not one of us finished our food nor wanted to take the rest home. The "bar" is a joke. We had a better bar in our college dorm room than what they have on display. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. The King of the Sea seems like the corner store of restaurants. The staff communion in groups while customers wait up to an hour for their orders, drinks took 30 minutes to be fulfilled. The one order for a shrimp salad at our table was the last order to make it to the table and it took 15 minutes longer than the rest of the entrees... The more I write the more I remember. I'm going to stop here. Don't waste your time or your money. The King of the Sea should be sunk.

My oh my! My boyfriend & I found this spot after leaving one of his friends art show. We were curious to try the crab BLT & it was very delicious w/ the tots. Definitely worth it.

The music was popping! I couldn’t stop dancing.
The drink was very good 👍🏼& the BANANA pudding? I would recommend it after a good meal. It was sweet & delicious 🤤🍌

Lastly, the lady that attended us was very welcoming & kind.

We will be coming back again soon!

WOW! the food here is absolutely divine. This is maybe the first time I’ve paid $20+ for an entree and actually felt like I got my moneys worth. The tenderness of the fish and the flavor of the shrimp are completely out of this world. They let you bring your own drinks, and the service is some of the best in NYC. Will be back here as often as possible :)

The restaurant is gorgeous, cozy, and rustic, the service courteous and polite and the pricey very moderate. I really enjoyed my lunch, the lobster roll was particularly good, warm and delicate, poached to perfection and the butter was not overpowering. The fish and chips was also very tasty, the fish must have been marinated for long because it was super flavorful. I tried one of their chowders too, which was real nice and the Brussels Sprouts were crunchy, lemony, and seasoned to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the crab dip, but overall, amazing restaurant in one of the most charming and underrated areas of Brooklyn.

I really wanted to NOT think about the reviews and come see for myself. The food was delicious. Drinks were great BUT our server forgotten our food. We sat for 2 1/2 hours (drinking) and didn't get our food until 10!! Even still the order was wrong but at that point, I was disappointed. It's a shame though as the place had great vibes. Our server though bless his heart 😪

The blue point oysters were fresh when I ordered them during happy hour, but I was disappointed by their lack of variety of oysters given that they’re a seafood restaurant (they only had blue point oysters). The fried belly clams were decent, as were the fish and chips. The waiters were friendly but a bit slow.

Best lobster roll NYC :D Piled super high on a perfectly toasted and buttered, sturdy hot dog bun. Served with a perfectly reasonable amount of old bay fries and slaw. The Gowanus tower is a great appetizer order for two: a dozen oysters (3 varieties), six clams (come with mezcal vinegar - huge fan!! Brilliant idea!!), and six shrimp cocktail. That and a bottle of Riesling for less than the price of four glasses of the stuff really did the trick. If you want to fish out or if you miss your real New England upbringing, this is a great place to do it.

The food, the service and the vibe were great here. Got the seabass and when my partner mentioned she was vegetarian, the host immediately offered to make a vegetarian version of a Thai curry. There was a great jazz band and we stayed a little after just soaking up the atmosphere without feeling rushed. Highly recommend for a local, relaxed, seafood night in the summer!

This restaurant literally feels like a beach, there’s sand! Would’ve been 5 star if it weren’t so expensive for small portions. However, the food is delicious. Crab cakes, ceviche, and tuna tartare were all fantastic👌🏼 host was very friendly. Patio in the back has outdoor seating. Bar seats inside (very dark)

So for 23 dollars a lobster roll just larger than the size of my fist is overpriced. Clam chowder for 8 dollars was more like potato chowder. Coleslaw and pickles are a must have as a side. Bloody Mary was on point, bartender was awesome. I disliked it for the value of the meal and what we chose. Maybe there's other things to try on the menu that's worth getting but I won't be going back anytime soon. Service was standard. Our entire meal incl tax about 50 dollars.

The fried whole porgy fish was delicious. Everything we ordered was not greasy. They were crispy and the batter was thin. The oyster and clams were very fresh. Love thw clam chowder. It did not have too much cream..you can taste the clam juice. The onlyndraw back is the servicem they are fast at getting orders but our food took forever to come out from the kitchen.

Delicious 😋😋😋 I had fish n shrimp. Loved it but my only suggestion is to have the chef open the lobster tail more before frying it. Couldn't get much meat of that but the drinks was definitely hitting. Might go there today for a quick drink 👍🏾

My friend and I came here and the place met all my expectations. For others like me that are allergic to basically everything under the sea. I had the fried fish and chips, which was really good. It was catfish and it was my first time having it. And it was so delicious!!! Between that and the drinks that are first of all beautiful to see and taste very good. The waitress we had, was fantastic. Super sweet and helped get my to go order together. Overall a great experience, I will say yes you will end up spending quite a bit. But for the quality it was worth it. Just add more bacon wrapped scallops please!!! 6 is good, but 8 would be better 😂

This place is black-owned which is great, and my food was decent. I ordered a Clobster roll (½ crab + ½ lobster), tater tots and peach cobbler (not pictured). I've ordered here before and loved the crab rolls with great seafood portions. However, this time the crab portion was too salty for my taste. It seems the lobster was fine, but the crab half was high in sodium. The tots were crispy, but could have done without them. Lastly, the cobbler was sadly a disappointment. I honestly make a better peach dump cake. All in all, I gave them a 4 out 5 towards room for error. Staff were friendly and the outdoor seating area is lovely. Please monitor your salt. Thanks! 😉

We came for brunch and had oysters, Ricotta pancakes and a lobster roll. Everything was good. The oysters were small, fresh with subtle flavors, the pancakes were fluffy and light, and the lobster roll had a lot of lobster, which is not that common. The fries also tasted great, and service was seamless. Overall, a great hidden location for seafood in the neighborhood.
We went for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent and definitely budget friendly and we orderedway too much!! The Seafood Paella was out of this world. However, the staff is lacking. Took too long for our dinner and our waitress pretty much disappeared. She wanted me to sign the receipt again even though I already had paid the bill with the manager. I had to confirm with them that my bill was only processed once. Will I go back? Maybe.....

Disappointed with my experience here. Service was lackluster despite it not being super crowded when we were there. The best thing we had was our appetizer- the calamari was great. However our entrees were pretty bland and almost bad? The lobster roll was super funky (maybe our fault for ordering a lobster roll in Brooklyn) and the branzino was bland. Really wanted to like this place, but maybe will come back to try their happy hour specials.

Love this place. Always feel like we are coming home for dinner when we walk in. Great cozy quiet space, with a terrific menu. Try the tuna burger!!!
