I don't usually write reviews but I had to give a good review for this location. I go to this branch quite often for work purposes and I always feel very welcomed whenever I enter that door. They have very nice people there and it's always a highlight of my work day whenever I visit.

I just from this location today arround 9.40am it’s took me almost 20 mins to withdrawal $5000.I always withdrawal for my employee payroll and buy supplies .Because it’s a business account. This is the 2nd time i got asked why i need to withdrawal ($5000) that much . Last time also teller at this location. asked me why i withdrawal that much ?

I'm a customer and they treat customers like homeless people. Here doing a transaction needed to use bathroom and my kid . They wouldn't even talk to us. Worst place to go for a bank is here, go to chase where they treat people like people.

Ms. Anaria Grant was very pleasant from the time I walked trough the door. She treated me with expertise and efficiency. I was very pleased with the ambiance and cleanse of the branch. The other branch members, where on point and helpful also. One took me to the ATM to my sure my new card was working before I left the branch. I was very impressed with that. This was just my 2nd time at a TD Bank.

The worst experience I ever had before. Hope manager of this branch will read about and teach that Albanian Lady (or even kick her out)who works there the essential customer service. I asked her before (forgot her name) print my statements the other day and when i got there to pick up my statements , she gave me very nasty look and told me in a sarcastic tone in front of other clients sitting at her desk that I have to watch my statements carefully and that the other time she will charge me for printing them. That’s very unrespectfull, unprofessional, impolite and very rude.

They got many people working over there, but takes forever for one to just answer the phone. You’ll have to try to call millions times and wait for million hours just get one to answer your phone, and always the same lady. Sometimes they’ll even disconnect your call! Bank tellers are quite nice, but the associate representatives aren’t knowledgeable or nice (ppl that work in front of the desks). Don’t like going there unless I have to! If you can, go somewhere!

Visited today. Racist employee at the counter. Asked for government packed quarters. Refused to provide. There was a Chinese old guy next to me got 200$ worth of government packed quarters. Worse service ever at this location. Never going back. Account holder more than 5 years. Always bad service at this location. The young people working at this location are very unprofessional. I understand td bank hire young bank tellers. And as an employee myself I understand that sometimes you have other issues in areas of your life that you are attaching to you even at your workplace. But when a client who is being respectful and asking questions such as how to open another account. You don’t roll your eyes get all sassy and say “it’s in your td app” or giving you the attitude. And cutting you off while you talking to another coworker of hers at a different time different visits, and it’s not even work related. It’s rude it’s very rude. I am not going to name anyone because I am not that type of a guy. But it’s one of the newer girls who’s been there for about 8 months now.

Not sure why the reviews are so subpar. This is a wonderful TD location. Jenai was lovely, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was a line when I arrived during my lunch break that dissipated very quickly as everyone’s problems were resolved in a timely manner.

I went there this morning to deposit a couple of thousand dollars to my bank acct. around 8:40 AM today 1/25/22 and the teller lady who was training a young gentleman gave me a very bad attitude, then as I started walking out I spoke to a man who was sitting on a desk (Guillermo) and complain about what had just happened and his answers were the same as the teller lady. I told them that the client is always right and that the had to be nice, courteous and respectful to all customers and they just laughed.. I will seek to complain to a television channel and better bureau because this was not the first time this happens to me. I have not choice but to open a bank acct. in another bank.

One aspect that I will comment is at the closing they charged interest for the rest of the month and we closed towards beginning of the month - feel they’re robbing us - I don’t know the legality of it perhaps on a commercial loan it is but did pay off many loans but never experienced this bad.
Also the customer relationship person just ignored our request and help with getting a closing statement.
If you have Loan with them I hope your experience will be better.

This bank is the worst when it comes to attending customers in a timely manner. There is one teller and another staff who chats away like there is no customer waiting in line. It is pretty unpressional and disgusting how they have customers waiting in line for such a long time. I would suggest gave more tellers on duty! Worst TD bank ever! I have being with this bank for like 10 yrs and I’m closing my account due to there not allowing instant transfers tot he ATM CARD .. I’ve been charged multiple times overdraft fee even I had deposited money and the acc changing to positive and when I called they tell me that the amount transfers from cash app or Zelle etc doesn’t reflect instantly even after paying extra to get it transfer instantly and the amount reflecting on your PB ACC WHICH MAKES MO SENSE TO ME THATS PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MIND.. and also waiting till late at night to reflect transactions to be able to charges you overdraft fee( happened too many times for it to be a coincidence ) I’m upset with this and I’m changing bank

Something is going on at Banco Popular. Recently a family member went to the bank to withdraw some funds a few hours later they looked at the money and felt something was off from one of the $100 dollar bills they received. The bill was compared to other bills and we couldn't say it was fake but the bill felt off somehow. A friend of the family went into the same bank a few days later to withdraw funds and they too were given a bill $100 bill that they too felt was off but they couldn't spot a difference. We have purchased a marker that detects fake bills. We will be checking each bill before we leave the bank and will not ask for $100 bills. In my non-professional opinion I would not accept a $100 bill from Banco Popular at this time

So, i do have 2 accounts in this bank, today I stopped by this branch 37 st& broadway to open safe box,i waited around 1/2 an hour and was just me and another person waiting then when my turn came the girl who talk to me just took my ID and the card she put them on the table and she said 1 second I kept waiting for another 1/2 an hour and i stand I looked all the way on the back I found her having fun talking to her coworker at the counter with absolutely no consideration that she has client waiting for her!! Hit and miss. I had a great experience over a year ago, but lately it has been poor. I waited for a long time the other day for a transaction that could not be done over the phone, only to be told I had to come back with different documentation. After coming back for the second time, and waiting 20 minutes, when I asked how much longer it would be I was told at least another 10 minutes with no apology. There were about 10 other people waiting who just got up and left. It would have been nice to have been given an appointment since I now have to return for a third time just to do a quick transaction. Consider banking elsewhere.

TD raves about being "America's most convenient bank" but in my experience, especially this specific brick and mortar bank, is the most inconvenient. The employees are not trained properly and if you need help with anything that isn't the average banking of opening an account or making a simple transaction within TD, they freeze. They refuse to admit that they don't know, and ended up completely messing up my IRA rollover. They have messed up CDs in the past in which I did not earn the interest I should have and told me that even if they fix it, they cannot reimburse me the money I should have gained. What's the point of even dealing with you then? I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Came back to renew my CD. Did not recognize anyone, except one. Ms. Suman. She is still from the old team and always says hello. I personally use to deal with a very handsome young man. in the front with the old Branch Manager Mr. Konstantine. Wonderful people. But I been a few times to the branch for atm use and I'm just disgusted. The new branch manager looks like a robot stays in his office and not once did he ever greet me. I will not visit this location anymore or do business with flushing. This bank has lost its glow.

Spent an hour at this branch yesterday trying to open a savings acct & make a deposit w/ Suresh. I was told I had to wait until the next business day to change the name on my acct, as the check was written in my maiden name. I was given no further information regarding proof of identity. Remember, we sat for almost an hour discussing this. The next business day, I show up to proceed w/ the transaction & change the name on the acct to match the check. Suddenly, I now need my old SS card w/ my old name on it. This is policy, understood. WHY wasn't this told to me yesterday during the HOUR we spent?? Now this is a wasted trip, wasted car fare, wasted time. I'll be taking my investment business to another bank, thank you very much.

Was just at this TD Bank about 30 minutes ago. I wrote my name down for customer service. Wait was perfectly fine. The lady that called my name had a very nasty attitude. She was pretty old and as I was asking about notaries, she asked me if I had an account with them. I told her no and her attitude got worse than before. Is it because if I did have an account with them, I could rate her? All in all, I did not have a bad experience with them when I came here (previous notaries I had to do with them because they provide them for free), however, there are just some employees that are dreadful. Good thing I don’t bank with TD bank because their customer service just overall sucks.

The greeting team is always pleasant, and the lines always very long, but my last experience has me questioning if I should keep my business with TD Bank at all. I needed to split a check to be deposited into savings and checking. I realized forgot my ID and account numbers. The teller was rude, apparently my needing this type of assistance was intolerable, that aside, she offered a solution to deposit the entire check into the checking account since I had my TD bank card. Terrific! The check was needed for a wire payment the same day out of the checking account. When the transaction was over, she handed me the receipt and I said, "this was put into checking, correct?" Her response was, "I put it in your savings, but it doesn't matter." I was in an instant rage and said "It does matter, you don't know what this is for" My response appeared to be nothing more than an annoyance to the teller. I left before my anger got the better of me and the wire payment had to be delayed causing problems I won't go into. Be careful at this branch.

It's a very busy location but everyone is very kind and helpful!This is the nearest branch to my office. I come here about once a week and Kathleen is most helpful and patient customer service rep i have ever dealt with. I could go to my local branch in Brooklyn but i choose to come here on my lunch break or after work. I have a million things going on and its so great to have someone to help me out with my day to day banking with patience and kindness.

Louise and Irene couldn’t be more useless and rude... thank Goodness for Michelle she saw how rude and dismissive they were and came running to see how she could help and oh she did great!!
Michelle was amazing :) the other 2 hmm not so much one was in a rush to pack up and leave even tho she was at the counter and working, and the other one was to busy doing who knows what but not working.
you guys should have all nice welcoming people like Michelle... and the guy was very nice too... so next time look for Michelle and you’ll have a very pleasant experience

Called Ms sa di ma 445pm it might have been close to closing but the nasty lady didn't put her branch manager on left me on hold for ever thank you non English speaking person that don't no your job

The people at this bank lie their ass off! They tried to charge me $140 fee's on my business account 4 times for their own errors!! All the fees have been returned by customer service. The personal bankers have sit there and lie to my face about 3 times already. They told me they would turn the overdraft feature off my account, they didn't, went back, they told me you can't turn the feature off. Customer service just turned the feature off for me over the phone! I don't recommend this branch to anyone, the branch if full off ghetto type people and they run it with a ghetto mentality. The manager is always too busy to talk to her customer and I find it etrememly rude that they lied to me, as my business is brining in thousand and thousands of dollars into the account. Very Very Disappointed because they seem so nice, smile in your face, then lie to you and stab you in the back. They also don't clear money on the weekends so every holiday and weekend you are stuck with no money, they think you are stupid while they are making some pennies off interest by holding you hard earned money all weekend. Truly a terrible experience at this branch.

I walked in this bank with an emergency to use the washroom. Not fun but it happens to everyone at some time. I spoke to someone and kindly asked to use the washroom and told him it was urgent. He told me they don't have washrooms. So if you talk to a rep that lies outright about something like that, chances are they will lie to you about your financial needs. This bank needs a talk about having some compassion and doing for others as they would want to be done to them in that situation.

Love this place, I just won't have the time to say what a great experience I had. Thank you so much to the staff and Lynn Mojar for helping me so much and for your kindness in a diffult moment. I have never come to this location before but afte yesterday I sure will return. Staff friendly and professional, coffee available bathroom clean. Even though I live in Yonkers I will sure come back to visit. You have a loyal customer and I will sure pass the word xoxo

Their website/system is very defective. I opened an account and the guy told me that he had enrolled me as paperless. I never received bank statements so everything was good. Well a few years later, my account had been charged over 200$ and I never received an email informing anything was wrong (since I had the minimum I never checked). Not only that they said I never activated my debit card. Mm yes I did! I even took the sticker off, meaning I did activated it. THEY SUCK!

I usually go to this branch on the weekends, the customer service is pretty good. The line for the teller is pretty long sometimes so it make take a while for u to complete your transaction. I really like their store hours because they are open pretty late, and they really try to help the customers if they have any questions.
