Top Men's clothing stores in Chicago, United States

This is my plug for the greatest scent and jar shape variety of $5-10 candles. Also always the first place I look for new soaps, bath washes and face cleaning products. I wish they sold interesting beach towels.

Store is a traditional good Marshalls BUT the escalator is broken and the wait for the elevator is almost not worth it.

The Canopy art in the center ceiling by lefty is tragic. There’s nothing profound..water vs fire..how deep. It has human forms on fire and it does not speak to a luxurious shopping experience or enhance it in anyway. It’s also right next to bubbles academy a children’s space. Whoever the curators are on this current installation need to up their game. This installation is one of the weakest ones so far.

The cashier that checked me out was really nice and fast but it is insane how slow the other cashiers are and the unnecessary amount of time they take to scan and bag your items.

Good selection, always good sales with percentages off, clean store, very helpful and friendly staff, great location, it’s my “go to place” year round shopping

Employees are trash and oblivious. No help in finding merchs, not even a hello. Policies in returns are dependent upon employees and if they like you or not.

Their Christmas tree is 1 of my top 3 trees in Chicago. It's beautiful. 900 N Michigan has so many options. For clothes, food, and electronics shops. They also have tons of chairs and benches to relax. They have chocolate bars throughout the building. That sells desserts.

This is a building with a collection of different establishments available for the retail consumption of their goods and services claiming to aide you finding commercial elightenment. Best of luck in your journey space travelers!

Excellent time inside Kate Spade and Bloomingdale's. The second floor also had great stores and boutiques and the restroom was very clean.

Deals are nice… and more space to move around the shop is, welcoming.

Great spot for men's fashion... lots of fall options.

Their home section has seen better days though... a few Halloween decorations, A LOT of Christmas options (even for pets) already -- but nothing for Diwali, Thanksgiving, or Hanukkah (which is earlier this year 💁🏽‍♂️). Maybe it is a sign of gentrification, but I am missing their previous commitment to diversity and inclusiveness in their offerings.
I did buy a nice Christmas plate for my puppies ...

Not overly happy with my online purchase. Bought two pairs of heeled sandals, and they came in no box, had obviously been worn and then returned...was too tired to return once I got the chance to look them over. Retail price was $150 each pair...expected alot better from BR

Not sure why people have such bad reviews of a Prada OUTLET store. I must admit, my experience with outlet shopping is not immense. But my very pregnant wife and I got what we came for (it may or may not have been “last season”). Service is good. No complaints. Anyways, LOL at the guy who gave this store 1 star because he wore his shoes in the rain and they changed color. What a clown haha

We stopped in here for lunch it was pretty middle of the road and a bit of a mess . We had ordered a chipotle ranch chicken wrap, and it was almost inedible, with the chicken being really fatty and wildly under seasoned. My friend had the morning sandwich and her egg was very cold. Which seemed to be the running theme as my fries were so cold and stale we couldn't eat them. We also ordered two cold brews at the same time, I got mine right away, and hers was nowhere to be found. We saw a woman walk up to the baristas counter and take what looked to be her (my friends) cold brew, which no one had called her name as they did with mine so we weren't sure. Yet 30 minutes after waiting asking the baristas when her order would be up and told it was coming, after we saw others who ordered after us get there's, still nothing. Finally, one of the baristas took pity and made hers on the spot after 45 minutes. So I would just avoid eating here and save yourself some time and money from this over-hyped mid food and atmosphere.

shoes that I only wore three times, they got wet in the rain and the color of the leather migrated to white, I went to the store to see what solution they gave me and they told me that this has nothing to do with the brand, that the only thing that It has a guarantee, there are the bags, it's only been a month since I bought them and they didn't want to give me any help. I'm looking for a way to ask to solve the problem. You can see the photos.

Very upscale! Was clean! Only a few stores where I didn't feel like I was beneath the staff. A few of the stores I was never even greeted. Sorry you shouldn't judge a book by the presented cover. I may not have purchased your product. That was because of the treatment I received. My daughter was living her best life, and you ruined her experience! The little guy might have not been so little! Please step up the customer service and treat ALL your visitors like they are important! I am sure we are replaceable and it happens every day! We didn't matter.. sincerely the person you ignored!

It looks nice when you get inside, however almost everything looks closed. The second floor and third floor didn’t really have anything open, and the 4th floor had some mediocre food court row. Other than looking decent, doesn’t do anyone any good if there isn’t anything open or 50% vacancies.

It is part of Chicago's Magnificent mile lot of shopping options from all the big brands..

A just "good" Prada location inside Rosemont Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall.

Nothing special about this Prada however. The selection for women is okay . Selection for men is limited.

Ive been to other Prada stores that have had a better collection of clothing.

I think the fact that this is an outlet store might be the reason why the selection isnt great.

Service however is nice and friendly.

There are a lot of stores here but there are no offers as such. Cheaper options online available. Visited as I had a couple of hours before my flight. Good timepass but nothing to lose if you don’t visit

They have a lot to offer for a factory store and some decent prices. Still on the higher end for an outlet, but after we checked out is the issue. I had to come back 2 times to have the guy take a security tag off. We went into other stores and were beeping non stop and when we figured out why I returned to the store. Then as I traveled through the mall again SAME issue, so I had to return to Express again to get a tag removed. Embarrassing to have the alarms go off as a black male, but I mean come on dude it was only 5 items to check for tags. Just glad we didn’t drive all the way back home before I noticed the security tags. Mistakes happen I get that but damn to have to come back not once but TWICE is excessive to me.

Banana Republic have proven themselves with their quality overtime so, you’ve got nothing to worry about. Also, you can get tons of great deals at this place most times.

Alfredo was amazing. He went out of the way to help me choose. I am a difficult shopper and I loved my experience at this store in Rosemont.

I enjoyed a lot being there and having fun.

The store is huge. But left alot to be desired. Not much as far as clothes for men which was disappointing. The staff seemed cold and robotic no emotions I get it it's retail and dealing with the public can suck. My daughter used the ladies washroom and said it was disgusting and like a gas station toilet filthy. Seemed kind of rundown in this store. Lots of broken or junkie items on the shelf. The check out line was long and slow moving. After 20 or so minutes we cashed out. The guy working was more interested in trying to get us to open a credit card for the store. We declined the offer.

Shops at North Bridge centred around a multi-floor Nordstrom along w/ around 50 mid-range to luxury brand name shops and eateries. It makes for a good mall experience and contribution to the shopping scene along the Magnificent Mile.

Left my vape in the fitting room, went back to the store and couldn’t find it. Called the next morning and the store associate said she just found it but throw it away.

Love this place, especially because the garage parking is only 10$ if you validate it. We had an appointment at the Rigby and Peller shop on third floor, but the mall has other shops like Bloomingdale’s, J crew, Gucci, Kendra Scott, etc. The mall is clean, there are restrooms, and there is a coffee shop downstairs.

Best to visit on a weekday as there was no waiting in line to enter the store. There were about 10-12 people in the store at the time.

There were 2 display racks in the whole outlet store with discounts and the rest were priced as marked.

Staff were present throughout the store but you do have to approach them yourself if you have any questions as they do not come to you automatically.

It's just another shopping mall in my view, but one that's loaded with luxury stores. Great for browsing and getting ideas for clothing and jewelry designs. The employees in the stores that I've visited were super friendly, making my visit worthwhile and enjoyable! The restaurants here have a nice range of offerings.

There isn't much in terms of retail tenants here due to the location - a busy street in downtown Chicago and surrounded by large and/or tall buildings. This is why the retail tenants are situated on several short floors.

Great customer service, the store is very clean with security. Hard to find street parking nearby, and the clearance section is pretty limited. Overall, good place to pick up some more formal wear.

Had an awesome time at the Christmas tree lighting, Illuminate 900 event!! Kicks off Christmas for me every year!!

I went in not knowing what I really wanted. To my surprise a lovely young lady named Ashley who is the store manager came to my rescue and showed me different styles of handbags. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I had chosen. Best shopping experience ever and excellent customer service from the manager Ashley and her wonderful staff!!! I will definitely be back!

The selection at this location is often refreshed with the latest styles. Good stock of all sizes and there is a nice variety of clothing options. The best experience I have ever received at a clothing store. The staff is absolutely remarkable. The teamwork of the employees was unbelievable. I came in at noon and had a difficult question to start off with, which they quickly helped me with, showing me with accuracy where each item was that fitted what I was needing. This saved me a ton of time and stress. Not only did I find great styles, but when I was shopping and found an item, an associate quickly took that item and took it to a fitting room. After finding 3 awesome shirts, the associate checking me out was very warm, genuine. Your team is amazing!

Plenty of shopping to do a lot of hustle and bustle going on for a Sunday afternoon but I enjoyed looking around and shopping. Chicago is a very interesting place to visit. It gives off a New York/Philadelphia VIBES. Plenty of interesting places to visit and free water bridge museum to visit.

What can I say.. this is my favorite mall in Chicago. A warm, inviting space with high end stores and an even more amazing food court. Then the top floor has a Top Golf & a hotel lounge vibe. Plenty of place to grab a coffee or dessert and just shop the day away!! 🛍😃

Beware of returns at this store. I concur with the previous reviewers who stated they received poor customer service. I had to find someone to help me purchase a pair of shoes after walking around for 5 minutes without anyone greeting/helping me. I bought a pair of men’s shoes for my son, who was not with me at the time. They told me they have a full refund policy if the shoes are returned unworn within two weeks.
The shoes did not fit, and I shipped the shoes back via FedEx, because I was not able to return to the store within the two week period. I had them sign for the return and I packed the shoes back into the box myself. They contacted me when the shoes arrived telling me the shoes had been worn, had insects on them (I’m not kidding) and they were unsellable. I contacted the store manager, Ashley, who told me they would not return the shoes. The shoes were tried on in my home and immediately returned upon discovering they did not fit. Ashley was dismissive, rude and kept insisting the shoes appeared worn. I assured her the shoes had not been worn, but she kept insisting they had. I am now stuck with expensive shoes that don’t fit and cannot be returned. Do not purchase anything from this store if you may have to return it. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe a luxury brand like Prada is staffed by employees like this. I know it’s an outlet, but it’s still a premium brand. Don’t purchase anything from this store unless you’re certain it fits. You will have no recourse. Corporate will not help. The outlet stores are a separate entity and answer only to themselves. You can’t even file a complaint.

This is the kind of store where what you see is what you get. Most of the clothing and accessories appear to be second-hand, including the shoes. But the prices are consistent with that. Definitely not the cleanest place to browse, shop, and try on items. But they have hand sanitizer available
as customers exit.

This Prada outlet is by far the worst one ever! The line just to get in took 3 hours!! It moved so slow and it wasn’t worth it once I got inside. Not only the staff was rude and look at me like a peasant, the selection here isn’t worth it. This is the worst experience I had in a luxury store. I was foolish enough to wait in line for 3 hours and not to find anything! 👎

It's nice to have an Express at the Fashion Outlets!!!. There's a good amount of stuff and they always have some promotion running whenever I visit.

I came in Saturday, July 10th in the afternoon. It was very a very clean store, not much fashionable clothing to pick from but I found 4 items I did not already own. I LOVE EXPRESS, I always shop there it doesn't matter what city or town I'm in. This location was depressing, the associates did not greet me nor ask if I needed help finding anything. The ladies at the register had a bad attitude. I was really surprised, not what I am used to. Two male associates where having a whole conversation right next to me while I waited to check out. Yes, I waited to check out, eventhough the ONLY customer was me. Lol The ladies at the register acted as if I was not standing there to pay. I did not get mad, I laughed when I walked out and wondered why this store has so many stars on Google. Anyhow, just giving my honest experience.

I placed an online order from Banana for 97 dollars on June 21, 2020. The site did not recognize my address and let me chose from other similar addresses so I pick one and did not have my apartment number. I called Banana to ask them to please add the apartment number.

The rep told me it was not possible. I ask her to re-enter my order adding the same address with the apartment number. She said that she “could hot guarantee that the order was going to cancel” so I told her to let the order be shipped. She agreed.

But later I got an email stating that my order “has been canceled.” although my money was still deducted from my account.

I called again and the rep told me it “was nothing she could do” to reinstate my order or credit the withdraw from my bank. So Banana is keeping my money for five days in the bank!!!!
And I have no shipment of the clothes I purchased.

I regret I placed an order with Banana. Their reps cannot do absolutely anything to help the customer and they keep the customer's money.
It is also annoying they keep saying “I am so sorry” multiple times but do nothing to solve the issue.

I do not recommend this company. Stay away and will save many hassles.

It is Friday, June 26 and this unethical company hasn't issued a refund on my money. A cancelation that they issued themselves a week ago even though I instructed them not to do. Very unethical to keep someone's money for a week.

Today I went to the store to purchase the items I was not able to purchase online. I was glad I made that decision because I was able to try the pieces of clothes and purchase the right size. No one helped me find my size. But an Asian male was very courteous and helpful in the dressing rooms. He picks up the garments I did not want promptly and helped me when I needed another size (a very rare thing in retail). All his great job was a contrast of the cashier a mid-age Hispanic 2062409. She was being pushy about becoming a member. But could not explain what being a member meant. Then she pushed to get a store credit card which no one gets anymore because of the ridiculously high fees and interest. Then she gave me a $50 Off coupon but did not remember the dates I needed to use it. Then he gave me another coupon to shop online. That was the last drop in the bracket. I walked out annoyed at this woman whose only interest was to sell the company items. It would be nice if Banana will show some genuine interest and gratitude for their customers like the extraordinary service of the young Asian male in the dressing room. He should be at the cash register. Five stars for him.

Outlet PRICES!!!!..Love this PRADA OUTLET ..at Fashion outlets of Chicago , its located on the second floor at the corner by all the designer brands , The Sales associate at this location was very friendly and informative, I wanted to get a leather trench coat 🧥 😍.. (that trench coat was just perfection🤩 LOL) but unfortunately they wasn’t having it on my size and the sales associate offer me to call me when they will have it on stock again , she also told me that some items at this Prada location were Runway pieces so they are unique and they have them from older collections ....so when they re stock.. they most likely will not have the same items or collections, I find this so unique because you can get really awesome runway Designs pieces that none one has it!, ....for me this location it’s a treasure hunting, I love it 🥰! .... Super clean , Organized , Excellent customer service! And the prices wow , all on SALE!!!!.. I 100% recommend this🔺 PRADA location!!. 🔺

I bought a dress on sale in store as an option for an event. I ended up wearing a different dress and going into the store to return the dress from this location. The associate told me it was "stained all over" and not in adequate resell condition. It was in a bag from the time I left the store until the time I returned it. Maybe this store shouldn't sell products with deodorant all over them and then blame their customers for the lack of quality assurance on their part. This is not the first time I've had problems here with returns, I am done with this location.

Came into the store with some online purchases made during their 40% off everything sale. Needed a new fit in one of the shirts I bought and a difference size in the jeans I bought. The manager that day named Ray, helped me from start to finish! He was able to even exchange everything I had even though you would normally have to pay the difference from the sale price. What a genuinely great experience. Will definitely go back because of their care for the customer.

The staff here are awesome! I've been here twice and both times were great. Really like the clothes too (got jackets, dresses, belts, jeans, and work blouses). Yes it's expensive, but you get what you pay for, and when there's a sale you can get great deals. Everything I've gotten from here has been durable and lasted for 2+ years as long as it's taken care of.

They also have a pretty good pet section too. Lots of toys, beds and more.

Have never experienced more poor customer service than at this location in my entire life. Store forgot to remove security tags from my items after purchase. When I returned with receipt of specific items and explained how much of a waste of time this was they did nothing to make the situation right. They offered me a $4 discount on my items. Your manager Brittany walked off and then could be heard over the radio making comments about my frustration.

I will not be shopping here in the future and do not suggest anyone else do the same.
