My wife and I had such a pleasure working with Edith. We came to the store because we heard it’s the flagship Gucci store ( which it is ) and wanted to see if they have anything to offer.

Of course, we didn’t leave empty handed. Not because we had a pushy rep, but a rep that understood what we enjoy. I can confidently say Edith will now be our rep for any Gucci products we purchase from now on.

My wife and I live in NJ and will be making the trip to just come see her for anything we would like from Gucci.

Customer service is absolutely worse at this location, not a single smile given and felt like followed all around the store. Specially manager has a poker face really don’t know how to speak with customers. Staffs have to learn how to treat all customers nicely.

Their online pickup service is one of the worse. Their returns/exchanges takes more than 14 days and it's almost impossible to get in contact with a live person. I've been waiting on my refund and still can't reach someone to assist me. This is mainly for the online client advisor and the online returns I've had great service in store.

Poor customer service. Workers were too busy talking/singing/dancing with each other than providing service. As a foreigner, they didn’t explain the ‘requesting’ system - after trying to get the attention of a worker for 15 mins, gave him the shoes I was after, he said to wait and they would bring them out, another 15 minutes, asked if they were coming, was told it would be another couple of minutes, then 15 minutes later after I watched him leave the shop, asked another worker what was going on and if I was getting my shoes and his reply was if they’re not on the board we don’t have them, we are busy, just wait.

Got up and left without the 4 pairs of shoes we were after.

Everything was so organized and clean. The shoes area is huge! I would recommend you to go with time so you can check everything. They have all the brands and all is good. There are different floors one is for women’s clothes , men’s clothes and the last one is for home stuff.

My experience at Knot Standard was exceptional, largely thanks to my stylist Rolando. Getting a custom wedding suit can be overwhelming, but Rolando made the process fun, enjoyable and stress-free.

We spent about 1.5 hours going over every detail of the suit. Rolando was patient and knowledgeable, helping me choose everything from the stitching color to the button style. What impressed me most was his eye for fit - he recommended a silhouette that really complements my body type.

Throughout the consultation, Rolando was attentive and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with every choice. He didn't rush me or push for upsells, but instead took the time to understand what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions.

Even after our meeting, Rolando continued to be helpful. He gave me great advice on shoes, ties, and accessories to complete the look. When the suit arrived, it needed only minor adjustments, which were done quickly and well.

The whole experience, from consultation to final fitting, was probably one of the best retail experiences I've had. Rolando's expertise and sincere desire to help made all the difference. If you're looking for a custom suit, especially for an important event like a wedding, I highly recommend Knot Standard and asking for Rolando. First time buying Sketchers. This store’s service was top notch. Bought half size larger and had the most seamless return experience ever. Great brand.

The hours said 9am opening but it’s already 9:04 and they still said 5 min more. There is a line of customers outside already. Unfriendly sales people.

Horrible, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Been to this location many times and of all my interactions with staff, maybe one or two were actually decently friendly and somewhat accommodating. My most recent encounter was politely stopping a young lady walking by texting on her phone if they had a pair of shorts in my size. She looked at me like "why am I disturbing her personal phone use" and said "I can look" before walking away without taking the shorts, the bar code, etc. I continued shopping in the same area hoping she might actually return with the shorts or even a "sorry, we don't have that size" but fully suspecting she had no intention of looking at all. I then found her about 10 min later behind an unused counter in the dressing room section clearly doing personal stuff on her phone and avoiding customers. I get that this is a super-busy location that gets a lot of lookers and tourists but maybe get out of a customer service role if you're not willing to actually service your customers. If this was a one-off, whatever, but this is fairly consistent of the kind of staff interactions at this store.

Good selection and the prices are ok too. Unfortunately, the checkout staff is unable to issue two different bills for two pairs of shoes. Afterwards they claim that this was not what I requested. Pity...

Shop here if you have the urge to be treated bad. The staff is telling people "stay behind this line" "do not cross that line" . I asked if I could see the shoes I wanted to buy however that was not an option untill I was at the register. I could see them in a glass box, I was not allowed to compare two color options in my hand. I was not allowed to hold the shoes! After staying between some lines for 3-4 minutes I could finally rotate and handle the shoes, while the lady was waiting for the payment. They were OK I and bought them, only because they where sold out in the Adidas store and this was my last day on this trip to USA. I will never visit this store again.

Douglas our sales representative was so attentive and truly made our experience so pleasant. He helped me pick the best pair of sunglasses! I am looking forward to shopping with him in the future

Stopped in and was looking for an outfit for a beach wedding. Randy the assistant store manager greeted me. He spent almost an hour helping me. He had great taste and I took his opinion over my wife. Just go there and ask for Randy I guarantee you’ll find what you need and walk out of the store with a smile.

The staff was extra helpful and very fast although the store was very busy. They were courteous and professional

Staff was not organized, me and my daughter were waiting more than 30 minutes for a pair of sneakers, until I grew impatient and asked an employee what was the status. The sneakers were already brought to the register. Would have been nice if we were informed. Line was long and barely moved all while multiple staff members in the register area engaging in off the clock activities while on duty. They need more training.

Varieties are good. But line beyond belive .They should have special line for 2-3 items shoppers. And put more security in store. Certain group of " privileged americans" stealing items non stop. Because of that is very unpleasant to be inside be around. Politically correct everyone understands , what's going on.

The ladies at the first floor register have zero care for the customers. I felt disrespected when I was trying to talk to them, they were making jokes and laughing between them giving zero importance to their customers. Unfortunately not returning to this store.

Staff at 34 st did not help change me my shoes. But wilmer at 42 st changed me with appropriate size and made me happy. Please give him a pay raise. Thanks Wilmer!

I looked for directions to this place , however I prefer the Soho store. The manager Jihan and the sales people are friendly and give you the attention or distance you need to shop.

The store is very messy/dirty & understaffed. I waited on line for 30 minutes to buy 1 item.

There are more people monitoring to make sure people don't steal than people working registers or helping on the floor.

The most convenient place to shop for all types of shoes. Many of the brands that they carry have memory foam built in the shoes itself, making them super comfortable right out of the box. Amber was very helpful and I bought two pairs, the second one was 30% off. The store is also open very late which is a good thing if you have last minute shopping

Love the flagship Gucci store of NYC! I always have an excellent experience shopping here and truly enjoy each of my visits. The products are super luxurious and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service ever, store was pretty much empty , asked one of the sales rep for Samba (Adidas) he never answered or acknowledged me , waited 20 min and asked another sales rep which got me the pair of shoes, he didn’t let me see both or try it . ( he told me I was not going to steal it from him ) I said I need to try it and he said after I paid for it. At the end I got two different pairs of shoes bottom of each shoe are different colors . . I will never go there , how come you going to tell your customer that ( you not going to steal from me ) I will never go back there on top of that I paid 100 for. Pair of different shoes.

Alex is an incredibly modest and skilled suit tailor who has honed his craft over multiple decades of experience as the former head suit fitter at Brooks Brothers. Where they sadly failed, Knots Standard has solved. High quality materials, data driven fitting (I felt like I was being fit for an Ironman suit, every dimension possible is measured and accounted for). I could not be happier with the 2 suits I ordered. Perfectly v-tapered, form fitting, extra flattering. Never felt so goodlooking from the front and back. I'm a cheapskate by life and upbringing, but this was worth every penny.

When I first arrived none of the people who worked there even took the time to even acknowledge me not a greeting or any eye contact.I finally got a gentleman’s attention I told him my size he returned with the sneakers. My box was ripped and crush with the sneakers exposed, see the picture below. Is this how your supposed to treat customers who spend their hard earned money. I will never be shopping at this store again.

Great Prices on sneakers, Average price $30. Bought a pair of Pumas, Filas and retro Champions high top , 3 pairs under $95, picture enclosed of my dilema, I bought a dark blue Filas, I debated between the blue,red, dark blue won size 11. Not too many choices ,just what's available, if your local like I am, I recommend passing by once a week to browse new inventory. You will definitely be satisfied.

What an Amazing manager! I bought the shoe size 8 and walked out the store wearing it as I planned to walk in city, but after an hour I realized it’s creating pressure and felt a little tighter, I went back in the store later in evening and told them if I could switch the shoe size to one up… the cashier had to call the manager after noticing that I wore the shoe and walked with it apparently for approval which he immediately approved, and I walked out a happy customer with the right size shoe… kudos to that tall height manager in evening … great service 👍 will be ordering more for shoes online from sketchers ..

Arrived at this location to complete a return and was told that I would be unable to due to the item being final sale. There was no indication on the receipt or website stating that this would be the case. The manager was unwilling to even offer store credit. Furthermore, they provided little to no help in an appeal process. As a result of there being no proof that the item was final sale I am forced to believe that they did not want to process the return due to preference.

All to say, be careful shopping at Mango if you aren’t 100% certain you’ll like the item. Lastly, be careful of returning at this New York location as you will not received good customer service and kind help.

There is a miracle worker of an angel named Chelsea that is absolutely killing it at this location. Not only was she extremely helpful in finding the item that we needed, but her customer service skills were on point. She found the item we were interested in but could not locate in the floor. By the end of our transaction I was ready to have matching “best friends” bracelets with her.

Terrible experience here!!!
They didn’t let me into the stores even though there was 2 mins left before the closing time.
I even checked before I went there whether I can pick up shoes by call before arrival. They said it is okay by 6pm but didn’t let me in on 5:58pm.
All I need to do was to check out because I had reservation on the shoes.
I gave up seeing museum just to come here but nothing left in the end. I have to leave the states in few hours and have no chance to pick up the shoes.
This experience ruined good feelings in allbirds.
I won’t come here EVER again. Now I am sweating for nothing thanks to them!

I got my wedding suit here and it came out phenomenal and far less expensive than I was expecting. Since then I’ve gone back and bought two more suits. I’ll be buying my suits from here from now on. My wife wants a custom blazer.

Was in and out in 5 minutes, did an exchange for a half size larger.

I was greeted at the door with a warm and genuine smile, he found my order with just my email since the box my shoes were delivered in didn't come with any kind of inventory/confirmation/etc, and then pulled the new size in the same color within 60 seconds. (Even offered to throw away my old shoes, which was great!)

He even recognized the pair of Allbirds I was currently wearing and told me the ones I had bought were the upgraded versions of the ones I had on 😎

Looking forward to replacing these in a few years 😁

Alex was incredible, he made me feel at ease buying my first bespoke suit. He communicated time lines, finances and stylistic consultation with understanding and grace.

I spent my sweet time finding the shop to create the suit for my wedding. I didnt like the way most shops left me feeling ignorant or like the odd man out.

After sitting down with Alex I left feeling assured that it would be a good suit, but today when I wore the finished product I found myself unrecognizable. I am over the moon with the suit, shirt and service.

I put in another order for more daily wear immediately.

I cant wait to return!

I was referred by a friend to Alex at The Knot Standard and he was nothing shy of amazing. Kept expectations to the schedule, didn’t push on any particular style, and was accommodating to any alterations that I felt were necessary. Easy to work with and just a good soul overall. Highly recommend - don’t get upsold at any other boutique, this is the stop with VERY reasonable prices for high quality fabric/style.

I worked with Danielle for a tux fitting / purchase in prep for a busy wedding season and she did not disappoint. The Knot Standard space is super cool and relaxing, which helps while making big decisions on tux customization. Danielle was a total professional as well, she lent me tons of advice on latest styles etc.. (which I definitely needed and used). Tux came out great, super comfortable, looked sharp and very high quality material. Have since recommended to many friends who have had the same feedback. Great spot!

In an effort to support a company that is infusing sustainability into its mission, I stopped in the Allbirds store on 5th Avenue. The service there was off the charts and the sales associates really listened to what I was looking for. I actually wore my (now) old pair of Allbirds into the store and they helped me find something new that was equally as comfortable and eco friendly. The store itself is beautifully designed - lots of space and the displays make it easy to scope out all of the different styles and colors. And the color palettes for choices are great. Ultimately, I purchased a new pair of shoes and gave them my old ones so they could donate or upcycle. Didn’t need to leave the store with an empty box either. They took good care of me and this is a company worth supporting.

This place is great, JD's the best! And the T.Square store is like the Crown Jewel of their chain of JD Sports stores around NYC, this one has the best and biggest selection. And though I have a hard preference for Nike's, I seriously appreciate how this place has shoes and products from many different companies and brands.

So...a lot of negative comments have been said/made about the workers here, and I'd like to give a different take on that, based on my experiences here, and in many other facets of modern society. Yes, people working in Sneaker stores are very often youngsters, in entry-level positions, with no work experience. I think people who go in there expecting Macy's level customer service and training are both setting themselves up to feel disappointed, and just pushing those young, unseasoned and unskilled employees, further into their bad behavior or perceived 'rudeness', just from being on the defensive. Our society as a whole is in transition. Those entry level jobs in NYC are now paying nearly $20 p/hr to start, with benefits; and employees are realizing greater rights, broader protections and more power each month, as are many racial and ethnic minorities. Everyone is still getting used to the new power dynamics, and if we all remember to just breathe and look at thinks from both/all sides, then try to think if your words and actions are helping, or are you just venting and enflaming things? We can look around our neighborhoods, schools, shopping centers or watch the news any day, to see how much our city, our world has changed; and is changing and see all the ways we still need to change more. Times of transition are usually a bit frightening and uncertain, turbulent even. But are you being a like a doula out in your community? Are you, in your day to day life, trying to help? Or are you you trapped in a vortex of unrealistic expectations, fueled in part, by our collective privilege, yes, ALL OF US, Black, White, Brown, etc., being spoiled from having lived so long in the 21st Century New York City, ( The Capital of Capitalism) with 19th Century labor laws, where the customers are always right, and the workers are always powerless, desperate and eager to please. Those days are over, or ending fast. But the longer we stomp our feet and complain, instead of working to make this transition as smooth, orderly and as productive as possible, the rougher the road is gonna be.

Now, back to the footwear; I really like the new Nike VaporMax Plus, "Work Blue" color..., but I can't spend $210 (+ $18 in taxes) when I can get 2 other pairs of kicks, for under $200. Well, $190 + taxes comes to $206. And once again, I'm really lovin' the wide selection of kicks and clothing that JDs is known for.

Large store with tons and tons of clothing. Each floor is dedicated to different types of apparel and house hold items. The clothing section for women is pretty dense and can be tiring to go through but there are a few gems in there.
The floor with the shoe has a nice view of Union Square!

The location have three floor . I’m not sure if it’s because is weekday by everything was well organized. Floors cleaned. They even cash register on all floors. I saw clothing of all brands. The automatic stairs were damaged and they were fixing it. They have cloths for all ages. They products. For the kitchen, living room, bathroom, kids cloths, toys, …..if you like saving for decorations then this is the place to come.

Their shoes are unbelievably comfortable and the store has a wide selection with a 30 day return policy. I’m thrilled to have a pair of shoes. I actually can walk around New York City in without my feet hurting.

A well-known place for everyone that displays the most comfortable shoes for the feet. The place is good, and the workers want to help you. The prices are not small, as they range from 90 US dollars or more.

Nice and helpful staff. You do need to wait in line, but that was not an issue for me 😊

My boss introduced us to KS in 2021, and since then, he's worked with the incredible Alex Hago to design countless one-of-a-kind, yet very practical suits! We knew that KS (and of course, Alex) was the only choice for his wedding wardrobe. Alex helped my husband, his brother and father, and my father look and feel their best on our big day. It was great to visit this store and try on some of their shoes in person. The store is beautiful and very clean, and well-stocked with different shoes and sizes, plus accessories. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I will say you have probably seen the styles here elsewhere. However they have a unique selection of goods. The prices are on the higher end compared to stores with similar aesthetics. They had great sales during the holidays. Totally recommend checking it out.

This clothing shop has an interesting selection of items, but I only went inside because they hosted a classical music recital. The atmosphere was quaint and enjoyable.

I would give a ZERO to this store. The staff was rude. They let us keep waiting saying the store is full. But there are only 4 people in this spacious store. There were even more staff than customers. We left without continuing waiting. It’s a waste of time. Will never ever come again.

I am writing my review in support of my experience with Knot Standard and stylist Camille Bode. I had a peculiar request regarding the color of my suit (Green but Knot your Standard green). I also have a Mesomorphic body type with a wide back and muscular legs (quads). Camille was wonderful! she had good energy, was charming and professional. She asked many questions to get a understanding of the style and fit I envisioned for my custom wedding day suit. We discussed everything from materials (pros cons), buttons, lapel sizes and Camille was very patient as I scanned the color schemes.. After some wavering and finally deciding on “THE” color it was time for measurements. With the information given Camille sized me up Perfectly!! The only alteration from her initial measurements was in my back because I grew a little bit between then and first try on, other than that it was a Home Run all the way around. The color was the Freshest of all time and fit perfectly. I felt like a King on my wedding day. Thank You Camille and Knot Standard… I definitely look forward to my next custom. Horrible product that I eventually became embarrassed to wear. Sales-staff that either don't care or know how to get their mediocre product repaired.

Tremendous prices for mediocre quality of a name that reasonably holds minimal weight in America.

Come here if you have a burning desire to spend money on items made worse than your average Walmart jacket. The photo attached was after less than a month of wear, have you ever seen a logo fall off on a North-Face jacket? A Patagonia? An Arcteryx? Literally beyond shameful, would rather light my money on fire than go here again.

You can bargain a great deals at this shop.

It is quite clean and organized. Respectful to CDC guidelines due to the pandemic.

However, first of all their restrooms are usually all the time closed! Also people from time to time break the products and personal don't look for that. I found so many great items which were already broken or destroyed by customers.
