This F21 is unfortunately closing & is having a 75% sale off all items. The thing is you have to dig in to find what you desire. I believe the last day is 4/20th. And workers are kind.
Ladies run, don’t walk!!! This store is going out of business and is 70% off everything. I got about 20 items yesterday for only $50. 😎😎😎😎I believe their last day is April 20!
This is for ONLINE! This company is a rip off!! I placed an order 2 days ago and the items are on sale for 30% off and customer service is saying they dont price match!! COME ON its 2024 and the order didnt even ship yet! Instead of good customer service they just care about the money! Cant even cancel my order either. NEVER AGAIN! The reps are rude and unprofessional and I see why their stores are closing!
It makes sense as to why so many of their stores are closing down. Their customer service is poor, the employees act miserable. You’re better off going to another store like Zara or Primark!
I ordered an outfit online and they shipped it for free to their store. I picked it up after I received an email that it was ready, for pick up. The store is clean and will stocked. The crew is welcoming. The lines can be long but they open more register if needed. The music was good and the air conditioning perfect. The train station was 1minute away. Forever 21 in Soho is the best. All went well.
I ordered a dress which said it was available at this location. When I went to the girls at the register, they told me they don’t even know when it would come? they said it could take any place from 3 weeks or a hour or a few days since they have “300+ boxes in the back room to open” and asked if I wanna cancel it. The girls said “the item was never there in the first place.” this is so annoying because it literally said it was ready for pickup at the location.. they weren’t very nice about it at all.. I cancelled it and then an hour later, I was looking at a rack and the exact item I ordered was right there. These white girls at the register didn’t even check if my item was at the store or not. Fortunately, when I bought the dress and a different girl was at the register, she was very nice.
Not a lot of cute things like they usually have. I’ll try the Time Square location next. Headed to Florida and wanted some cute sundresses. I did find one cute dress for $25 for a concert. Granted I’m not 21 but am a size 0 and like their stuff there wasn’t a lot of quality things. Only one register with one salesperson as well.
