It was an overcrowded mess. I plan to return an overpriced, defective backpack I bought thereI asap, and I will more than likely never go back there again.
Lots of variety here for both men and women’s clothing, however I recommend that you dedicate some time to thoroughly go through the shelves and racks. The staff were friendly.
All associates here are wonderful, but Vivian went above and beyond. She was so thoughtful, extremely educated on the brand and its different products, and very helpful.

Good selection of clothes and styles; staff very friendly. They want to make a customer. I keep going back for fine linen tops: so flattering to the figure.
Great location, horrible service. Clothes are wrinkled up and dirty. Staffs treat me as if I am their employee. Cashier is like a robot. Discounts are not attractive. Will not come back.

The largest showroom of a single brand in NYC. The showroom is huge and most of the latest releases were available.

Macy’s is a large department store chain with locations across the United States. They offer a wide variety of products, from clothing and accessories to home goods and furniture. The staff provide excellent customer service and help customers find the products they need. I find it nice that the staff acts in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with product selection. The New York one is the biggest in the world, filled with many wonderful goods and products.
the biggest Macy's I've ever been to and definitely the most confusing one, but we got some amazing deals on Levi's and Adidas, and they have several fast food restaurants and a Starbucks on site.
We called into Macy’s to see the 100 year old wooden escalator. Typical department store selling good quality, high end goods. As we had never been to the store before we stopped and looked at the map explaining where the different departments were. This was placed more or less straight in the doorway and , as we approached, it had customers looking at the map. We joined them and were in the middle of working out the floor we wanted to visit, but we were told by the shop greeter to move on out of the way from the entrance. ( annoyingly others weren’t told this). Not a great first experience. Maybe the map shouldn’t be placed in a place that can clutter up the entrance.

Rude, unhelpful and they lied about their return policy. I purchased a pair for wheels on Monday that I realized when I got home did not fit. When I came back the next day to return them the manager a male named Ira or Ian told me they don’t take returns on hard items. However the return policy and signage all over the store doesn’t state that. Just that I need the receipt and original packaging which I had. He got an attitude when I asked to show me where in the policy it state that. He refused to show me shrugged his shoulders and said it’s just the policy.
I can’t recommend this location or this company to anyone. I had to call corporate and ship everything back for a refund. Stay away from this location and if you have to go to a Zumiez visit the 34th location. The staff at 14th street was rude and lied about their return policy that clearly stated I had every right to return my wheels. Bad business and horrible customer service from the top down.

Bought a pair of sneakers here. Liked the store but more so loved the service. Jerome helped us out. He was fantastic. Did his job in a nice quite way. Was very supportive in getting us the right sneakers and also answer our question. Just terrific. Good luck Jerome studying Human Resources. Stay true to your self. You will go very far. Big thank you to Nike, for hiring talented kids like Jerome and giving them the space to express themselves.
After getting off the subway you walk right into this amazing architecture it was incredible. The building looks smaller from the outside but it is much larger than it seem.
Didn’t go shopping as most stores were very expensive but great place to get photos and the architecture is amazing.
Very nice departmental store. Almost all top luxury brands here. Cloths, shoes, bags, perfumes & makeup etc. Better have Macy’s membership card to enjoy extra 25%.

Amazing by its architecture, huge building and a nice place where you can find a lot of shops. Even if you don’t want to buy anything you should go inside to see how special it is. Also, if you’re just passing by and you need a restroom you can go there 😄
Excellent design, open spaces, shopping and a good selection of places to eat. Great subway and PATH access. Close by to the financial district and the 9/11 Museum.
Food and Hugh end shop. Nice architecture but peferred layout of Westfield London. Signage could be laid out better.
This is the most amazing Macy's store! It's 9 floors of shopping pleasure with tons of friendly/helpful staff! They have a ton of elevators and escalators to keep everyone moving. I especially like the old wooden escalators! Most floors have a dining option as well. Billed as the "Largest Store in the World" and I believe it! Definitely a stop worth making.

They were just at the right area. They remind me of an old bloomingdale's or century 21 of 1990.
They need more employees to help some customers within paying or selecting the correct color 4 your main event or day.

The young man at the customer service return desk was very nasty and rude. I said that, I’m going to report him to the corporate office as soon, as it open on 6/5. I guess that is why he didn’t have a name tag on today, because he was prepared to be rude to me a senior citizen so early in the morning. The store had just opened up. I reported him to the manger on the third floor, but that’s not enough for me. This young man need a class in customer service etiquette. Just think we just had a major pandemic and, we are still not out of the woods.He should be grateful for his job and his life. Especially after we just came through the pandemic.

I went to this store to browse around and they really have good sneakers and the quality is got to be good. The staff was very friendly to us. I bought those sneakers for Vans and they're very comfortable.

It's definitely more of a tourist place to me than a store to me. It was cool to see their flower display for spring collection. We actually went there because in the back of the store is an original wooden FUNCTIONING escalator. It's cool to know that many decades ago people were riding this same escalator. It's a beautiful store but I could only imagine the prices with it being a tourist site. Cool to see them go out compared to the local Macy's back home.

State of the art shopping centre; creative architecture structure. The center has access to NY metro and NJ train stations. The mall has various shops and cafes. There is mobile charing room next to the restrooms of the first floor. Escalators take you from floor to another as well as the elevator.
Did a return of an online order here, needed to size up for a shoe or two. The fantastic staff took great care of me. 90 day return policy is so much more freeing than a typical 30 day one. Very well kept and tidy store.
This Nike store is absolutely massive, it’s spread over 5 floors, the top floor is dedicated to all things Jordan basketball with a mini basketball court.

The Westfield Word Trade Center shopping center is an architecturally beautiful building. The building is really spacious and light looking. There is a lot of space here and you can walk in peace. You can easily get here by metro and you can go directly inside from the station. The shopping center was clean and there are also free rest rooms.

Always fresh merchandise on deck and if not you can place a direct order online right there and receive immediately access from notification when item has ship . How cool is that. My advice when staying up w/ lastest fashion sign up for VIP perks👌

I found everything I was looking for. Prices are reasonable. I finally found a store that has my actual shoe size, that's my favorite part lol. I always have a hard time finding my size but not anymore. Came to get a pair of high heels 👠 and are not the color that I wanted but I felt in love with them.

Huge NIKE store in Soho. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of Nike products over 4 floors. On the top floor is a small basketball court where you can play a little bit.

The only reason for the two stars is the size and cleanliness of store. The store is 5 levels and has a massive amount of room. In typical Nike nonsense there is barely any apparel and shoes for sale. The 5th floor is called Jordan and I counted 5 pairs of Jordan's.... Foot locker down the street has nicer and more Jordan's. They have a half court but it was closed for private event. I'm sure that thing is closed more then open.

I love this place so much. Their clothes strike the right balance between cost, comfort, and style, and the whole shop vibe is friendly and laid-back. They’re always serving refreshments on tap 🍻 and they’re knowledgeable about everything on display.
It was chill. I was helped right away with a pair of kicks I wanted. One minor mistake that could’ve been a major mistake. 7/6/22 6pm-7pm I was next waiting in line for the cashier to ring up the customer in front of me. Manager had helped another customer with a lot of product and brought up the items to ring next. Being that I was surely next I placed my item first. They politely rang me up and I thanked the customer and said NOW you’re next. The manager saw a deal and didn’t want to let it go. I could’ve been corporate. I could have flocks of people come in just to this store. I don’t think I want to do that now. Thank you to the girl on the ladder that helped me, she was sweet.

Faherty is slowly growing to become one of my fave brands, a wardrobe staple! The prices are reasonable for the quality as well as the area, and they make you feel good too! They're definitely size inclusive and the employees always make you feel welcome - Michael is a delight and def deserves a raise!

Just discovered this awesome boutique while I was walking to Marine Layer for some shirts! First, Jeffrey & Leonard are the best so friendly and helpful. Plus they have the sory behind this brand NAILED. I ended up buying 5 shirts and a pair of shorts, and didn't even bither going to ML. My new fave brand is Faherty!

I ordered a pair of low top, all black converse off the website. I was excited to get them because I purchase at least one pair a year. However, upon opening the box and checking out the kicks thoroughly I didn't like how they looked. I honestly think I received a pair that was on display somewhere or at the very back of a dusty warehouse. The front of the sneakers were sticky and full of dust.
I took them to the closest store location to return. The staff there was pleasant, professional and even double checked to see if they had a pair in stock that I could exchange with, they didn't. I really didn't want to return them but they looked extremely bad! This was my first and LAST time purchasing from this company, well at least the website.

The girl who assist me was very nice ..Although you guy don't have much sizes available. Please stock up on converse for girls..while she went to get me a size in the back and guy came into the store and stole some clothes. The girl ran after him which I think Is not safe to do .
This is the place my son and I love to go. It is a nice small store that is always organized and they regularly bring new items. The employees are always welcoming whether you go to just look at their items or shop.

I went there looking for a specific doc marten Chelsea boot and although they didn’t have the exact one I was looking for, one of the associates were really helpful in showing me how to navigate the website to find a Journeys that did have one, and I really appreciated that. And that day was a busy day so for them to take the time they did showing me how to do it was unnecessary but highly appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.
