A very beautiful place for your clothing needs
Ordered shoes online and picked them up at this store location. Pick up was quick and easy. Employees were friendly.

It was my first time ever going into an Old Navy store or it's outlet. I was really surprised at the array and variety of their merchandise. I was also amazed at the availability they had with larger(plus) sized clothing. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

This store is always closed for some reason. I have come here 3 times and all times in Sunday says closed for lunch at different times. while I understand they need a lunch break, They need to take turns and take care public too. The policy of the story it to be open. If they need more staff they should talk to the owners.
I could not even find the store. This mall is laid out in a way to make it difficult and confusing for the shoppers to get around. No Main Street or Broadway. No Yellow line or Blue line. No street signs. You will walk till your legs and feet are tired and you are exhausted. It's hot and humid in August, with the sun beating down on you. Yes, they have map kiosks, which are inadequate, but they could do much more. What I did see was not impressive. I'll Never go back to this mall.

Clean, staff was welcoming. I don't go out much anymore, but just to see a smiling face is nice. And when i spoke they spoke back.
the store looks like a hangar, the people working in it are unfriendly, and the most important thing, you get outlet store merchandise for premium prices. the sales % are insulting
Place was super clean and staff very friendly. They had a lot of sales going on. I feel like if you can't find something at Columbia then you can't find it anywhere.
The employees weren't helpful. They had to be asked to help a customer. They took turns, one at a time, at the register when they have 2 registers. The female at the register was quite abrasive in yelling at a customer that wasn't aware of a closed off area at the back of the store. It was, apparently, deliberately blocked off by stacks of shoe boxes, in every aisle, and with ladders at each end at the rear of the store.

Fully stocked with all sizes and extra wide widths available. It's not the trendy shoes but you'll be able to find something that fits well and won't cause joint pains later in life.
They don't have a lot of products in stock. Not sure if the store is over shopped or if it's just that time of year where everyone needs a coat. What they do have in stock is pretty nice. It's basically a hit or miss.

Columbia factory store is a nice store to find close and hats. We went in there to find a hat for my husband that would fit his head because they didn't have any his size at the lid store It's a really nice store and I recommend it to everyone
So I haven't bought jeans in about 10 years and look at how God sent me Robin. She was a God-send and so nice. Couldn't have asked for better help. Not only was she patient, she was kind with her words and was likens big sis when little sister asks fashion questions. Made the shopping trip amazing and so worth it

I love Loft clothes, and generally I love Loft stores, but this one misses the mark specifically because of the employees. I walked in, started looking around and saw no employees. I started shopping, took things to the fitting room, walked past two employees, and they completely ignored me. I shopped for about another half hour before literally having to flag someone down to get them to check me out. The girls working there are so entranced in their own gossipy conversations that they don’t notice, at all, what’s happening in their store. You could probably walk in, pick up thousands of dollars in merchandise, and walk right out without alarming anyone at all.
Messy. Very disorganized. Everything was tossed everywhere, boxes in the isles, making it hard to shop and walk around.
I was looking for the big boys. A size 8 to be exact. But when I found the boys' section, it was shoved in the back of the store.
They really didn't have much for boys. The baby/toddler boys section has a better selection. But the big boys were just blah. Shirts and pants. Not much shorts, no button ups at all. No jackets.

I had to take my 11yo daughter to prepare for a wedding. I asked for assistance and man did I get the best, most awesome assistance from four ladies that took care of my Skylar. They have her ideas and found out her style in minutes. We walked out with enough clothes not only for the wedding but for school as well. These ladies were the grandmother, mother, aunt and cousin that I grew up with. I'll let them decide on who's who. Please, please, please go there for quality women's ama petites clothes and awesome service. Thanks so very much ladies and I hope to see you all again real soon.
The staff are welcoming and professional. They helped my find the right coat and even told me about coupons that made my purchase 75% off. I wish other outlet stores' staff were this kind and helpful.
The employees who were working when I went to the store on 2/3 were all incredibly rude. No offer of assistance, side eye when I asked about trying on garments, and straight attitude when I asked about discounts at checkout. Not sure what’s going on in this store but the negativity was thick enough to cut with a knife. I love Loft but I won’t be going back to this location.
Man, these ladies were AMAZING. I had no problem with my rewards, they pulled it up on their end. Kind, helpful, busy with folding and doing their job. I saw them go up to clients that went in the store to see if they needed help as well. Very attentive, great personalities and attitudes etc. I have ZERO complaints, yeah the extra sale part of the store was a bit messy but that is still ok. People coming in and out are bound to pick stuff and not put it back is guaranteed with everyone now and then. Beautiful!
Theory Style at the Tanger Outlets! I love visiting this location to grab a few outfits saving money and enjoying the trying on different outfits. One staff member Jules is the Best! She always places the right fit for you and gives an honest opinion on what works for you. She often remembers you and tells you about what came in that I may like. It's that type of customer service that makes this location a place to come out and get the Theory Style & Effect!

No major issues with the general upkeep of the store but while waiting in line, multiple employees simply sat behind the register talking and hanging out with only one register open as the line continued to grow. It also took a tremendously long time to check out as the cashier continued to talk with her coworkers about unrelated items. A poor customer service experience, to be sure.
Tried to use a Tanger Outlets birthday reward here. The birthday reward email has no exceptions listed except that you have to spend $10.01. When trying to use the reward here, I was told I had to spend a higher amount than $10.01 and also that it didn't count for certain items that within the store. Do not waste your time here.

The customer service has a lot to desire. The last two visits to the store, my presence was not even acknowledged. While in the store yesterday, an employee walked by so closely, he could have touched me & there was no acknowledgement. Do not shop here. Employees don’t know what they are doing and they a rude. I tried to return a scarf I received for the holidays. They would not take the scarf back. They told me, they would not take it back since they had not seen the scarf before and the price tags was not on it; however the giant “how to wear a scarf” tag was still on it. When I told them the cloth tag on the scarf had numbers on it that if they would put those numbers in their computer system they could track how much the scarf was worth so I could return it. They refuse to do this and I know for a fact their systems can do this. Again, do not shop here. Anyone want an ugly scarf for free?
They gave me a product in the wrong size and never apologized. It was a very stressful process to get it replaced. There was no expedite shipping for the replacement, and the process to get a return label was extremely difficult.
After completely forgetting there was an outlet much closer than Potomac Mills, I remembered The Tanger. I called the Columbia store to check on the coats I was interested in. I believe his name was Cody I spoke with and he was not only friendly but knowledgeable.
I made it to the store to find the discount Cody spoke of was true and as a major plus, they also offered an additional 20% off for service members, 1st responders, teachers and students. Needless to say I forgot my ID at home but i called the wife to meet me half way. I was so pleased with all the savings I left with a huge smile on my face plus 2 great winter coats for the kids that just the day prior I saw at Kohls on "sale" for considerably more.
