I entered in that branch one day and a gentleman entered right after me. The person at the front greeted the gentleman and not me. Please, train your staff to treat everyone equally and don’t be racist. I’ve been a member for 10 years and felt like I didn’t belong there.

I love this branch. Its my sbsute favorite. Nagres is the teller usually & she is so pleasant to see every single time. She remembers your name & how long it's been. She loves her job! I am instantly happy when I see her bc she just makes you happy to be alive. Always a smile. It's genuine.

Horrible experience.
Called this morning to give them a heads up and inquire about possibly getting the newest bills for a travel overseas - The “manager” of the branch named Robert laughed at my inquiry and said that they have people who come in with much larger amounts.. now that I know my amount at Chase is insignificant to them, I will be closing my accounts.

I recommend PNC bank they have the best customer service & The online customer service it’s been always good and easy😊
Please run from this bank. My mother and sister have been discriminated at this bank several times. They claim the rules change every time. Rohit Sikka the branch manager will lie to discriminate against you. 3 months in a row my mother has paid a fee to do a cash advance. The OTC fee is the same fee from as the cash advance. My sister had to sell her soul.

2 months ago my sister and mother was discriminated by the manager. Who even claimed neither one done business ever at this branch. This is also wrong. This branch has targeted both my mother and sister. Then member services when you call for they do nothing to help. Then I am literally told every branch has there rules. You mean rules for different folks.

I had a great and exceptional experience with the banker, Tejinder Kaur. I apologize for being late to our appointment as I am new to Virginia and got lost last Friday. During the visit, the banker updated all the information for me and suggested that I should focus on financial literacy. Her professionalism definitely helped me start out the journey in money wise. I felt welcomed and am glad I chose this bank to manage my account. Planning to reside here for a long time, I've decided to make this location my primary branch. I go to this branch every week to make my deposits. The staff is always very friendly & greets me with a smile & "how are you today Ma'am?" I'm always happy to see everyone & ask how their day is going. Every single one of my transactions at this branch has gone without a hiccup. Sonia & the rest of the staff are always friendly. I was given the wrong information on the fee charged to get a stop payment performed. Was told it was $25, but we were charged $33. I had to look up the list of charges and PNC does charge $33, not $25. Just be careful and double-check.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from your institution over the past few months. As a longstanding customer, I am appalled at the decline in service quality, particularly in the areas of customer support, communication, and credit card account management.

First and foremost, your customer service has reached an unacceptable low. The representatives I have interacted with have displayed a lack of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. It is disheartening to experience such a decline in service quality from a financial institution that I have trusted for several years.

Furthermore, I am deeply frustrated with the incessant barrage of unsolicited text messages I receive from your bank. These messages are not only intrusive but also contribute to a sense of harassment. I did not sign up for a bombardment of promotional texts, and I find this practice not only irritating but also a violation of my privacy.

Another grave concern is the apparent lack of diligence in reconciling credit card accounts. I have noticed discrepancies in my statements that have not been addressed despite multiple attempts to bring them to the attention of your customer service team. It is imperative for a financial institution to maintain accurate records and promptly resolve discrepancies, yet I find myself constantly grappling with unresolved issues.

I believe that these issues not only compromise the integrity of your services but also reflect poorly on the overall reputation of your bank. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service, which, unfortunately, has not been met.

I am writing this complaint with the hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service you provide. Failing to do so may force me to reconsider my banking relationship with your institution and explore alternative options.

I anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution to these matters. I look forward to your immediate attention and response.

In almost real-time we were able to identify the administrative tasks and forms that needed completion to enable updates our account and to generate a Power of Attorney / Lien Release form which will enable us to retitle our automobile.

Came to the bank for a cash deposit and some change, quite a lot of money, but it was 4:35, the only thing I heard all the time while waiting was the two attendees complaining about the time, deposit slips not being correct, and mumbled at the time. This reminded THAT NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Bad customer perception of how not to take care of customers.
I love the absolutely personalized service, knowing that the representative I speak to in my local branch knows exactly who I am each time. I can quickly get this personalized service by phone, in person, or by email. I have both a small business account and a personal account with them.

Terrible customer service by Hayfa. I came to do a deposit and she immediately said this is why we have night deposit. Gave me a ugly attitude and refused to help because she was “ very busy” . There was no line in the bank. And Farkhanda did not help the situation and also input snarky comments.

I have been to this location several times and the people that work there are amazing! I was brought out a cup of coffee by Sayed which instantly put a smile on my face. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service!

The headquarter staff are very welcoming and friendly! Whenever I have questions, I know I could count on them to assist me when I walk in.
Had a terrible experience today. I simply went in to deposit a check quickly, and I was met with a dismissive teller who asked me so many questions about my deposit, depositing a check is such a simple thing, and it’s such a simple task. All I needed to do was deposit a check and it felt like the most complicated thing in the world. When I ask for the reasoning to why he could not accept my check he said I can sign you in to speak to my manager, even though he just went to go speak to him for five minutes, I never get treated this way when I come in in my full business attire but I guess maybe today since I had all of my work clothes on that were stained and oily I must’ve not been able to deposit deposit such a large check… i’m going to be banking with someone else from now on.
Staff are polite and knowledgeable. We went to have a document notarized and there were no problems. This is a full service bank that offers savings and checking accounts, CDs, loans, and credit cards. We've been very pleased and have banked there for many years.

Bad service. I went in for a cash deposit and my teller had to count the coins in my deposit four times. They were already in rolls and it was only $68 in coin rolls, mostly in nickels. Not only for me, but the customer next to me was told by the teller, “next time, come in earlier if you have this kind of a transaction”. The teller was complaining that she has to leave at 6pm exactly. It was only 520pm and they close at 6pm. The teller even told one of the other employees to lock the door and it was only 550pm so Im guessing she was the manager. Another customer came in right before they locked the door and they told her they were closed. The customer looked confused. If you close at 6pm don’t lock the doors before then! I’m guessing this location doesn’t care about their reviews, because there are too many bad reviews about customer service and it doesn’t seem like they’ve done anything about it.

I have been going to this bank since it opened and have never had a problem. Great staff and management. Always helpful, friendly and have had to do several transaction during my visits and no one has had an attitude or been rude. Try this bank and I am sure you will get the same great service.

That bank has the most incompetent set of people I have ever had to deal with, I’ve been trying for two years to close my mothers account the same paperwork I brought into them two years ago and they tell me it wasn’t sufficient is the same paperwork I brought back in And it was the correct paperwork. They have no idea how to handle a deceased persons account. They keep giving me the runaround the bushes every time I talk to someone in the bank they’re telling me something different is it if they want to hold onto my mothers money.. there should be a checklist to give to the customer how to handle closing a deceased account. They never gave me one and they acting as if I am the employee in the bank and I should know what terminologies to use when I come to them, still fighting to rectify my mothers account with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customers service here is terrible, especially Katrina. I’m a chase member and had a business account with them with hundred of thousands of dollars in transaction and I was trying to open up another accounts with them today, but Katrina, knowing I was outside waiting for her, she stayed at her desk with no one and after 30 minutes, I decided to walk out, then from the outside, I saw her get up and walk around right after I left. They don’t want any business just take your moneys somewhere else, I will do this from now on.

Robert did came out and greeted me and try to help by asking Katrina. So definitely Katrina know I’m sitting out there waiting.
I only gave 5 stars because of Lorene Bridges come see her she was very helpful

Small businesses are being encouraged to move their money to larger banks because of the fear of small community banks going under.
Even though the money may be a little safer in a larger bank – what is being lost in that thought process is the fact that when you do that you become just another account number.
What I love about MainStreet is that I have relationship with the people who take care of my money.
I wouldn’t trade what I have with you guys for the world!!

Bad Customer Client relations. I was sitting and waiting for the busness Banker, when I was next, someone came in after me and they were chase employees friends. The teller that was walking around told me I have to wait longer because person that came after me, shcheduled by appointment. Ok maybe he was right about appointment, but it was Saturday short day. He supposed to tell me before I sat and wait long time. Not after someone gets in, that they know them.
I am a business owner and my time also valuable for me. He didn't treat me fairly. I will not go there anymore.

I was barely assisted by Sherreh. She treated me like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn't understand what I needed and I had to explain to her how important this documentation is. She originally told me she could only print one week of transactions on my account. I told her I had called Chase earlier and told me I could go further back. She finally goes back to the time frame I needed. I still gave her the benefit until she handed me the details of my account where one transaction was missing. She tells me to check the paper because it's there. I tell her I can't find it and she them ask someone for help since it was in fact not there. The man assisted her and she was than able to help me. Bad customer service, go to a better location.

theres a manager who was there in 2020 , I couldn't tell you her name except she was a black woman with short hair at the time. I had a terrible experience at the branch with one of her staff, I actually put in a complaint with corporate, and their district manager, Eric K. called me and apologized for what happened, he said that the branch manager would give me a call. Well she did, and as she had me on speaker phone while she was shuffling papers around and clicking on her keyboard, she gave one of the emptiest apologies I've ever heard, and with that, the staff's behavior, which landed her branch this 1-star, made sense. She displayed disrespectful and condescending behavior to her customers just as much as her staff, and it trickles down from the staff to customers. I'm not a sales expert or anything, but I understand that employees take their cues from their leadership, hence the "lead" part of that word, but I don't expect whoever that manager was to understand, she'll probably continue floating through her career with her poor attitude. To anyone considering hiring her and just going through the reviews of branches she worked at, I hope you'll take this review of her attitude as a warning.
I am truly dismayed and disgusted after finding out about an event that occurred at this branch. My 5mon pregnant sister, visits the branch to make a deposit of $440.00 in cash after an ultrasound appointment. As the teller, Illen Lopez, places the cash into the counter it jams, and she says something out loud indicating that this is a "normal yet frustrating" thing. The teller repeats the process to count the cash and proceeds to then tell my sister that she only was provided $400.00 to deposit. The back and forth that occurred after this led to a request from my sister to "check the cameras."

My sister was asked to sit in their waiting room as if she was at fault and needing the plead her case. The Branch Manager, Rohit Sikka, meets her 20minutes later "confirming" that they found the $40.00 that my sister already advised was a part of her deposit, which fell on deaf ears! NO apology was given. NO acknowledgment of her 18-year tenure nor of how upset she was and justifiably so. NO empathy expressed to the fact that she was visibly pregnant and made to go through such inconvenience. TRULY disgusting!

As a member myself, as well as several other family members, I have never, NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism nor stereotyping. It is evident that this particular branch in whole starting from Rohit Sikka need reform. I suggest that training is provided immediately before there is a lawsuit on your hands. Based on a few other comments, I'd say that is the direction. Ileen Lopez, need no longer work there in my opinion

Allow me to lastly mention that Illen Lopez not once, but "4 times" ID checked my sister with a flashlight after she provided her own access number! What would I like to know is why that was necessary? If nothing at all, in this life all anyone has is their name. Keeping that name credible and in high regard is so important, my sister, works extremely hard doing just that. How dare you feel the need to question her information by her physical appearance on that particular day. How dare you allow a pregnant woman to bare that level of attack and not offer an apology after YOUR cameras provided proof of her truth.

NVFCU shut this location down until a proper reform can take place. This is unacceptable.

WORST experience EVER! Added my spouse to the account, the banker Xiao Lan did not give me the right information, made several mistakes on my account and it lead to my account being frozen for a week now and I can not pay any of my utility bills. I would avoid this branch if I were you and I would do my own research before accepting any information from these chase bankers. They need to train and educate their bankers better!! If my complaint doesn't get resolved in the next few days. I am considering closing my bank account at chase after 15 years.

This branch has horrendous service. I couldn't withdraw 3k in 100s because lady said they don't have enough, rudely at that, take it or leave it. Could've said that prior to counting 50s and 20s without asking! Went to branch down the street 10944 Fairfax blvd, got 100s no problem. Couple weeks back, arrogant banker refused to open an account because he couldn't figure out full name on passport and when told what it was, became totally rude and disrespectful and refused to help. Who trains these people?? Is language and ethnicity the only reason people get hired, Indian and Hispanic, not properly trained in customer service, incompetent, rude, arrogant, unpleasant attitude. Unless a total emergency, don't go there!

The bankers in this branch make up their own rules!

A few month back, I had a ripped 20USD bill, so I went to replace it at this branch, and I was told that this is not something they can do, and I must go online to the treasury department website and fill out a form (this is not a process that exists!!). So I went to a different branch, and they replaced it without any questions asked.

I went today to withdraw some money, and I was told that for any sum larger than 3K, I must give a 1 week notice before I can withdraw all of it in 100 bill, else I can get it in 20 bills. So I withdrew 3K, a few of the bills were a bit aged, I asked them to replace them, they said they could not do that. I went to a different branch, withdrew way more than 3K without a problem in 100 bill and they replaced the other ripped bills for me without any issues also!

The people working this branch are clueless!!
There should be a serious investigation with this branch. Racial Discrimination when minorties deposit large checks. If you have a cashiers check or check over $5000 and you are a minority "DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH"! I have been a member of this credit union for years.

I heard the rumors from one of my work places near this branch, but did'nt have time to risk driving to my normal branch because I had a flight to Italy in 5hrs. But, in order for me to travel and know my money was safe, I left , risked time to drive further from the airport and deposit the check safely and securly in my other credit union account.
I know the investigation results found will cause termination of 1 or 2 employees immediatly.

Went into Sandy Spring in Fairfax VA to fill out application to get a loan. They called back 2 weeks later saying i wasnt approved. They tell you in spot if you are not approved you will be notified within 2 business days so we wont loose time nor you. I am not upset about not getting the loan i am upset of the lack of attention, false statements and lost of time. Always apply in another bank if you go to sandy spring even if you have good credit and downpayment money.

Terrible experience. Waited so long to be just ignored. A banker was talking bad about her client to the tellers from the lobby. She was discussing how many times she had to call her client and got nothing from him. I walked up to her to ask if she could assist me resetting my online banking (after being ignored in the lobby for almost an hour). She didn't want to help and asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Bad experience. I went to the ATM for some cash and came back inside the branch to ask for my $20 bill to be broken down to smaller bills. The teller next to the front door didn't seem happy to assist me. Every single worker at this place ALL looked like they hated their jobs. No one wanted to help and they all looked miserable to be working that day. Poor customer service. No one used the 5 star language. Never coming back.

Today I came to the bank 8 minutes before they closed to use the ATM. I never used the ATM before so I tried to take out money on my own before I asked for help. When I used the ATM, my request was declined so I went up to the door and Apparently they closed the door before closing time. I was shocked and tried knocking on the door. The bank tellers were rudely tapping their wrists and mouthing that they were closed and I had to come tomorrow. They didn't try to approach me at the door and help me with the ATM. A random person who was inside opened the door for me and I tried explaining to the bank tellers that I needed help but they wouldn't listen and kept telling me to leave. As a college student who never used the ATM, I wanted to cry my eyes out but I didn't because I wanted to stand my ground and ask for help. Luckily the manager kindly assisted me and told me the steps of how to transfer money.
But this was the worst experience of my life at a bank. All I wanted was help with the ATM so I could give money to my brother who is going out of state.
Those ladies shouldn't have treated me that way and they should learn to politely help others. Instead of rudely telling someone to leave without knowing what the issue is. What happens if it was an emergency and I needed the money quickly. They would've said come tomorrow like they did today.
I also want to add that these banktellers were females.

I've enjoyed being a customer the last 3 years but recently I tired utilizing a zero percent balance transfer and did it inside this branch and now I'm getting charged a large interest rate because my check was expired but neither I nor the bankers noticed and now corporate said they can't do anything. This is ridiculous and I'm glad to be moving all my accounts to a company that has better customer service.

Pleasantly surprised!
I had to get a signatory card signed for my organization's financials. After reading reviews on this branch, I was pretty hesitant to come here.
However, I walked in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and was immediately welcomed by one of the staff. I waited only a few minutes and then was assisted by Relationship Banker, Oliver, who helped me with the account. He and all of the staff I I encountered were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Staff members were appropriately masked. It was a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to come here again.
Been standing here in line. There are many managers just sitting in their office. Only one teller. I assume in order to become a manager or whatever you are where you have your own cabin. You should know got to be a teller.

I have been working with Sandy Spring bank for about 8 years and I have been coming to this location for over a year. Surprisingly my experience is different when the branch manger is present compared to times that she is not around.
I have been dealing with two associates on Saturdays and what I noticed is complete lack of professionalism, any sort of engagement or interest to interact with their clients. I have the feeling I was treated unfair and rude for a simple task such as depositing checks. The teller, Vanessa, gave me such a hard time asking irrelevant questions that even the other teller mentioned we have been doing this job almost every week without hustle .
I was having a bad morning and did not think a branch visit would turn my day around, but it did! These interactions matter! I am thankful to have been helped by David. His genuine and warm persona, in addition to, his willingness and efficiency in assisting with my somewhat tedious cash transaction turned the morning around for me.

It breaks my heart write this since I do really enjoy this credit union. BUT, their policies on resolving fraud and non-fraud disputes is archaic. I had fraud on my account on 11/2 (happened on 11/1) and I still have not been provided a provisional credit nor has my new debit card arrived. I also had a non fraud claim from a while back that took almost four months to resolve.. ANY OTHER BANK would move more quickly, especially on the fraud claims, to resolve it in their clients favor. But no, not Apple FCU. very disappointed, customer service just refers you do a platform associate who has no say or power.

The ATM is there, but attempting to deposit a check resulted in the machine stating that the functionality was not operational at that time. I have a "first check" from a new job that has a design that obscures the numbers at the bottom preventing a Deposit@Mobile or a Deposit@Home. This is most unfortunate.

Is this a real bank? Called for help with setting my online account for an auto loan and its the most convoluted system I've ever seen. Im genuinely scared for my privacy. Its like they stood up this bank with the help of an IT intern.
The bank and personal are very nice. The ATM is indoors and yes is hard to find.

So happy that there are more USAA ATM locations in Northern Virginia now. Still a 25 minute drive, would love to see more in Loudoun, but this ATM took cash and checks, and performed all functions you would want at a full service ATM.

A ATM that does everything from withdrawal to cash and check deposits, IT'S SUPER far from where I live but worth the drive today because I needed to deposit cash. Anyone saying it's not here it is and I posted a pic is next to H&R block and a dumpster.

Ever since the changeover form Washington First Bank we have had nothing but problems. I have done a lot of banking in my life and I have never encountered so a bank this incompetent and with incompetent people. It is going to be a big hassle to change banks but I have had enough. You have to try very hard to suck this bad!

The review that this ATM is inside CVS is NOT correct. It is outside, on the backside of the building with Mod Pizza and H&R Block. While it is hard to find, it does perform all the functions as listed on the ATM finder in the USAA app.

I had an awful experience with MSB. I bought a property to be built and they assured me they would finance the building part. I was told it would be done. They dragged their feet for months. The business banker did not return phone calls and texts. Ultimately I had to move to another bank to do the deal and this cost me many thousands,
Been a member for 10 years and service quality keeps going downhill, they sell your personal info to life insurance companies and its pretty sad when this is the only communication I've gotten from them in years. How about having more tellers at your branches? Maybe you all can sell more of your member's personal info and spend the profits on having more than 1 teller working on Saturdays.

This is the second opportunity my family had had to work with Curt Midkiff to finance construction of our new home. Ours was a more complicated program for a number of reasons. Mr. Midkiff was able to plan and implement a creative arrangement that allowed us to finance the purchase and construction in one package. I was extremely impressed with his plan and it allowed us to work quickly and seamlessly with the banks and our construction company. The result is a wonderful new home. I can recommend Mr. Midkiff without reservation to anyone seeking an excellent mortgage lender.
I stood in line for over 10 minutes while 2 associates had a conversation, when I asked if anyone could help me, the guy told me another associate would be back, clearly his conversation was more important than my simple deposit.

I have really really bad experience with well fargo what ever u guys are listening in new about well fargo 100% right they are just stealing your money , the people who dnt check their account detail every day they dnt know how they are detecting money from their account and specially this branh people if you go to them u know what they ll say u , oh u can call by ur self also I closed my credit card with them and still waiting for my money they told me i ll get back in 5 days and its been more than 2 weeks. If u call their customers serivce they know nothing , and they banker ll open saving account with out ur permission to just take commissions and than u ll my monthly maintenance, and no one ll help you for real i have account with chase bank td bank i have nev these kind of problem .soon i ll close my every thing here . I feel sorry for those people who dnt check their account every day online u must . This bank is fraud their evry move is for their own benift not to made loyalty with custmore they make me open saving to save from
Monthly charges and next month same story there alot of thing i wish i could sue them m so frustrated

Friendly employees and a great parking lot.
This was my first financial institution that I began banking at. They helped me open my account with shares that accumulated high dividends a such.
I got my first check/debit card here, as well as nearly all my savings.
This specific branch was where it all happened. The staff branch are kind and friendly and very young. Energetic, fast, and efficient. Its a clean branch and not too busy, plus it's one of the more updated Apple FCU branches.

Would highly recommend.
