I took about 13 items to the dressing room. Ashley gave me a dressing room with all 13 of my items. I purchased everything and left 3 crop tops that did not belong on hangers. I found them on the side tables next to mannequins. So I had 10 pieces of items in my hands and Zara asks me " are you getting those shirts?" I said " no just what I got in my hands. " she says " okay good put those on hangers then" I told her, "my hands are full and I cant" and she says " next time don't try anything on" I told her " i dont work here" she then repeats herself yelling at me in front of customers. Ashley comes from some corner and yells out obnoxiously to me " DO YOU NEED SOME HELP". I walked off and came to pay with a very professional African American girl with mini pigtails. She politely gave me info for the store manager and proceeded to check me out.
Ashley wasn't done and decides to come all riled up and tells me " You are so rude and nasty just so you know" I again told her, I do NOT work here sis. She said " but Still you are so rude"
If only those little girls had realized the 3 items left behind were crop tops with no hangers, they'd save their hormones for home and NOT WORK.
Your job is to do retail. Not make customers do your job for you.
Also one of my items was missing a tag and the lady said " I need to go grab one for you" I said " no worries I'll grab one for you". So as I left to go get one, Ashley reaches over into her ear and says something and laughs. My boyfriend doesn't know English that well but he knows she said something about me. And the girl checking me out did not respond to her childish remark.
So thank you young lady for keeping it professional. So glad they have you on their team. They need to learn a few things or go work at Chuck E Cheese.

My experience being a girl who is "slightly " overweight, (Allot overweight) was made amazing because of the Store Manager Sequoia! She under my insecurities and worked with me and my friends to make the experience easy and as less dramatic as possible. Kudos 👏 to her for taking care of her clients! Thank you so much!

Attempted to purchase a moonswatch today (release day), just happens to be my birthday too so I figured it would be a cool gift to myself. Store opens at 10am....how were all the watches sold out at 10:09? I give the benefit of doubt, perhaps I should've been there earlier. But there was no line or anyone near/in the store, its 10am on a monday...the malls empty. I should've seen some of the last transactions being finished right? The person I was approached by seemed extremely dismissive in telling me theyre sold out. I get it customers can be annoying but....dude seemed like he enjoyed telling me no. Im not upset, but Im skeptical of how the selling operation works and if employees aren't profiling.

Amazing customer service!! I wasn’t too sure on what dress to get for prom but I had an employee named Zara help me find the perfect one and I havent been able to stop thinking about it since! Will definitely be coming back the next time I need a cute dress and such awesome and attentive service from Zara.

I’m actually sitting in the store right now! The ladies, Miss Sequoia and Miss Brooklyn greeted us when we walked in! They were bright, bubbly and ready to assist us! They have been accommodating and fluent in the dresses we are interested in. They have taken time with us to discuss the dresses and the available options.

I traveled to this store from another city to have tags and initials placed on my two crossbodys. They didn't do the service because according to them they were two people short and they couldn't pull someone. However, they serviced other customers and they weren't busy! But I was told to either leave it with them and travel from another city on another day or they could mail it to me! They were so busy but the manager was in the back of the store to later come from the back. It's all about their profit what they deem makes since for them. All customers should be made to feel valued.

Thanks Justin (Jai too) for the excellent service. Went in for a new watch and decided to take my early 80’s Swatch with me for a battery. I bought the new watch and was surprised to learn that all Swatch watches have free lifetime battery replacement. Wow! I threw the old watch on and 30 minutes later while walking the mall the band broke. Back to Swatch! 😂. These folks had a band to fit my 30 year old watch! Anyways, great folks and had a good time which my experience(s). Thanks guys!

The customer service of the NorthPark location was absolutely wonderful. I had come in for the custom monogramming service and was helped by Morgan. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Morgan for her dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work.

Store would not accept a return within the 14 day window claiming the watch had a scratch on the crystal and it was never worn. It was never touched after leaving the store. Photos attached.

Can someone explain why it would take one hour to do a less than 5min job? I went here to get my new watch serviced and was disappointed with the lack of urgency from the manager.

I had a wonderful experience with every worker while I was there + I love the new cute clothes I got!
I tried a new pay in installments thing called “Zip” that they were advertising, but when I used it to check out, it took the money from my account but didn’t work on their side. There was lots of confusion and lots of calls to their higher up management. During this whole ordeal, the manager and the worker at the cashier were helping me the entire time, they were telling me what steps they were taking and what we could do to find a solution to a unique and annoying problem. The manager called corporate for me and helped figure everything out.
During that time, since it was taking so long to figure out, I ended up getting symptoms of about to pass out. I was getting nauseous, my ears started to cut sound out, and black spots were popping up in my eyes, I could barely stand. I asked if I could sit down anywhere but they had no seats and directed me to the nearest shelf I could sit down on and the manager immediately got me water.
I honestly am so glad that they were there during this whole problem. They helped figure everything out and helped me get my health back to normal.
Unrelated to that experience, but the girl working the dressing room was also so sweet! Making small talk with me and letting me take in all the clothes to try on.
All the girls working there are so wonderful and it’s just an addition the cute clothes they sell as well :-)

I was treated rudely and hastily during my visit two weeks ago. I went to inquire about a possible exchange request after speaking to customer service over the phone. I followed the instructions that were given to me. However, upon talking to the first sales person, she was confrontational and directive, dismissing my words before I finished talking. I started sweating as I felt embarrassed given that other customers were present. In the end, they spoke to the manager in “the back” who had been with Coach for “8 years” and decided that they could not honor my warranty exchange request.
I called customer service and they confirmed that I should have been able to return my defected product. They even instructed me to submit feedback via their corporate contacts online.
Do not shop at this coach location!!!!!

This review is for Connor. He was the most friendly, helpful salesperson I have ever encountered here at MK at this location and even the one at Galleria Mall. First, Fossil can get really busy on weekends. Go during the week if you can. They have all the trendy bags and watches, nicely displayed. The staff is above-average helpful. It's a great store!

Had a great experience at Fossil while I have moved from new Fossil watches purchases. I still have several Fossil's that I still love and wear. I visited the Swatch store with excitement, eager to purchase the Omega-Swatch (Moon Swatch) for my husband on our first anniversary. Before heading to the store, I called to ensure they had the collection, and everything seemed promising. I planned to arrive early in the morning, hoping to make the most of my day.
However, upon reaching the store, my experience took an unexpected turn. The staff member present at the time seemed disinterested and paid no attention to me. He remained stationary and casually informed me that they were out of stock. It was disheartening to encounter such indifference after making the effort to visit the store.
Feeling a sense of disbelief, I informed him that I had confirmed the availability of the watch over the phone. In response, he dismissively claimed that the watches sold quickly, implying that it was my fault for missing out. His attitude and unwillingness to assist me were evident, and I sensed that he was not being truthful.
Disappointed and with my plans in ruins, I returned home and shared the unfortunate incident with my husband. We decided to give it another try and he called the store himself to inquire about the watch. To our surprise, a different staff member answered and confirmed that they did indeed have the watch in stock. The conflicting information from two different staff members was perplexing.
Determined to get the watch for our anniversary, I quickly rushed back to the store. To my astonishment, the staff member who had previously denied its availability just half an hour ago now greeted me with the watch in hand. It was clear that the information I received earlier was untrue.
This experience left me disheartened and frustrated with the level of customer service and the misleading information provided. While I eventually got the watch, the initial encounter and the conflicting responses cast a shadow on my overall shopping experience.
As much as I appreciate the product, I cannot overlook the unprofessional behavior and lack of honesty displayed by the store's staff. Such conduct should not be a part of any shopping experience, and I hope the Swatch store takes steps to address these issues and ensure a more positive and transparent interaction with their customers.

The service I received from LaWanda and Connor has just been amazing! 1 particular wallet that was sold out online just so happened to be sold out in Los Angeles, Miami and most of Texas UNTIL I called the northpark location and LaWanda was able to help me out and get it shipped out with the help of Connor also! Fantastic job of helping the customer to the best of their ability. I live in Illinois and for them to go the extra mile means so much to me since this item will be a Mother’s Day gift next Sunday! Love this service from these two individuals who went out of their way to help me! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see the item in hand!

So I've been a fossil watch fan for a long time but recently had issues finding someone to fix my white face watch which the battery could not be opened by any other store or employee. Today I meet Kassandra and she was absolutely amazing and got my watch I've not been able to use fixed. Amazing service and Kassandra is amazing! This is the store to come to.

The store was basically empty of customers, but barely a « hello » when we came in.
I started trying on a few watches, as I wanted to buy one. No one came to ask if I needed help, so ended up not buying anything.
When I mentioned this to the store manager before walking out, saying that I had planned on buying a $600 watch but decided not to because I didn’t receive any help, his response was « too bad, maybe next time ».
Which I found unacceptable for a $600 watch.

Kassandra and her co-worker were just fantastic! We walked in at 20 minutes until closing for 9 watch batteries, just sure we'd need to pick them up later since it was so late. But they flew into action and graciously changed our all out batteries quickly and with the most friendly manner. Fantastic customer service even so late in the day... what a great pair!

Exceptionally friendly staff willing to put in the work to go the extra mile. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on 12/29/2022 (a Thursday evening) because we'd forgotten to get a last-minute gift embossed. I was fully aware that the store was about to close and had no expectation they'd be able to help me today. But help me they did. The two employees (one amazing, kindly woman and one younger man) were very helpful and welcoming and refused to hear my apologies of being so late close to closing. The embossing machine was already fired up and they immediately went to help me. While we were waiting for the embossing, we even chatted and shared a bit about each other's lives! I left the store with a freshly-embossed item 5 minutes after having entered and a smile on my face. I hope someone from FOSSIL Corporate sees this—you have the right people! Thank you!

We had an unpleasant call with the store manager at this location.
We wanted to return a bag because it didn’t meet out expectations. The
bag didn’t arrive when they said It would until 2 days later. The bag
was picked up several days later since we weren’t in town. When we
called and asked for a refund she told us that the 30 days had expired
and they could only change it for something else. We didn’t want
anything else, just the money back.
It seemed like we were being shamed for asking for this refund and the
tone started to escalate. As a client we expect excellent customer
service and we did not receive that. We felt a rude attitude towards
us and that’s unacceptable.
We ended up receiving the refund after that long conversation but we
had a bitter taste after that. We will no longer be buying anything
from Shinola anymore.

3.5 stars make sense. You'll spend $100+ on a watch. The wrist band isn't covered under ANY type of warranty. Basically, I could buy a new wrist band and if it brakes the next day I would just have to but another one again for $40. Walmart has a better return policy for watches than Swatch does. Swatch will not be able to get the scratches inn the cover as they claim to be able to either. Don't waist your time or money here.

I walked in looking for a nice leather shoulder bag to carry my camera. (They don’t have dedicated camera bags, I’ve installed an insert) I ended up walking out with a nice saddle brown shoulder bag and I’m very happy with the build and quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I stayed a few minutes after since we talked about our favorite animes 😅

I came into this store with no clue of what I was going to buy and Victoria helped me the whole way through and topped it off with a bow and personalized tag! Her level of customer service is unique and unmatched! I will return to this store soon!

I ordered some clothes in store that supposed to be delivered to my house. The sale associate Gabrielle put all my information in the system incorrectly! Which I only learnt later on as I did not received any tracking number. I called the store, they couldn't find my order neither with my email address nor with my phone, as she entered all my information incorrectly. The store couldn't solve the issue and it put me in trouble following up with customer service the day after. How many things can go wrong in that store?

Leslie is absolutely amazing. I called for a specific item and when I walked into the store she had already pulled the items that I was interested in! Exceptional customer service! Product knowledge was on point as she walked me through the quality of each item. I like shopping online, but she made the experience worth me driving out and I will continue to do so! I made a purchase online and tried to return it inside of the store, which my receipt and customer service said I could. Only to be told by the ”acting manager” (who was very rude) that I could not return anything that was purchased online and that she would mail my return back to the warehouse, I would have to wait for them to process my return and that was my only option.
After asking why and receiving the answer of ”because that's my store policy and I don't have to accept your return.” Needless to say I will not purchase anything else from Michael Kors online or in the store!

Today, my fiancé and myself went to North Park for the afternoon to explore and see what’s changed as we have lived in San Antonio for some years and just moved back. We wanted to stop in the Shinola store because I own a great watch from them and wanted to check out some leather goods. I have to preface by saying that I’ve managed small box retail stores for 10 years and believe in driving sales through genuine interactions and attentive salesmanship. You never get good service in North Park generally as the rule of thumb is the nicer the mall, the less service you receive. Quinn assisted us immediately upon walking in, no more than 5 seconds past the lease line he engaged with us and identified our needs. Now, I am open and honest when I shop and I know guests aren’t always comfortable letting staff in on what they are after. But Quinn was personable and genuine and made us comfortable to where I wouldn’t mind. We explored the store and I found a nice planner to go with. Far from the price point of the messenger bag I would like, but they won me as a customer and were able to convert me into a buyer today. Great job to the team here, especially Quinn.

I bought a Yamasaki Canfield limited watch. It's a well designed and eye catching watch. Cassidy really know everything about the details of Shinola products and very professional. We will definitely go back and buy more merchandise later on.

OMG. The guy helping us was awesome. He took time to show me different options and then took the same time out for my husband. We are extremely happy with our visit as well as our purchases.

I absolutely love this store! It caught my eye because I saw the city of Detroit mentioned. I went in and talked in detail with one of the sales persons. I told him about my Detroit ties and he shared the store's mission to help blue collar workers and to boost the economy. All of the products that I saw were quality and well worth their price. This company's commitment to Detroit and to America is upstanding. I plan to purchase several items as Christmas gifts to show support and hopefully introduce others to this great company.

WORST Customer Service. Staff is rude and has a take it or leave it attitude to their customers. I asked to speak with the store manager - when I told him about my experience and that it would make me hesitate to come back he said " sounds good" . Good luck and have fun shopping at this location- it will make you think twice about buying this brand !

Amazing. Every time I go into this store I'm greeted warmly. Each associate is friendly and eager to help. I go in often and have established relationships with some of the amazing staff. If you're getting something small like thier monogram journals or a larger purchase like a watch or amazing bag this is a wonderful place to go!

Love the styles. I believe the original store in HP Village has closed in favor of this one. When I was there, I was offered some nice craft beer and a sampling of music on their beautiful (but quite expensive) turntable. My wife and I both liked a number of the watch styles. Worth a visit.
