I ordered from here pretty much every night and the last 4 times I have not been getting everything in my order

Went through the drive thru and the lady rushed me and then went to get my order and it was the wrong drink and she was very rude. Well never go there again

Great customer service! Although i always forget that u need to scan the app b4 u pay. It would be nice if they asked if u had rewards. She was a little snippy about that it needed 2 be scanned b4.

Food was solid, as it always is with Taco Bell, but this place was not up to par. Every surface inside was just... sticky. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Service was *incredibly* slow. Again, food was fine, but overall the place was disappointing.

The chalupa shell felt and tasted like cardboard. I left feedback with no follow up. Went to another store in town and the chalupa was delicious. This store had a quality problem they're not willing to resolve. Thank goodness there's options.

We have now ordered 3 times from this location, both on doordash and the Taco Bell App. Each and every single time, the Cinnabons are forgot. It’s almost as though they don’t make them at all. My stupidity to have ordered them past the second time, but thought we would try again on the app tonight. They also forgot a drink that was on the order. When you call the store, you’re told to contact customer service or drive in to pick up items they forgot. I guess when you pay the increased convenience prices per item, delivery fee, and service fee, I would expect at least the food to be all included, almost $10 for the Cinnabon bites via delivery that has never been received.

Best taco bell around, the staff is polite, nice and they don't forget any items. Also the food does not taste weird or stale at this location so even though I live down the street from one of the other taco bells I always make the drive to come to this one.

Me and friend thought it would be a great idea to have a dinner night at Taco Bell. My friend order her food online and she got her and the lady seemed fine at first but than when I ordered my food the lady was having an attitude with me because when I received my food it was made completely wrong I asked for the cheese and chipotle sause but both were added and my nacho fries were supposed to be large but I got a small. I went up and asked the lay If they could fix it but she said she made it right and refused so I just sat down and brushed it off . Then I went up to see if I could get a water up and she said we don’t do water cups and walked away. VERY rude lady. With a snarky attitude this was at 9pm. This day

Ordered online. First off any order bigger then 50 dollars won't let you order. You have to split it up in to two different orders. So I ordered two orders for my friends and Ii had my friend go pick it up. First order was a meal for 4 and the second order was 3 quesadillas with extra meat beans rice nacho cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. First off they didn't have half the order even tho they told my friend they didn't just one item for the first order but the rest was there. The second order the quesadillas didn't have extra steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and they didn't even put the jalepeno ranch sauce on the quesadillas even though I didn't take it off my order. And on too of that they didn't give me my hot suaces I had ordered. Worst experience ever. I will be taking my business to taco John's for now on. At least I know my food won't be made by imcompetant nut sacks. If I could give negative stars on reviews I would. I should mention to they were like 10 minutes to close but at the time of my order they were an hour to close. When my friend got there the guy at the drive through kept making comments on how they will be closing in a few minutes. We'll it's not my fault you guys take 5-10 business days to make an order for a customer. And if they didn't have the food to make an order I shouldn't have been able to submit my order online, which is usually the case when trying to order something on the app. Plus I have worked in food industries before and I understand not having some of the items to make something but for the most part when a customer order even 2 minutes to close we made the order to the fullest we can.

I usually love going to this taco bell however recently within the last month or so.
Every single time I order a bean and cheese burrito and ask them to add sour cream and every single time now my burritos come with no sour cream even though I get charged the 0.39 cents for the sour cream per burrito and its not just night crew I ordered around 11 am and still no sour cream. Seriously they stolen money at this point from me. I'll just go to the one on 3311 2nd St S, St Cloud, MN 56301 at least they have there priorities straight and I get what I order everytime!

Stopped in tonight with intentions of ordering food. Went inside to find about 15 people sitting around staring at the counter area. Noticed not a single employee in sight. After waiting around for 5 minutes we saw a total of 2 employees for less then 5 seconds and neither of them bothered to start on food or ask if anyone wanted to order. After waiting a couple more minutes we decided to leave. This isnt the first disappointing experience at this location.

We got the right amount of items, labeled all the same, because why label the products properly...? Anyways, my wife swapped out her beef for chicken in a beefy 5 layer, and they took it up on themselves to give everything upgrades. All our ground beef with the exception of 1 beefy 5 layer, had been swapped out for chicken. My nacho cheese gordita crunch was swapped for a plain steak gordita. I would have complained but since we put our order in through the app, and the messed it up this badly, that meant they clearly did not know how to read. I just didn't feel like confusing the poor illiterate soul working last night and didn't want to make their night any worse. Plus, if they can't read, I did not trust that they could leave a note for management to get back to me. It is super nice that they are giving illiterate workers jobs, but maybe this person needs to move somewhere with less reading.

Stop and go! A good place to enjoy a good soup and conversation. Fresh bread and fresh soups

Brought a group of about 25 in after calling ahead. The two ladies working at the register were as nice and patient as could be. Good choice of music in the restaurant. And when one of the ladies clocked out and walked out the front, she smiled at me and wished me well like an old friend would. The food itself was meh. I got a grilled cheese, and the bread was pretty soft like it hadn't been toasted very long at all.

We like Taco Bell. This one, on the East side of St Cloud,Mn,,,well they messed up 4 of 5 orders, one being ours, while we were there. 5-7 employees were "working", but actually only 3-4 were. Others were standing around, chatting. The manager did literally yell at them while we were in restaurant "to get it together". Oh, and side note, they messed up my order last week, but not those with me.

A 3 just for the cleanliness of the place. Kids could keep the place clean a bit

Huge portions, good prices, delicious food. We stopped en route to the cabin and it was a sure win! Breakfast specials listed on the table were fantastic. Sausage links are the big fat ones that are extra tasty!!

Was trying to find something to eat here at 11 o’clock just got out of the hospital from visiting my fiancé who is stuck in the hospital for another 11 weeks.

Because of construction I had to drive all the way to the Sauk Rapids Budweiser bridge to come all the way back to find the drive-through, not working pop foamy as hell and soggy tacos with nothing in them don’t even go there. There’s a quick trip down the road.
Complete waste of like $12. Drive-through not working as well.

Tryed to order a campfire chocolate mocha coolet at the location in lunds and byerlys acrossed the street and they gave me it iced. I didn't whant to be rude because she seemed to busy ,so I didn't ask for her to fix it.instead I whent across the street and asked for the same thing and the girl who took my order,I told her what happened and she was so polite and made me drink quick and correct! So so happy will for now on be going to this one instead!

I never doordash taco bell at night but i really wanted tb tonight. every time i order at night everything is either super sloppy or completely wrong ! NIGHT WORKERS SUCK EVERY TIME!!

This place is a great place to eat. Relaxing atmosphere, great staff, excellent food. I hate seeing it so dead during this road construction, but it's pretty easy to get to, Just follow the detour signs posted & enjoy a great meal.
My only wish is that they would be open for dinner sometimes too. Maybe after the construction eases up.

Great food, great service. They have all day breakfast which I’m a fan of. Had the meat lovers omelet. Very good. Portions were good for the price. Hard to go anywhere now days and not spend $20 per meal. This place is no different but the food was fresh and there was plenty of it. My son had French toast, naturally I got to try it. Topped with powdered sugar, they were pretty good. Can’t remember wait staffs name but he was very polite and had no problems with our order. Will be back.

I've lived down town St. Cloud for 6 years and have never steeped into the Copper Kitchen. Oh was I missing out! Friendly staff from the moment I stepped into the newly renovated breakfast haven. Quick service as I sat down. My waiter ,Larry, had much to tell me about his favorite stuff on the menu and I wasn't disappointed. My food came out wonderful and to order in a record time. This will be my new breakfast munch spot. Thank you to the staff! Keep it up!

Best breakfast I've had in a long time! Friendly and prompt staff, good food, and at a great price. The place looks amazing after the remodel, definitely going to be my new regular spot when I'm in Cloud!

If only I could give a 0 star. This place sucks. I'm currently sitting there whilst writing this review. The food is trash and the tables are filthy. Everything sucks. Thie soda machines dispenses like 70% water, 20% air and 10% actual soda.

I recently visited Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN for a late-night drive through order. Overall, my experience was average, with some pros and cons to consider.

Firstly, I was disappointed to learn that nacho fries were no longer available on the menu. As a fan of their nacho fries, this was a letdown for me. However, I must say that the drive-through attendant was friendly and provided good service. They were efficient and took my order accurately.

The wait time for the food was reasonable and met my expectations. It wasn't particularly fast, but it wasn't excessively long either. I appreciate that the food was inexpensive, which is always a plus.

In terms of the food itself, it was average. It satisfied my hunger, but it didn't wow me either. The taste was decent, considering the price point, but there was nothing remarkable about it. If you're looking for a quick and cheap meal, Taco Bell delivers on that front.

One major downside to this Taco Bell location is the difficulty in accessing it due to extensive road construction at the intersection. In 2023, navigating to the restaurant becomes a bit of a challenge. The ongoing construction makes the usual route inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because it can be frustrating for customers.

Despite the difficulties in getting to the restaurant, I would consider eating here again if I'm in the area and craving a quick, affordable meal. Hopefully, by that time, the road construction will be completed, making it easier for customers to access the restaurant.

Overall, my experience at Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN was average. While the food was nothing exceptional, it did the job, and the drive-through attendant was friendly. Just be prepared for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing road construction when trying to reach the restaurant.

Tell me about your eggs. Benedict smooch they did it right. And eggs Benedict the sauce was really good. Wasn't broken. Crab cakes were different. They weren't bad. I want to try something different. The best french toast Shawn Mullaney has ever had. No warm, butter melted. You could taste the egg and vanilla. Medium 8 oz sirloin steak with hash browns and two over easy eggs are good. They wouldn't make me poached eggs though. 8 ounce sirloin steak was good, nice and cooked it's. It was a good balance of having just a little blood in there moisture but it was nice and fresh. The hash browns were just nice crispy on the outside and the bottom side. Inside they were just firm but yet still a good al dente bite. Rye bread. Good crunch. Nice bite. Butter wasn't too moist.

Went to the restaurant today at 1:59. Ordered a steak and cheddar know Ray onions, diced bacon, which they charged me $3.19 extra white cheddar did not get the extra cheddar extra horseradish, did not get the extra horseradish. I only got a non-did not get the extra horseradish. I only got it on the side. What can you do remember, all eyes are on you sanitizing extra steak I get home I only have like seven pieces of chopped bacon on my sandwich I called. She said they use the measuring no one measured anything. It was almost like a little mini grab and sprinkle. She said she’s going to send me something in the mail for my sandwich. I guess only time will tell.

I asked the lady if the egg would be runny her exact words “that the egg will for sure be runny and I’d be able to break it myself” it was already broken and had no liquid inside. I asked her to add avocado and they added a few little pieces of avocado it looks like a small spoon full. That was the driest sandwich I’ve ever had.

Pros: Definitely a healthier option for food in the area. I absolutely love coming here for the salads and the warm quinoa bowls. Most of the time the service is pretty quick with getting your order depending on the time of day, as well as weather outside. Seating outside is available and is quite nice on sunny/mild days, and cooler spring/fall evenings.

Cons: Really the only gripe I have is that when ordering on the kiosks, the last 3 times that I have been there recently, there have been no pagers. Yes, messages can be sent to my phone, but I also feel that returning pagers to kiosk should be done in a timely manner. I am also aware that staff is a little overwhelmed at the moment and I'm sure they are more focused on getting orders completed and out the door versus a convenience thing like a pager.

Overall, I'm relatively satisfied with the food, and the service that was displayed today. Even had a staff member offer to take my empty salad bowl and plate for me.

I wish I knew the guys name that helped us. He was SO helpful and friendly! My daughter really wanted a pink drink but I wouldn't let her have caffeine that late in the day so he suggested a wonderful alternative, strawberry cream frappe. She loved it and can't wait to go back!

Excellent frappuccino espresso drink.
Ordered ahead in the app. Arrived at the store 10 minutes later. They haven't even started on my drink. What was the point ordering ahead. Plus I overheard the barista making a rude comment about my order ahead drink. Don't know why, they aren't drinking it. I shouldn't of have left a tip, but I used to work in customer service.

Beyond and above customer service, people here working hard especially in this area when the weather is bad, also they stand for long hour, coffee is good, I got my usual late with the extra shot after a long day fasting, thank you again for staying late

Great breakfast, nice service. The restaurant was remodeled and is fresh and clean. Service was very friendly, efficient and nice. The hash browns were crispy on both sides and piping hot! Food was served quickly, exactly as ordered. I'll go there again.

Come on Caribou, you should do better. Found this incredibly long hair in my coffee and hanging out the side. Not cool. It’s not my hair as I am bald and it was in the coffee, under the lid.

The most AMAZING costumer service. The young man who took my order was extremely Helpful and kind and even though I didn’t know what to order, he was extremely patient with me and even gave me some tips on what would make my drink taste great ( went with the dragon fruit :) ) he spoke to me with a great tone! So sweet so amazing. Thank you Starbucks for the great costumer service and the great drinks

I love going to this Caribou specifically. The workers are so nice and are really fast with making the coffee. The coffee is never made wrong and tastes great. The inside of the building is super homey too. Overall a great place to go for coffee.

After a 15 year hiatus since my previous visit, I thought I'd give it another try. Not only is everything still overpriced, but the portions are half of what they were. The quality and taste of ingredients doesn't quite live up to what one should expect from an establishment that boasts of its own premium food products.

I ordered 4 sausage patty crunch wraps and they all had little to no sausage ,no sauce , made with small tortillas and was completely dry. I come here at least 3/4 times a week for breakfast & I’m so disappointed to the point that I will never spend another dollar here again .

The food is not fresh at all. Panera used to be a place to go for a good healthy lean meal. However they have become extremely skimpy on their ingredients. Buying meals with protein added to them is definitely not a smart decision considering only one piece of chicken was put on this bowl and as you can see from the pictures barely any chicken or toppings was on the sandwich.

My daughters favorite is the coffee less cooler and they don't have the stuff to make it anymore. The staff there made something special for her that day and these ladies made a 13 years day way better! This place never disappoints me!!

Overall very good. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that but the hot chocolate is very good. The reason for the 3 is that the employees that I have had serving me are so sour faced and not even greeting customers with a smile. I have been there when busy and when not busy so that is not the issue. I know that some customers can be jerks but if you work in a service industry you need to let that go and move on to the next interaction. Obviously if someone is harassing or abusive that is not ok. I hope the manager(s) are supporting their team members so they can be more positive with their customers.

I'll skip over the fact that the employee who prepared my drink was talking on their cellphone the entire time I was in the store (including touching the screen with their free hand while they made my drink) and just say the medium Iced Crafted Press was 6 or so swallows of coffee and a whole lot of ice. Pretty disappointing!

First time I'm complaining about your service. I just left with 2 cups of coffee which I think they guys did the wrong way. Normally, when I buy a Caramel Frappucino for my friend, the caramel layer on top looks really nice and the drinker stirs it up as they drink. Meanwhile, they said today that they mixed the coffee below, so there's no caramel on top of the cream. I think you guys haven't followed the correct procedure. The customer received a product that did not match the menu you gave from the picture to the process. Hope you will fix it for next time. Tkank you !

This place may be a bit smaller than most caribous but it is by far the nicest. Since moving to saint cloud I really am finding it hard to talk to people at stores etc. Seems like everyone is a bit snobby in this town but this place the customer service is top notch. They fixed an order for me from a Uber eats order!! The general manager was so nice and talked at length with me and gave me a free drink which I still need to pick up. But I was here another time and service was amazing. Fast, friendly, and as always amazing coffee!!! Would pick this over any other coffee place in town not just for friendliness but for their amazing coffee
