Reviews

Wow, this hotel is great. Really, it is. The rooms are nice, just a little narrow, the old Yugoslavian architecture of the building really makes it iconic, the staff was kind, and the food was from freaking heaven, like wooooowww!! Anyways, the pool was nice, too. I liked that it was next to a mall called "UŠČE", so like you could say that the location is pretty great. The TV channels didn't really have a lot of good stuff on them, but we did find some good channels. I really liked this hotel, I really want to come again to Belgrade.
Old, smelly property with very rude staff. Shame they are carrying the prestigious Hyatt name.

We were a big group and we had 4-5 rooms in the hotel, went to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

They blamed us for breaking the button of the elevator, even though we watched the cameras of the hotel and we could all clearly see that this was not the case. We agreed that this was a false accusation and left it behind.
On the check our date they refuse to give us back our deposit if we wouldn’t agree to pay the damage of 500 euros. (I really wonder if the staff is dividing the money between them after they rip off clients or they play this game along with the managers?)
They just try to charge you for anything they can. If there is anything broken in the hotel they will make sure to charge you for it! :)
Welcome to the Balkans!
Pathetic management, extremely rude staff.

Very unprofessional management

Perfect location, very high quality service. The food is perfect. The ambiance is amazing. Perfect place to stay in Belgrade. Thanks to Hyatt Regency Belgrade for all of our high quality stays with you.
5 stars for a pool with very warm water, Jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Breakfast is rather good, you can choose fried eggs or omelet with different toppings. Among the disadvantages one can note a slightly outdated interior, their insistence on a deposit payment and boring surroundings.
Excellent service and location. Highly recommended for Belgrade city breaks. All the staff was very polite and willing to help us with every request ( we were looking for a car garage). The location is great and the rooms clean, warm, and comfortable. Thanks 👍👍

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable especially many many thanks for 😊 SENKA communication and tourism information And good service. We really appreciate.👍👍👍
"I recently stayed at the Old Mill in Belgrade and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. However, what made it truly exceptional was the incredible service provided by the porters, Vuk and Ilija. They were always there to assist us with anything we needed, going above and beyond to make our trip easier. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing service of Vuk and Ilija. They truly made our stay unforgettable!"

Location with history.

If you can't get a room, at least go to have a drink before jumping head-on in Belgrade-s nightlife. Perfect meeting place due to its central location. You won't miss it; everybody knows Hotal Moskva.

An unexpected visit to the Hotel Moscow. Vouchers from a family friend who could not go to the “traditional New Year's brunch” due to a sudden viral infection that had caught her and her family... The “Moscow” is not only my favourite hotel, but in my opinion also the most beautiful building in Belgrade. Its exterior, adorned with genuine ZSolnay porcelain tiles, is an impressive example of the Secession, as are the outstanding ceilings and chandeliers. The brunch, however, was only average, although the menu was excellent. The veal soup and baked potatoes were lukewarm, which is undoubtedly unforgivable, the fruit (plums, raspberries) absolutely tasteless, and some of the raspberries were black with mould. The desserts were passable, with the exception of the Moscow cake, which was impeccable as always and contributed significantly to the grade I awarded for the event.
An overall underwhelming stay that did not justify the price or 5-star status. It started poorly with a mix up of rooms (given a room of a lower tier than what we had booked). There was no gesture offered to apologise for the inconvenience and because we arrived late, there was no bell service or offer to transfer our things so we had to do that ourselves.

There were essential items missing from the room which were not provided even after asking and being told they would (e.g. shampoo). After cleaning, not all items were replaced leaving us without enough. We did also on one occasion return to the room after cleaning to find hair on the bed and there was dust in the less commonly cleaned areas like the skirting board.

They host events in the hotel and the loud music from these travel which can be disruptive.

The in room multimedia options were poor. Service at breakfast was poor and we struggled to get cutlery, let alone coffee.

On the better side of things: the WiFi was good and easy to connect to; room service was prompt and polite; maintenance responded quickly when an issue (blocked sink) was reported.
This was my favorite hotel in Belgrade, last few months service in this hotel dropped from 10 to 1. I don’t know what is happening with stuff but most of them are kids ( 18-20 years old ) without experience and they are not interested to help. One of the things what happened is they didn’t allowed me to put coffee bill from the hotel bar on the room invoice , you need to pay immediately. Explaining me I didn’t leave deposit . They have my credit card and that’s not enough. I never experienced in my life you need to leave deposit to use hotel bar.
Many other things happened and I think this is my last stay in this hotel, the service does not justify the price anymore.
The hotel is very beautiful! The lobby, especially now that it's the Christmas holiday season, is decorated nicely. The rooms are spacious with a breathtaking view of the city. The fact that there was a welcoming card with a dessert made me feel like I wasn't a stranger from another country. The beds were so comfortable that I could sleep for hours. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with both a shower and a bathtub. The buffet had a large variety of food for breakfast. The food was fresh and tasty 😋. The roof restaurant was also very nice with delicious meals and kind personnel. Thanks for the hospitality! 😊

Checked into this hotel on 27th December.
The reception staff (Sara V) is racist and discriminatory. I requested to talk to the manager and he was making weird faces.
When I said that my flight got canceled due to a storm in Amsterdam and thus I am checking in late, the receptionist specifically said "don't prolong the story because I'm not interested in the talking to you".very rude and unprofessional staff.

We visited the hotel for the restaurant experience and the historic essence. We loved the atmosphere, we felt so welcome. It's nothing like the obnoxious feel of the new York Hotel in Budapest, here you can just walk right in as if you are a regular. The stuff was handling every tourist heartwarming and erased the tourist's rush with a calm energy and no fake interest. The best part was the pianist, he enjoyed playing the piano, he had the kindest smile ever and always greeted the people around him. ❤️ He made us forget our phones and enjoy the moment.
Do we need to write words to describe this hotel?
No. We need to visit this place and spend a bit on our time to enjoy life.
Whenever you in Belgrade it is worth to make a stop and drink a cup of coffee and Moscow Schint cake or even a complete lounch or dinner. You will probably enjoy in.
It is not enough expensive not to try.
Enjoy in your trip to Moscow Hotel.
Thank you for your service Moscow Hotel.
Very conveniently located 3 minutes from the highway in Belgrade with spacious parking and Tesla destination chargers (for free). Our room was big and clean.
Great for one nighter if you're traveling,
The best place in town.
Breakfast was great
Rooms were very cozy and hot.
Great work in the reception!

A great place full of history. The rooms are most likely frozen in the past but still confortable!
The breakfast is incredible, full of pastries…without saying it was the first I drank my morning coffee with a pianist playing at the same time!!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott at Belgrade, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.

The hotel itself is stunning, with its modern and stylish design. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Belgrade.

One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I felt like a valued guest. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or attending to any requests, their attention to detail was truly impressive.

The dining options at the hotel were also exceptional. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh and scrumptious options to choose from. The bar was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink after a long day.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in the heart of Belgrade, with easy access to many popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. It made exploring the city a breeze, and I was able to make the most of my time there. (The pictures provided were literally taken from the doorsteps of the hotel)

Overall, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott at Belgrade was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location made it a truly unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade and looking for an extraordinary experience.
Nikola is a great Bartender and host, that made us feel at home. 🥂
The super modern design seamlessly integrated with the historic structure, creating a unique blend of past and present. The preservation of the mill's architectural elements added character to the sleek and contemporary interiors. The fusion of history and modernity provided a comfortable and visually stunning environment, making my stay both memorable and aesthetically pleasing.
My husband and I were delighted to had stayed in Hyatt Regency Belgrade in our recent Belgrade trip in December.

The location is good. There is a huge shopping mall just opposite the hotel.

We were glad our room was a huge suite with good facilities and amenities. However it took some time to warm up the room during this winter season. The technician was very helpful and helped us solve the problem.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and hardworking and replenished the amenities well.

We enjoyed the nice wine, rakia and food served at the executive lounge. The executive lounge staff Lidija was marvellous. She was extremely friendly, professional, attentive and helpful. She carried out her job passionately and always does her best to satisfy our needs. She had met our requests of tasks professionally and had done beyond our expectations. Her impeccable service had made our stay in this hotel unforgettable and happy. She is a gem.
Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome! We had a great time at your hotel. Hygiene at a very high level. Large and comfortable room. Breakfast with a large selection of food. Wonderful and friendly staff, they pay a lot of attention to the guest! Best regards!
Clearly one superior and well rounded city luxury hotels with great service and comfort.

I realy enjoyed staying here. I was accomodate in a beautifull suite at the last floor...modern design, large bathroom very, very confortable bed, delicious breakfast. The lobby is nicelly decorated and conffy..the bar serves coffee, tea, or..more and the perssonnel is verry client oriented and kind.
My stay at the metropol Place was everything and more that i expected, I read about the hotel on a website, and it was supposed to be amazing in every way, I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The first thing i would like to mention is the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, especially the Concierge, being new to belgrade I had many questions and the concierge had all the answers and solutions. the friendly smiling faces always made time to help with any problems i was having . I stayed at the hotel for 5 weeks and these girls effectively became my mother. I needed a hair cut, of some medicine or what ever i needed these girls were there for me. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in and for a fantastic price, I will be back and i look forward to seeing all my new friends in the hotel again. Great Job Metropol!!!

Nice hotel. Perched atop a high point in Belgrade. It’s about 100 years old and still has the charm of yesteryear. The restaurant was very nice with attentive waiters. Staff are good. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to get a taxi and incredibly there’s no Uber in Belgrade so getting around can be extremely difficult.

A lovely hotel located in the heart of a popular tourist area.
The reception area was very neat and the staff attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!
Big, but soulless, international hotel. Staff and management make it a lot better.
Party space is good enough to get the Prime Minister to drop in.
Rooms are very well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet.
Bonus point for international plug socket in desk.

very nice hotel, the staff is kind and knows their job well! Maya at the spa gives one of the best massages I've ever had! thank you for the hospitality!
The hotel is realistically for 3 stars, not for 5. The tiles in the bathroom are dirty, there is dust on the shelves in the room, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The curtains are dirty, the hotel staff does not treat customers with respect, but as if they were schoolmates. The food in the restaurant is not fresh. The biggest minus goes to the head who runs the household sector, because that person should regulate all the mentioned omissions.
We visited only cafe and enjoyed beautiful ambient and live piano music already in the morning. This is absolute must do in Belgrade. We tried four different cakes and they were delicious. And as you eat them they are getting even better and better. The prices are modest.
This hotel is really beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and a breathtaking view from there. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, although the bathtub drain didn’t work properly. Overall, the rooms look like they’ve been renovated a while ago but still pretty.

The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of basic continental breakfast and also local cuisine so there’s always enough to choose from. However, some food just wasn’t of good quality and we’ve experienced missing cutlery, dirty plates or missing cups at the tables almost every day out of our 3-day stay. But the staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel also has two saunas and a pool with a jacuzzi, both of which seem a little dated but still really nice to relax in after a day of walking around Belgrade.

I do think that both the price of the room and the bar and restaurant is too high for the quality you get, though. Everything is nice and looks “old-time-y luxurious”, but I’d expect a little more ‘luxury’ and better quality for the money you pay.
Mr. Todor at Front desk is such a gentleman, super professional and effective in managing my DHL delivery chaos. Along with other staffs here, made my stay a super pleasant one.

This is a super convenient location for getting your American embassy deliveries.

Breakfast is amazing too.
This beautiful Hotel is in the center of Belgrade. The breakfast is very good and you have a lot of options (some are: omletes or eggs benetict, etc). The rooms are spacious, clean, with wifi and very big confortable beds. 😊👍🏻
Overall just an okay experience. The room was quite small. It was not so clean.
Service is pretty good, they are very kind. And location is perfect.
Breakfast was good.

But if you would ask me if this hotel is 4 stars? Well...I don't know.
Is this hotel worth the price? I don't know.
The hotel was built on land stolen by communists from a local family. The land has to be returned to original owners, or paid for. Sure it was "paid for" lol the price paid is a joke, literally, if you heard what it was, you would laugh. Enough to buy some bubble gum and lollypops. It is not that it cannot be afforded, since the hotel makes money. So anyone staying in this hotel is participating in theft.

ps - the hotel's reply is silly, meaningless and out of context. I did not compliment it at all. It is one star review....

This is a beautiful design hotel in the center of the city. The place is like a calm oasis in the busy city center of Belgrade with lots of old paintings on the walls in a highly modern architectural building. It's a great contrast!

The rooms are extremely clean, everything looks brand new, and the lounge areas are cozy and comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, making it a comfortable place.

Private parking is available at an additional cost but a few blocks away from the hotel, as the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone.

Definitely a place worth staying. I enjoyed it a lot.
Good hotel, with great staff, varied breakfast and pleasant rooms!
My partner and I dined at the restaurant at Square 9 yesterday. It was outstanding! The restaurant and courtyard is beautiful, the service first-rate and the food is magnificent. If you are in Belgrade, do yourself a favour and dine at Square 9.
Very good clean hotel, staff were excellent. The food was well prepared and tasty.
It is located in center of Belgrade.
Overall a very pleasant experience, I hope i will visit your this hotel again in the future!

It’s a average place with decent facilities. Most rooms Windows open to other buildings wall or roof.. ok breakfast as well
Square Nine Belgrade is by far one of the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in the world. Attention to detail is exquisite and the staff is first rate. They quickly learned my needs and preferences and anticipated them easily. Their friendly and efficient demeanor was welcoming and reassuring that business was being taken care of as well. The restaurants are excellent with service that again catered to my individual needs/preferences. By my second breakfast, the server had my room number and specific latte order without my needing to say. Don’t skip dessert!! I honestly cannot find one negative to say about my almost 2 week stay at Square Nine Belgrade. I recommend it for business or leisure travel.
I am posting a 4 star only because I was not so happy with the housekeeping and soundproofing. The rest of it was top class and I am very pleased with my stay. The food was good, the rooms have everything you need and everyone is super polite. Would recommend it for a stay also because of the location as it is walking distance from sightseeing places and has a very nice park in the back complimenting the view from the lobby and restaurants.
This Hyatt Regency in Belgrade is an elderly hotel, but well kept in my opinion. I booked a room for three consecutive nights. As I could upgrade into a club room, they gave me a spacious room on the club floor, which is the seventh. Concerning the age of hotel the rooms furniture was good in shape. Everything in the room worked as expected. However, there was a coffee maker in the room, but I didn’t like the taste of the capsules provided, both tea and coffee. The Regency Club is openly designed and located on the corridor between elevators and rooms and it was surprisingly quiet and relaxed as the situation might not suggest. During my stay the club has been looked after by the same staff member and he took care of the guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Only the food options could be a bit more various in the club to be honest, beverage options were ok. Although breakfast was included in my room rate, I didn’t have breakfast and unfortunately I didn’t visit the pool and spa facilities this time, but maybe next time. The hotel is not located in the city center of Belgrade, but farther outside. I definitely would return.
When entering the hotel we walked by a group of staff chatting amongst themselves and using foul language. We were with a small child and found this unacceptable and unprofessional.
You have to pay for parking (20eu) and leave your car keys.
The room was nice but haven't been dusted in a while. The mini fridge and mirrors had a thick layer of dust. 🤮
There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. There were no extra duvets (only 1 duvet for 3 people).
The reception was apologetic but nothing more. We asked to at least not charge us for the parking but they refused.
Definitely Not a 5 star experience we'd hoped for.
Great location and beautiful spa and swimming pool.
I stayed at this hotel at the end of July during my trip in Serbia. The hotel is not bad, but nothing special. For example, the Courtyard in Dubai is much cheaper and the rooms are much better and the hotel offers more things. The main advantage of this hotel is the location, as it is literally across the street from the main square of the capital and close to all major attractions. The laundry system is a little incomprehensible for me, since the room has a laundry package and a list with prices, but when I prepared everything and called the reception, they told me that the hotel does not have its own laundry service and they need to send it to an outside company, but as the day I stayed was a weekend, it was impossible to do so. The view from the room was the wall of the national museum and was additionally blocked by a black iron curtain (when you look at the hotel from the outside, you can understand what I mean). For one night the hotel is not bad, if the location and proximity to the center are more important for you.
It is a total nonsense for a 4 star hotel to make you fill a bottle of water from a machine in the coridor, which is tap water that smells of chlorine. You cannot even pay for a mineral water, because there is no mini bar in the room. However, they require credit card to block a certain amount for your stay.

The curtains were damaged, the lock on the bathroom was broken.
Amazing hotel service oriented with professional staff. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Vlada from Night Shift room service for his professional attitude at any time of the night and Nada from Tea Room for her positive vibe and welcoming guest like that.
The best hotel in Belgrade.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, really life savers to an incident that has happened to me related to an intoxication from a restaurant within a shopping center.

10/10 will always come here when in Belgrade, like I have always done so far :)
I had the unfortunate experience of trying the worst breakfast ever in Radisson chain. The quality was very bad, and to make matters worse, the price was exorbitantly high (20€ per one). I would strongly advise against wasting your money on such a disappointing meal.
Just check on picture the amount of salmon for a dish.

Rooms are good, but breakfast…
Located in the very heart of Belgrade, this place suggests comfortable stay, friendly service, clean room and zero extras. Suitable for short business trip.

Pros - location, clean rooms, nice breakfast, friendly stuff. Iron in the room, complimentary water . Room was quiet

Cons - weird room shape, divided in the middle by ceiling piece, need to bow every time . Robe and flip flops by request, not provided in the room. Breakfast meals are not topped up fast enough, many things are missing from day to day. Sink in the bathroom has weird location and no space for stuff.
Perfect accommodation for anyone wanting to discover Belgrade. Located in the heart of Skadarlija or what's known as the bohemian quarter, tram station is few steps away, many bars and restaurent arround, the hotel itself is located in a big park composed of many pubs and bar, without having any noise related. The room has nothing to envy to a 4 star hotel, coffee and tea bags provided, as well as bottles of water. The staff is genius, helpful and welcoming. We would definetly go back !
Lovely hotel in central Belgrade - the front desk staff were fantastic and the facilities were very good. Our only feedback relates to the cleaning service. The floor in the room was very dusty when we arrived, and the room was never properly cleaned during our stay (our used coffee mugs were not removed during our 4 day stay, and the towels were not replaced). We would definitely return, but suggest that some improvements are made to the way that the cleaning arrangements work.
Very comfortable hotel with an luxurious attitude. We stay just only for one night, but for that short time everything worth it.
I just book another night yesterday due my vacation and can recommend for everyone who cares about comfort and hygiene.
Greetings from Turkey.

My new favorite hotel in Belgrade. Love the ambience in the lobby area - lots of books and oil paintings. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You cannot beat the location. The room is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. A/C in the room was excellent given temps in the upper 30s. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Looking forward to my next stay!
Amazing place, great services.
Highly recommend!
We came with our toy poodle and they didn t charge a fee. That was very kind of them.

Very good location, big rooms.

Good price range for the quality you receive 👌
There was nothing short of great in the hotel. It’s stylish and clean, right in the city center, amazing service, tasty breakfast. It’s on the smaller side so common areas aren’t crowded.

To stay at Envoy was the best hotel experience me and my family have ever had. It's located right in the city centre where every restaurant&shop are within walking distance.

Once you enter into the hotel and the rooms, you absolutely don't hear any noise of the crowd outside which was super important to us.

Rooms are wonderfully clean, breakfast has many options to choose from, the ingredients and drinks were always so delicious and fresh (in fact, the best hotel breakfast I've had in European hotels).

Most importantly, the hotel staff were super respectful and helpful in every way, from airport transfer to guiding us through our never-ending questions. They went the extra mile to make us feel like it was our home for the duration of our stay.

We enjoyed staying at Envoy so much that we won't even be looking for another hotel for our next trips in Belgrade.

Solidno razmerje med ceno in storitvijo, a računajte na to, da dodatno plačate parking. Danes je to 15€.
Great location and amazing service! Everyone at front desk have been fansatic! We asked not to have room service but ladies in hallways have been super helpful and nice. We got new towels within few minutes of calling.

Room was spacious enough, comfortable bed and very clean. We were not in love with room design. The bathroom has frosted glass door with minimal soundproofing. If you are staying as a couple, you might be woken up at night because of the light or noise.
Отлично местоположение. Наличен паркинг и любезно отношение на персонала.
Staff is very nice and friendly, everyone speaks very good English.
Location is ok, walking distance to the city center and shopping street but a quiet place.
There are some coffee places in the vicinity also.
Short stay while awaiting long haul flight, nevertheless excellent overall and all aspects, from location, clean and fully equipped rooms topped with extremely helpful, professional and friendly, smiling service.
Would definitely go back and strongly recommend for short or longer stays. Next time will plan more Belgrade and Jump Inn for sure.
Ett hotel som er så skitigt att myndigheterna borde stänga det . Jag förstår inte hur man kan få 4 stjärnor på detta stället 😡😡😡
Very good clean hotel, staff were polite and courteous. The food which I did have at the hotel (breakfast) was well prepared and tasty.
Gym for some reason was absolutely boiling everytime I went to use.
Overall a very pleasant experience, I do recommend and would stay again.
I give more than five stars. It was a great hotel. Staff are very caring and helpful. Great location where you can walk everywhere. The breakfast is delicious and sufficient. I would like to stay here again. Many thanks to the team.
Modern hotel in the very center of Belgrade.
Large modern rooms and apartments equipped with all comforts and huge bathroom.
We had a top floor suite with even a meeting table.
The flagship is represented by the very professional and very kind staff ..
Absolutely recommended!
In this hotel they don’t know what customer service means.
Everything that could have gone bad, they did it worst.
Tourists stay away from this hotel!!!
Laundry is not working, I received the same trousers I sent, dirty and not even ironed.
Breakfast is the worst part of the day, completely disorganized. You will waste more than one hour to eat a simple egg. Unbelievable!!!
Room was prepared for one, while we were a couple.
And they are super slow to react
A perfect place for a comfortable stay in Belgrade.

I stayed for a day in this hotel and was positively surprised by the good value of money it offers. The room were spacious and clean. The check in procedure was quick however the breakfast lacked variety. The property is located right in the city center across markets and restaurants & a tram station. You wouldn’t need to go far to explore Belgrade.
Overall great place, just many small details to improve, like no cleaning of the rooms.
Odalar temizdi. Konum olarak çok çok iyi. Resepsiyondakiler oldukça yardım sever. Fiyatına göre kalınabilecek bir yer.
They gave me the smallest room .. cuz they said everything was fully booked .. but i could see on booking there is room .. and .. the internet in the room was not working.. there is no signal … im very disappointed .. and i was expecting something way better for 44 euro per night …
Dobar smještaj, do knez Mihajlove malo više od 5 minuta, ali parking u dvorištu je neprocjenjiv. Cijena povoljna. Odlična lokacija jer su sve glavne prometnice u neposrednoj blizini (cara Dušana, Takovska, kneza Miloša, kralja Aleksandra), a tim prometnicama idete u svim smijerovima.
The stay was very nice, staff was very professional, helpful and polite.
They answered all our questions and requests in a prompt and efficient way.

The breakfast (Continental) priced at EUR 20, was very nice; food was tasty and fresh, selection was good, and I especially loved the imuno booster served in a "chokanche" glass. Oh, and the pastry&muffins were awesome! Definitely worth the price.
The only downside is that the dining room/restaurant area where the breakfast was served, seemed small and cramped with guests. Hotels of this size usually have larger dining halls, or at least two or three of them, to accomodate guests when hotel is full.
