We go once a year minimum to Niagara and the kids make this a must stop during our visit. They love it.

Strike Game Zone is a fun spot at Clifton Hill for some family-friendly entertainment. They have 14 bowling lanes with fancy features like automated scoring and light shows. You can also play arcade games and other activities. While being next to Boston Pizza, It's a great option for a group outing or rainy day. While it might not be the most unique place, it offers a fair variety of entertainment under one roof.

"I don't recommend this place. The staff is impolite and their rules are too restrictive. It's supposed to be a place for families to enjoy, but you can't even see and enjoy with your kids around the bowling area. I purchased the $99 package and needed five cards, but they only gave me four even though I already paid the card fee. Makes no sense." Fallsview location was amazing 👏🏻 you can tell the staff actually cares about you having fun vs just spending $$. Josh- the supervisor was extra awesome 💯

There are so many games. Our kid had an absolute blast (and we did too lol)

Went bowling during a cold, snowy day while in town. Service was ok and the tables weren't cleaned off, had to request someone to cover over to clean. You get an hour time limit of play and we were able to play three games with two of us. May need more time if you have a larger group.

We have been to this arcade on 2 trips now and the kids absolutely love it! Buying the token deal online before you get there is awesome. You just have to go to the counter and have them spit out the tokens. The kids really like the duck games. We have over 100+! I think we may have a duck problem 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️ We definitely make this a stop every trip we come up and we go multiple times in each trip! It's an awesome arcade. This arcade definitely came in handy on our most recent trip (12/26-12/30) because it was rainy, foggy and miserable except for our last full day! The kids are already talking about trading in their ticket receipts when we come up again!

Great place for kids to enjoy. Will get 22 coins for $10 and kids can play atleast 6-7 games

This is an amazing place to spend a few hours with the family. Almost all of the games were working, and while a few may jam occasionally, the attendants are quick to respond and fix them. They even compensated us for the lost coins that the machine ate. The bowling was super fun to try out. Highly recommended when in town."

Great experience! My kids had a lot of fun

We went here on a Saturday when they first opened at 11:00am. We were the first people inside. We paid $45 an hour and $4 for shoe rental. It came to $59. The employee told us to take lane 13 but then said it’s not working, then she said take lane 1 and then said no because it’s being worked on. She told us to take lane 11. We did and it froze so she said take lane 9. The holes on the bowling balls were very tiny. My husband and I couldn’t find any that fit us. There was two 9 pounds that had bigger holes. My husband could only find a 12 pound with holes big enough to fit his fingers. And his fingers are not that big for a man. We bowled almost 3 games. And the pins got stuck 3 times. It killed almost 10 minutes of our time. We asked the employee to add more time because of the issues and she added 3 minutes. We had about 5 minutes left and it got stuck for the fourth time. We told the employee and she said it’s getting worked on. Well the pins came down and the gate went up. My husband threw the ball thinking it was ok like it was the other 3 times and the guy jumped down and started yelling at us. There was 1 pin left and the guy left it like that. We waited a few minutes and nothing was happening so we figured he was leaving it cause he was mad and I told the employee it was the worst experience we ever had. She said sorry and that was it.

I gave the overall rating a 4/5 (4.5/5) because some games didn’t work at the arcade and that was a little frustrating. However, I was very happy with the overall turnout and value of the party package.

I booked a birthday party with the Clifton Hill fun zone. I booked it last minute (a week before) so that was great as most places for parties are booked for a month or 2.

The package included a table in Applebee’s in a separate area for unlimited time, 2 party trays of pizza, 4 jugs of pop and 1 jug of water; which were all set up when I got there. The waitress/greeter was super helpful for me, if I needed anything.

Also included in the package was individual containers of tokens for each person in the party which seemed to last forever, even though it didn’t look like much.
All of the attractions were also included with the package and they were unlimited as well. Attractions at this location: laser tag, laser maze, and a mirror maze. I think she did say there was another one too on another level possibly but we didn’t really look for it and we were content with what we did do.

To give you an idea of the party; we had 8 kids but a minimum of 10 that I paid for. Kids ranging from 3 years old - 16 being the oldest. All of the kids had a blast with the games that did work and the attractions. The adults were able to join the kids in the attractions and even played some games as well with the kids.

I am very happy and I would happily refer my friends and family to book a birthday party there.

Came here 2 nights in a row of my week vacation stay. Got the 50$ for 300 tickets, and it lasted a while. Played lots of ski ball and won lots of jack pots on pop the lock, quick drop, and crossy road lol.

Run down, expensive, garbage prizes. Typical tourist trap like many other places in the area. Kids love it and they seemed to enjoy themselves. Games eat tokens and ticket payout is low.

The Fun Zone on Clifton Hill (not Midway), the one with laser Tag and Maze, charged a good tourist fee without disclosing it beforehand, which I don't believe is legal. Furthermore, the arcade has several broken machines and the laser maze is smelly. The overall feeling is that the place is a cheap cashgrab, the owners are letting the place go. Wouldn't recommend.

Geordan was such a super star employee. Poor guy. It was so busy. Half the machines out of order. People were pissed. He maintained his cool and was such a sweet gentleman. Honestly- hire this this guy anybody! I hope they appreciate him there.

My 9-year-old son really enjoyed all games there and he was able to win a lot of tickets from most of the games and there are great gifts to be utilizes for the tickets. We all were excited and had a lot of fun.

Loved the place from last 5 years. Staff people are chill and nice and everything is well maintained. For playing games, we have to buy their coins which is universally accepted over all arcade games. Most games(not Air-hockey or Dance rev) gives you tickets in return depending on performance. With those tickets, you can get a gift like stuffy toys, pillow etc etc. Place has great vibe and I love it every time I visit.

I bought a 'funcation' Groupon for 4. Which included a $15 voucher to IHOP and $20 off at Applebee's and TGIFridays. 16 credits each to funzone Clifton Hill and 32 credits each to fallsview. And entry to 3 attractions at funzone Clifton Hill and 3 at fallsview. It was $45 total, with a feel of $10 per person at both Clifton Hill AND fallsview for a total of $80 extra dollars!!!
We didn't end up going to the fallsview location. The Clifton hills location was the pits! Most of the games didn't work, no tickets and no redemption table so really no point. When the games broke down which they often did, there was only one guy available to help and he was hard to locate. We ended up giving away the vouchers and struggling to finish using the tokens cause the games kept stalling in one way or other. The 3 attractions were NOT attractive...they each lasted less than 10mins each! The guy at the laser maze did not seem to enjoy his job, the time freeze was fun, but again lasted probably 5mins and the cannon blaster was short-lived, many of the balls were worn which impacted play, and the blasters often misfired. DO NOT buy this Groupon and DO NOT go to this location. Use your money at the great Canadian midway or the midway at the Strike bowling alley. Kids (and adults) will have a far better time!

Don't waste your money please. they send you to 2 locations for the activities = paying for double parking and if you purchased the wagjag total package once you get there you have to pay an additional $10 per person !!! For the arcade games go to the fun zones second location on fallsview st. At this location not many machines and most were broken and dirty plus you can't win tickets on any of them!!! The attractions were pricey each took less than 5 min to complete except mini golf but it was SO boring every hole was the exact same there were no obstacles

Loved this arcade. You can exchange your money into tokens before playing. And you use tokens to play whatever you like, there are many kinds of games and many of them give you back more tokens if you're lucky. In the end, you can buy sovenirs with the tokens you've collected(you should put the tokens into the counting machine and it will give you a receipt). Most sovenirs are just trivial things that childs will like, so I just gave my remaining tokens to a boy. Overall, this is a very entertaining place worth visiting.

I spent a few days at Niagara Falls, had a wonderful time here but then when I went to give my tickets... a young man took care of me and there was a girl by the name KIRA that started acting wreckless and swearing constantly! Many people that were waiting in line we’re giving comments about her attitude. I asked her to watch her mouth in front of people and then had the audacity to start swearing to her co worker in front of all the clients!!! Horrible customer service!

Fun and so many games to choose from. We paid 20 dollars and got 50 tokens inclusive of tax which lasted us 2.5 hours of enjoyment. We accumulated 305 tickets and won bath bomb, loofa and bath salt.

We got deal from Groupon and after all, it wasn't a deal at all and we probably got ripped off. The arcade was dead, poorly maintained and most of machine weren't working and no tickets were issued. The side games in off we wasn't available and kids didn't enjoy them much. Will not coming back or recommend it.

There are a lot of fun games for kids to enjoy. Some games kids move around, some are multi-player, but most of them are luck base.

I had a really really positive experience here. I had been searching everywhere for one of the toys they had, and finally had enough tickets to redeem it. However, the one they had on display was a bit different from the one they gave me from the back. I asked one of the staff and she kindly helped me grab the exact one I was looking for. It took a bit of effort to for her to grab it so I really appreciate that she did that.

She went through the effort of making me happy, and I was just blown away by her kindness. She is such a hard-worker, and really cares about people. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Mary!

Aren't you supposed to be 18 to gamble? This is the definition of a kids casino. Sucks your money away, addicting and colorful! There are literal gambling machines like a poker game not even to mention those rigged claw machines. Can't rate this low it was fun but jeez.

We bought 160 coins for 50 CAD online and kids had so much fun for 2 hours. I think it is a very good value for money. Connect 4 was their favorite. We collected 500 tickets in total but to be honest rewards are not very interesting. Still 5 stars as we had so much fun.

A wonderful area! Lots of places and so many things to with family and friends. Food, fun places, cafes, restaurants and many shops to shop around for souvenirs! The Niagra falls are not to far.

The gifts are very cheap you have to spend a lot of money to get very minimal gift the kids had fun got lots of tickets but if you're going to win prizes it'll cost you about $100

Pretty cool place. Lots to do with family and friends. Very kid and teen friendly. From old school side shows, to video games, to bowling. They have everything. Located on a hill, so be prepared for waking back up if you decide to take a stroll to see the falls. Lots of parking options. Some $5 per day others $15.

Great bowling Alley I haven't bowled in years so my girlfriend and I decided to go bowling. $40 for the lane for an hour and $4 each for shoe rentals. Within an hour you can play about 3 games depending on the size of your group and how fast you all bowl. Overall great experience and will be coming back in the future to go bowling.

Was a fun arcade however the hours listed differ from what it actually was. Went in around 8:30 thinking they’d close at 12 or 12:30 however they closed at 9:30 and I was unable to use up all my coins or even cash out a prize with the tickets I had won. Staff explicitly said they were waiting on us to go home before closing as well.

Very spacious and noisy too. The design itself is ok, it is connected to the rainforest cafe, you can go downstairs and have access to the Hotel. They are all connected. Once you're inside you can even go to the waterpark. Kids friendly but somedays it's too noisy and also not that much agents for that big place. I have seen one tech the whole night time I have been there and one machine stop working and restarted by itself. I had to walk to the desk and tell the girl and then she sent the guy. They have tokens machines like the Strike and Bowl, but those tokens can only be used in their facility. They also have their own passes for their own games.

Just go to Clifton Hill. Many of the games didn't work, the haunted houses and fun house were absolutely terrible and most of the stuff in the fun house was broken. Tokens and games were also really expensive. Do yourself a favour and go the Great Canadian Midway.

Place was small,good to have few people entertained. We only did the mini putt since we had a free voucher from groupon. There was 2 attendants for the place but everything is pretty much self served anyways. If you are really looking for things to do, though, go to bigger entertainment and arcade places.
