I rented a private office at BK Commons and it was seriously a lifesaver. Although the space is small (5x7), it provided everything I needed to make a comfortable and productive work environment. Bronthie and the entire team at BK Commons are dedicated to creating a thoughtful community space. In addition to the great office space, the team puts on events that support the community and provide a dynamic space for important discussion and local businesses. I am sad to be leaving the space due to getting a new job that is no longer remote, but BK Commons will always be my go to when/if I need a space again. Can't recommend enough!

This place is by far the best Co-working space I've ever been to and I've seen many of them. Let's start with the people/staff, the absolute best and most welcoming people you can find in NYC. The place is extremely spacious and very clean. Most coworking spaces leave you feeling very isolated from others but BKLYN Commons is so inclusive and it feels like a real community with lots of opportunities to mix and mingle with others while still getting work done. It's such an inviting space. And a great location which makes it super accessible from anywhere in the city and nearby restaurants, gyms and many other businesses. Come and see for yourself but trust me, you won't regret it!
I visited for their annual small business expo and networking event ....it was really well put together ....lots of interesting vendors and seminars. I especially loved the speed networking one where we could help each other and give advice for current problems in our businesses. Really a great facility with small to big coworking "offices" For a reasonable monthly price. It also has a huge event space which can be rented for parties and different events.
Was in Brooklyn today and needed a space for a coupe of meetings. Loved this co-working space. It had private offices, open desks, and even a lounge. The lounge is for monthly reservations but they gave me a tour. Overlooks an outdoor space but was too cold to sit out there.

Brooklyn Commons is a lovely space located near Downtown Brooklyn!! There is great walkability here and there are a few eatery options if you’re looking to grab a bite. When I’ve accessed this space, it’s been clean and pretty quiet. It’s a perfect place to cut through & head towards Brooklyn Heights!
Of note, it’s especially pretty during the holidays!! They add a beautiful tree to the space, definitely visit during the Christmas season. :-)

I wend here for a private event with a friend. The rooftop is open but secluded. The vibe is chill. The decor is chill.
I attended an outdoor movie event sponsored by Rooftop Films. This is an oasis in the middle of Metro Tech downtown Brooklyn. It's a beautiful space with nearby restaurants, an ideal spot to meet up with friends/family for dinner and drinks.
Nice urban space with frequent events, weather permitting. Benches and tables for sitting or eating or just hanging out. Rooftop Films shows movies in the summer.
Very lovely community center. They have a lot of events for families. The building is lovely, spacious, and homely.
Called, an old man answered and said his wife handles the business, I asked if he had any work space available, he said we don’t do stuff like that on a daily basis.
An excellent place, very safe and very pleasant, perfect to attend meetings without problems, the staff was very attentive to my arrival and to everything I needed. I am very grateful since they solved my urgency of a space to work with perfection.
The second floor is very spacious. There is a shop to buy workout clothing, and my friends massage workshop is there on 1120 Washington. And a large area to sit in with tables and chairs, not sure if it is a free space to work? There is a yoga class and self defense class there too.
This small park near the college was hosting a beer garden. There were some games and music, making it a nice place to spend a few hours. Right near the subway and surrounded by restaurants, it's a cool place to hang out. It seems like there are other events being hosted over time, so I'll have to return.

I love this place. So beautiful and peaceful. One of my favorite places in the city.
Attended my friends 50yh birthday party here. A very nice sized space. She had two backdrops a 360 photo booth area and there is a separate kitchen space - there was also an elevated portion in the room. The DJ also was in an elevated section apart from the main seating area - Easily fits 100 people. Very nice - really clean bathrooms
That place is awesome! I see it as Google meets Starbucks in the best way. Professional, clean, modern and chill at the same time. Manager Carolina is very helpful and nice. You would never feel embarrassed bringing a client there.
The manager is very helpful and understanding. The facility is clean and well organized. There's plenty of space to spread out, and feel at home. Great working atmosphere, warm, and a great place to spend your day building a business.

My brand was growing and my customers wanted to place where they could find my products and test them as we have an Experiential body care range of products. When the global Covid-19 pandemic hit we immediately had to Pivot our effort to online, but decided to keep our space. Not only has the Management been with heart and understanding. They immediately gave us a discounted rent which we have been able to afford as are still dealing with the new norm and adapting to doing business online. They are community and small business driven and are making sure that everyone of us feel valued in the space. The space has provided space to store our inventory and still be to do business there. Thank Brooklyn Commons and I highly recommend the space to other Small Business owners. BKLYN Commons has your back and are interested in seeing everyone win.

I refer all of my friends to B{X} because i had such an amazing experience here!! The entire staff is pleasant, kind, and so helpful. They are always working to consistently improve the space. The studios are affordable and the common spaces are clean, well kept and organized. The community is respectful and familial!

It's a great coworking space and I'm happy being a part of it. So much better than an overcrowded coworking just around the corner.
b[x] was my studio and second home for over 5 years. I ended up leaving due to external circumstances, and it was SO sad and emotional because I would have stayed there forever. The staff and other members are amazing, and really made me feel safe and comfortable. I have made life-long friends at b[x], and will go back to visit often. They have events pretty frequently, and my studio also hosted big AR art shows in their gallery space several times, which were super successful and amazing!
One of the best parts of being at b[x] is being able to participate in Bushwick Open Studios. Since it's a huge building in a busy part of Bushwick, we would get tons of people walking through and interacting with our art. I made so many connections, sold work, and even got jobs through BOS.
I rented a small/medium sized studio with a window and a loft which had space for two desks and a sofa chair. It was really comfortable, homey, and private... which is good for getting in a creative zone. It was also very affordable.
So sad that I'm not there anymore, but looking forward to being a member again sometime in the future! :)

Girl works at the front desk was horrible. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! I simply ask for business name and person I was looking for, she was busy playing her phone and she says she has no idea. after few minutes, I found the business I was looking for then I did my install on network., then we need it her to call and enable network port, she said she need ip address from my device. I told her that port is not enabled I cannot get an Ip address id it is not active. her response was " is you know so much why don't you plug that in? " I told her again that port is not active. she make few calls and made us wait. eventually IT support turn on the port and it worked. I was there Fri 2/7/2020 1:45 PM
There's so much space in rooms you'll get lost in your art it's an awesome space.
Great place to rent an office space! Very clean and nice environment. Great coffee machine and kitchen area. You can reserve conference rooms for your use throughout the month easily. Would definitely recommend to someone that wants to rent a nice modern office space on a monthly basis!
I became a member during the summer of 2019 because I needed a study space near my home where I could study for the July Bar Exam (which I’m happy to say I passed!). The space was absolutely perfect and exactly what I needed. It was quiet and well maintained. Members were very friendly and mostly kept to themselves. Gina is kind and very thoughtful. She would give me encouraging messages throughout the summer and shared her own experience of studying for the bar exam, which was a welcomed and lovely gesture of solidarity. The place is clean and there is AC, which were important for me because I was studying in the summer and do not like to be hot! There was always space available and I never had any issues trying to find a spot to set up shop. The neighborhood is also gorgeous, so it’s a great place to walk around during lunch. There are coffee and food shops within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

BrooklynWorks159 is almost too good to be true. I have been coming here for a couple of years whenever I need to get a lot of work done and it's perfect. The owner and staff are all super-friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The people who come to work here are friendly and focused.
The pricing for the shared space that I use is beyond competitive with similar businesses. Free (good) coffee and cold filtered water, and snacks for less than you'd pay in a store. I'm strongly considering renting a full-time office — the pricing on those spaces is *extremely* competitive. That said I do like the community atmosphere in the shared area.
There's a real community feel to the place, fostered in large part by the weekly events such as free pizza day, bagels etc. Once a month there is an after work party with complimentary wine and munchies (tonight is the holiday party!)

Great working place lots of conference rooms bathrooms lots of working spaces you can work the people there they give you coffee and snack sometimes and they are all friendly.
I loved the experience at BrooklynWorks from the coffee to the staff I have no complaints. I worked from home for many years and wanted to switch it up since I missed being in an office environment, this was a great solution. The conference rooms are great if you have guests and the outdoor deck is great if you want to take a break from the screen. I will miss coming to the office for I moved out of New York. If your looking for a small office space check them out, it’s a great place.

Incredible co-working space + creative community in the heart of Gowanus
Brooklyn Works is a gem of a co-working space. It's airy, comfortable, and quiet...but not too quiet. Good coffee, great people at the front desk. The drop-in days are perfect for people in need of the occasional workspace. Highly recommend.
Our non-profit has been working out of BrooklynWorks at 159 for the past three years. We have a private 2-person office but use the common spaces a fair deal. There's nothing bad to say about this place. The front desk and management are great people - fun to be with, professional, responsible. They throw happy hours, holiday parties and food Fridays and are quick to answer any concerns about the space (replacing a lightbulb, etc.). We looked at other co-work spaces when we thought we were hiring, but nothing compared, either in price, service, or amenities. It's a real gem of a co-work space, highly recommended.
Had my first photoshoot here and I liked the aesthetic of the place.
I have been using an office at Corner Office for 3 months now and I have nothing but praise. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The offices and facilities are kept clean and orderly. The location in Flatbush works best for me however I have seen the other sites and they are great too. I would highly recommend Corner Office to anyone looking for a shared office space.
I rented space here a few weeks ago and I was really impressed with everything here. From the moment the day begins: Arriving to a location with minimal parking... There's a garage! Walking inside to a friendly security guard! A beautiful coffee room! And then there's the offices! They are really well decorated and always clean. Sam was very helpful with making sure I had everything I needed, and Elena at the front desk was an absolute gem! I will definitely rent here again!
Ive worked from a number of co-working spaces and this is by far in away my favorite. The staff is amazing and there is a great mix of professionals that are both friendly and engaging. If you are looking for a place that has great coffee, phone booths, fast internet, and printing, I recommend giving 159 a try.
We have 4 different sizes offices and 4 cubicles, we enjoy all the amenities offered on the 5th floor. From the shared conference room to the kitchen, coffee room . The outdoor terrace is great for impromptu meets, great views from our large windowed offices, a very helpful and professional receptionist... are just some of the parts of corner office that has made our first few months here productive and enjoyable!!!helpful and attentive staff!!! If there are any offices available I say grab it!!!!!!

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the office looks very clean and professional. Corner Office has a much more professional feel than most of the other places I've seen. Highly recommended!

BKLYN COMMONS is more than just a venue or a co-working space, it's a community and a second home to many. Each location is unique, with expansive event spaces throughout, allowing accommodation for both small and large events of a myriad of types. Notably at the Flatbush location there's a large stainless kitchen with a lovely window wall, a massive two-tiered outdoor wooden deck and a spacious auditorium with high ceilings. The staff are sharp, professional and attentive – they are thoroughly devoted to the success of each event and each member. Both BC locations not only enrich their local communities , but NYC as a whole.
I had to address here to the public that this place is awesome! And by awesome I meant management is marvelous- to the point that I don't believe there is a better managed studio space in existence in the borough of Brooklyn. SERIOUSLY
Literally all of the studio spaces here are well maintained, air vented (VERY IMPPRTANT), has adequate air condition in the summer AND HEAT. It was an absolute luxurious experience renting space here. Rafael, Vincent & subsidiaries are such wonderful company, quick to respond to any questions, always helpful- thank you Vincent for giving me a hand when I moved, and I missed Rooftop movies- this is going to be a long paragraph if I continue, but honestly- THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE if you are shopping for a studio space in Brooklyn, call them to schedule a viewing now :)

One of the nicest studios in Brooklyn, It is filled with some amazing artists! One of my favourites is Orange Li in 319.
Used for virtual working space AND I volunteer from time to time too. Great location, people and environment!
Really great, clean and bright space with unlimited Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee. I decided I was done trying to work in coffee shops with limited wifi and outlets. I can pay a daily rate here and have a more productive day. Greg and Megan (the office coordinators) make it such a nice place to work!
Pleasant place to walk through, sometimes musical events take place here, surrounding restaurants for all meal times
i needed a place to work for the month and this one had everything i was looking for and more. it is airy, chilled out and quiet. my favorite part, aside from the ultra conveniently placed yoga studio right next door (work-life-balance on point), is the chill.out corner with giant bean bags and a hammock-chair that is the ultimate comfort. highly recommended!
I've been working here for over two years and I couldn't love it more. There is such a sense of community and love here. There is free coffee and awesome natural light in the main lobby, and the people who work here aren't trying to hard to be cool. It's a calming and comfortable place to hustle.

I love this place! Best studio I've ever had and a really great value. The staff is super friendly, great professional yet laid back enviroment, and the place is kept very clean.
There's even an art gallery in the middle of the common space and outside the building that rotates often. Both my corporate and artistic clients are very impressed and give me kudos for my choice (for different reasons of course).

They have a variety of workspaces for almost any need. The staff are very friendly. Areas available for larger gatherings are open and easily accessible.

Supper close to Brooklyn College making this ideal for creative work but also established firms and investors.

Acoustics are horrible. Any sound, converstation, anything, is heard throughout the entire workspace. There are 12 cubicles and 12 private offices. There are a few patrons who are on the phone the entire day, and so the noise is beyond acceptable.
The coffee they provide is cheap kcups (think kirkland).
The bathrooms don't have fans so the smell of the previous person lingers and lingers.
The management does a pretty good job of working with what they have, but the Owner is a sleaze. He will take any penny he can get, from printing charges, end of contract deposits, even a stamp is marked up by 500%.
The internet is usually fine, but has issues about once a month. Basically after being here for several months, it is apparent that the building was built "cheaply" and "quickly". There are no windows in the basement so you are surrounded by "too bright" fluorescent lights.

I've been a member 2 months now and I'm thrilled with the Compound Cowork. It's a beautiful space with lots of natural light and an abundance of plants. The staff are so personable--it's given me a work environment to look forward to. I also highly recommend the community events. Cinco de Mayo party was excelente.
