Someone turned me on to this place for a quick free bite to eat. I should have turned away when the four turkey guards told me I had to leave my purse at the office. I didn't feel comfortable with that knowing they would search my purse with me knot being present and steal something. Low and behold sknot turkeys stole my social security card. No good deed goes unpunished.

Never answers and are no help

I got nothing bad to say about the Philly house, I did spend 37 days there between October and November last year, staff are very nice people food not a 100 Porcent but a least they feed us everyday.

At the time of writing this I am homeless, and while as a woman I can't stay here, I can get a good bite to eat twice a day. I used to come here rather frequently in 2022 when things were really bad for me. The staff is really great, Jose let me pray for the group once and that was cool. The food is just on point. You feel FULL when you eat here and the food is REAL, sometimes it feels like you are eating at a restaurant. I particularly appreciate that they still serve soda. If you don't have food stamps or SSI it's a real treat and makes you feel good. They have developed a good (and better) system for checking in bags and in a year I have never had a problem getting everything back. You are allowed to have your phone on you at the meal and they have charging stations. Women are allowed in first which is nice. I know they were more ministry oriented before the branding overhaul last year, but I am glad they are still keeping core facets of their services when it comes to the meals. Thanks for looking out for us poor folk and I'll be back!

This place sucks and don’t know how to treat people. They have individuals with problems harassing the people without problems. (There was a guy that clearly had mental issues spitting all over napkins and the table) They didn’t do anything to separate that individual and then I asked for a replacement soda and they gave me an issue. Make sure you have your patience when you go there. The employees absolutely don’t know how the treat the people there.

I helped out and didn't expect it would move so smoothly under the direction of the kitchen head man...I forgot his name but he is awesome.

My first time homeless in my life earlier this year at 59 years old. They treat everyone as if they are rolling out of prison or rehab. They got gangsta wannabe who act like prison guards in there who wake you up at 6am screaming and blasting gangsta rap. I have never been to prison or had a drug problem. But, inherently there, they treat you as if your homelessness is a result of you being in and out of the system your entire life. The owners are worthless and do nothing to help, unless you are in recovery. So, I should've pretended I had a drug problem before I went in there. The case manager is a joke.
He does absolutely nothing except give you printouts to "resources" while telling you that the funding is dried up.
That counselor enjoys free paychecks while doing nothing at all.
Had a staff member step on my feet and threatened me with violence. The case worker never helped in that matter. Same staff member broke HIPPA protocols by telling many people about my medical history.
I have traveled through 20 countries and this is one of the worst places i have ever seen.

Nobody answers the phone calls. And none of the other people I've talked to wants to help resolve an issue.

The air conditioner works when it is not needed. The staff is excellent.

It's the place that I could take my grandson for help and counseling. Great people there to work with.

This is place is unprofessional and their time frames for pairing a child up with a therapist is so LONG. I waited over a month going into two months now waiting for somebody to get back to me to pair my 12 year old that truly needs therapy at this time. The time slots available are not acceptable and prior within the first session/overview with somebody I already advised my child would need AFTERNOONS as she’s in school. They advised I would have to wait AGAIN to pair her up with somebody during the time frame as requested. Unprofessional, wait time for a therapist way too long, and the follow ups are extremely unacceptable. I could have had my child in somewhere else by this timeframe! I advise anybody to not take your child here. They don’t care & it’s the lack of empathy of us parents having to WAIT for our child to get therapy.

This place seems to lack caring about the therapy of children and doing their job. I’ll never understand how people have a DEGREE and went to college but lack the basic needs/wants of actually doing their job and helping people. You can tell many people don’t like what they’re doing and this facility is one of them. Even the people that answer the phone to assist sound MISERABLE. I seen a recent comment of a review that said this place has LACKED what they are entirely.. that statement is true. This place needs to get it together.

I hope people read this review from the company as this could be a reminder that what you do for people is extremely important. Don’t forget your face and what you worked hard for to get where you are. Truly A SHAME

Dr. Waheed is being difficult saying she was sick from covid thats why she cancalled 2 times but talking about she going on vacation a few weeks latwr to schedule with another dr piec of work

My 5-star review goes to Margaret McKenna in the Client Assistance Program. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and helps with new ways of thinking about how to move forward. I think the OVR program needs some work, but people like Margaret make it a little easier to navigate.

This place is okay, I've come to merakey for social services with my daughter. Did not really benefit with the "therapeutic visits". They don't really have much to do for children 10+ years. Its pretty small to my opinion.

I started working here two months ago and I have not had a good experience with the company. Very unprofessional and they are violating many HIPPA regulations. Please look elsewhere!!

Horrible and very unprofessional I called this place over 100 times just to get a scheduled time for her to be seen . I could not get no one on the phone for months the doctors don’t call you no matter how many messages I made. They do not carr about your kids .. go else where

A couple years ago this place was very helpful, and I enjoyed bringing my kid to the weekly sessions, but recently this place has forgotten who they are entirely. They don't even answer the phone anymore. My kid just had to go an entire week without her meds. Thank God our family physician filled the meds, otherwise we would still be without meds, because CCTC still hasn't called me back after several desperate messages. She doesn't even have a therapist anymore, because her therapist made it a total of 6 weeks before leaving her job. No phone call about a new one, nothing. I've been calling, but since they don't answer the phones anymore, I get nowhere. They like to say that you've missed your appointments and discharge you quickly or put you on a waiting list for another therapist when really the therapist never called you to begin with (covid times) it's just unbelievable what they have turned into. They could care less about your kids. I've finally had enough and am in the process of switching to a different facility. I will never be back to CCTC again. Do not bring your kids here!!!!

You may have a provider on Monday with an updated plan of care but on Thursday they will tell you they are discharging you.

I called this office to get help on my closed case that I knew nothing about until I called the 877#, The person whom answered the phone wanted to give me a child support # but I told her that I called that I had called that number 3 times and was disconnected on their end. The person NEVER tried to help me. I told her I'll just write a letter.. she said "OK".. Horrible customer service at this office. I suggest customer service training for this office!!!

Excellent!! My grandson has never gotten better care. His psychiatrist is amazing. He really know what he's doing and even fights with insurance to get the services needed. Location is very convenient and office was clean.

They do good work

The overall buisness is suppose to be supportive for children with Special needs, but the staff there is very unprofessional, prejudice, and under trained to handle preschool students with special needs. The bus service is very inconsistent with pickup times and late everyday. The last time my son was there they called me while I was at work stating I had to pick up my son early because of a runny nose. Stating that the nurse there said he had a "Virus" because it was green mucus coming out of his nose and he couldnt return unless he had a doctors note. I beleive this is a disgrace to the human race there should not be people working with children who can out right be bias to the needs of these children because they have the authority to do so. When I called my sons doctor to schedule the appointment the on call nurse said theres no way they could say or possibly determine that he had a virus because his mucus was green. I still took my son to the doctors and they were disgusted with the accusations, she suggested that I pull him out of the program because there is something misleading about it all.Therefore, my son will not be returning for P.A.C.T. preschool services there this was a very horrible experience...as parent and humiliating one too..Kayden James was cleared by his doctor and he does not have a virus...but he will no t be none of you guys object of ridicule..🖕all the staff there that make themselves feel good by picking on a 3 year older kid that needs more love and care than others..

My stepson goes there for therapy and I can honestly say he has never opened up to any therapist the way he has opened up to the ones that worked with him here. The staff is absolutely incredible and they work so well with my stepson, he finally was properly diagnosed and put on the proper medication he sees his therapist every week and once a month he sees his doctor put each and every person who works with him is amazing! I know people leave negative reviews about this place but he has been to so many other places and this is the only place that has been helpful and I refuse to send him anywhere else!

A resource for information

Didn't took 5 minutes in a small, hot room, for the Psychiatrist to flip out on my 5 year old son. She should be the one with more patience and understanding of the situation since she works with kids with mental problems . Instead, she called security, threatened to call the cops and was going to send me to a mental hospital to get him treated. She didn't even took the time to get him to speak to her. Is ridiculous. I havent felt so hurt and stress as much as I do now. Made me feel like Im hurting my child when Im almost begging for help for him. Im seriously not going back to this place. Was my first and last time.

I found this service to be a complete waste of taxpayer funding. My counselor (Lannette) was rude and talked as if she grew up in a ghetto. Whenever she was asked a difficult question she used sassy replies Instead of intelligent answers. I believe she thought instead of bathing she could simply baste herself in dime store perfume.

I was told by the director that they answer to no one. They assist the state to bilk taxpayers from their income.

Stay away from this place!

My three year old son started there 12/20 on the day of his birthday, everything was fine. Although the teacher who was assigned to my sons class wasn't a lead teacher and they were looking for someone who could be the lead teacher. She was in that class by herself for about two months until they finally hired a new teach. I was happy for the poor assistant teacher because she finally had someone who could help her keep the children under control. But about two weeks after the new teacher for there she was being left in the class by herself with the children. On our way home my son, who has a disability told me that the new teacher had pinched him. I contacted the director, who said that he would suspend the teacher until an investigation was completed....there was no investigation, my son was being treating like a lier and the teacher kept her job needless to say my son no longer attends this program

My son and I used to be a resident almost 20 years ago. I still visit and atill feel like the staff is family. This place was such a major influence in my life. It saved my life!!
