Used BQF for many years with great results. Then BQF lost an iPhone and tried to blame Amazon. Amazon showed receipts. There was no compensation and all the good feelings I had from years if using them are gone. Out $1200. Dishonest company. Useless.

The people at pacific air cargo (HNL) were extremely accommodating and helpful with all aspect of our shipment. First I could not figure out how to book online, but Aifua was able to complete the request for me. We also had an early flight, in which we drop off time for our pets would have not allowed for us to make our flight. The lady working the night shift coordinated with the day shift to ensure we could make our flight and Laura took great care of us and our pets to ensure that happened. She even took our pets into the office with her, since they were dropped off early, to keep them cool.

My review is mixed as I send parcels many times with this company, many times without problems, sometimes not so good.. however is not professional to change your address on social media and expect your customers to know that. My parcel was sent to "old" address and new address was published on Facebook! I mean, FB is great for social entertainment..but, not all of us have a time for FB! Not sure how people think that running a business on FB is professional! I lost us$1500... Literally.

While checking in our dog in at Richmond International, we were turned away 3 times with contradicting information. The woman that was working the desk was nothing more than impertinent each time. It felt as if she received enjoyment from turning us away. After 3 flights rescheduled, driving across town for more paperwork (which could have been given the first time I was there) and escalating to the supervisor, finally on try 4 I was able to get my dog checked in. The woman that works the desk is nothing more than incompetent and for a lack of better words rude and Schadenfreude. I am a Director of a facility that provides customer service to my community and I would never have such a person be the face of my department. She definitely needs some training and direction on how customer issues should be handled. I will say her supervisor was the most calm empathetic, caring person I encountered during my process. I truly appreciate his heart and kindness.

job everyday. they do not care about they’re eomployees, especially the warehouse employees. Upper management is the worst. They will never acknowledge all the good stuff you do, they only pay attention to everything bad you do. They will find ways to get rid of employees to save money. They do not treat everyone as equals, it is all about favoritism. If you’re not someone’s favorite you will not get a raise or promotion.

This is a review for brachycephalic dogs that aren't allowed on commercial flights. I highly recommend Pacific Air Cargo for their customer serviceand transparent pricing. We recently moved to CO from Hawaii and were really concerned about shipping our pup. He's a pitbull with high anxiety, and we were concerned with how he'd fare on the flight. The people at PAC were kind and patient with us through the whole experience, explaining the entire process and timeline for vet documentation and drop off. While the workers are extremely helpful, do your research first to avoid any hiccups. After drop off, the people there were kind and empathetic to our sensitive boy and did what they could to make him more comfortable until his flight. We picked him up in LA around 1am. His flight was delayed a few hours, but it comes with the territory of using an airline. The pick-up was seamless, and we left LA with our boy safe and sound the next morning, thanks to Pacific Air Cargo.

Showed up at the cargo area with the bare minimum knowledge I could gather from online about picking up a pet at LAX. I talked to an amazing kind woman about that was able to inform me my puppy was at the terminals PPS area, gave me super easy to follow instructions and about 20 mins later I was there. Arrived at the PPS station checked in with another amazing human named Freddie. This dude went above and beyond to help us get our pup! Our puppy hadn’t arrived yet and he broke down the typical protocol for us, and we asked if it was cool if we wait around the terminal, he said of course and then out of nowhere about 20 mins later he tracked us down and got us out and on our way, helped so much I couldn’t be more grateful. Freddie definitely the type of person that should be the face of something because he was so overwhelming helpful and kind, really don’t get that much anymore.

I drove to the warehouse where they were loading the packages, filled out the paper work, and paid. I was told it would be at a address in Cayo by 2 weeks. Exactly what they said is exactly what happened. My friend went to pick up the box, which they charge you per size and had no issues. I would use this service again. Thank you!

Flew from LAX to CHI and BOTH planes had DISGUSTING bathrooms like worse than a porta potty at a musical festival. Tried multiple bathrooms on both planes and they were all FOUL — toilet paper and pee ALL OVER THE PLACE. I typically would not leave a review like this but it was very unsanitary. Do better, American Airlines!

Truckers, delivery hours are open from 7 AM -10 PM. Easy to find with tons of room to maneuver, check in is easy and they unload you immediately. I got here around 720 pm and was told to park at any dock. I was done by 740 pm. Friendly people.

These guys were absolutely great. They called me to let me know my motorcycle was ready to be picked up. I realized that I didn't work out how I was going to get the bike out of a crate. Called and asked these guys and they immediately allowed me to break down the crate in their warehouse and dispose of it for me. Very awesome crew there all around. I will 100% be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone I know.

I have used Belizean queen freight Carlos Habit for shipping several times twice of which we have goods in the excess of $2000. I contacted Carlos and ask him for reimbursement on both occasions of which there was none. The chances of your goods reaching Belize using Carlos Habit is very slim it's just not worth it. There is no integrity to this company and they just don't care about you at all. I would never use Belizean queen freight ever again! 😤 Wish I could put 1 star.

Working with a rescue who paid $775 for 6 cats and they’ve been on this place for over 12 hrs. No one has been able to give me answer during the 3 hrs delay! This place never answers their phone and their customer service is horrid. Use a different service!

Drive cross country, arrived today at 1:00 p.m. it is now 3:50 nearly three hours of nothing, the ladies in the office have no clue what they are doing. The bad thing is I'm not even here to get loaded. I'm here so they can approve my paper Work for a different location a location that I was suppose to be at over an hour ago. This is the worst customer service, slowest servixe I have ever experienced anywhere. I wish you could give 0 stars because this place is horrid. And will be the last time I drive for anything coming out of this facility.

Lisa at the customer service deak near gate 42A went above and beyond to assist me when my connection in Charlotte was canceled. She was able to get me on a direct flight to my destination! Terrible shipping company. Sent one package to them to try out. Will never use them again. Arrow Freight in Spanish Lookout is WAY better. I sent my package to them and I know it should be in Belize. I tried calling office number and their personal numbers like 10 times in Belize and no one answers. Had to contact agent in Texas to contact them here in Belize. The agent in Texas is nice and helpful. But she said their office here will contact me but they never did. I'm still waiting. At this point it's too much hassle to use them. Arrow Freight is no hassle at all. You send your stuff to their address and give them your phone number here on Belize and once your package arrives they call you and let you know. Much more reliable than this company.

Agents are very slow helping customer's need to improve customer service......the Cargo handler needs to make some improvements. with some exceptions to a young lady that's trying to do her best to keep the operation running smooth out on the docks she's a big help on that part I give her applause and five stars.

The processing service is great. The front desk takes care of delivery/pickup drivers. The Export forklift drivers tend to be slow at unloading. It's an easy parking facility for truckers

Lilly, who works at the front office is incredibly helpful, doesn’t waste time, and takes care of issues quickly. This place is usually pretty busy, but the staff tries to get on top of things pretty quickly. Usually in this sector people are on the move, and there usually always issues, but the Menzies Air China staff do their best to handle the situations quickly.

So I spend a little bit more and I opted for the business first on a Triple 7 300er non-stop from Miami to LAX. Worth every single penny. Again American Airlines totally rocked it out of the park. I paid $1000 to have my dog flown from Honolulu to Los Angeles on June 8. When my dog was taken to the Honolulu office for dropoff the morning of June 8, my delivery driver was informed the flight had actually been delayed and my dog needed to be dropped off that night at 8pm HST instead, with pick up at 8am PST June 9 in Los Angeles (rather than original pickup time of 11:30pm PST June 8). My dog was dropped off the evening of the 8th for his flight, just as requested. Fast forward to the morning of June 9 at 8am PST when my dog was supposed to be available for pickup in Los Angeles, and I was told he actually wasn't there, and the employee didn't even know what time he would be. So I called the Honolulu location to inquire about my dog and the flight, and I was told that the plane had only recently departed in the morning, meaning my dog was kept at the cargo facility all night long for absolutely no reason whatsoever. On the phone, I was also told that the plane would be landing in Los Angeles at 2:50pm PST on June 9. I ended up waiting around all day and went inside at 3pm PST only to be told that it would still be about an hour and a half before the plane would land. I finally received my dog at 5pm PST on June 9, 2021. He was scheduled to be here by 11:30pm PST on June 8, 2021. I also had other boxes of loose freight shipped as well, and Mario tried to get me to sign the airway bill saying I had received the boxes before they could even find the boxes, let alone give them to me. Unbelievable. They ended up delaying my move by an entire day, causing me a lot of stress over the well-being of my dog, and costing me hundreds of dollars for extending my moving truck rental because they couldn't get their sh*t together. This place is a total disaster and they clearly do not care about anything or anyone. Avoid Pacific Air Cargo at all costs.

If this place would at least take care of ONE customer an hour , it would move alot quicker. And that's sad to ask for just 1 an hour.

This place needs MORE dock doors & More Employees and a Faster processing system. You're almost guaranteed to wait 3+ hours at this place. I feel like they should have specific forklift drivers for Import- Export and for the small trucks and vans that wait on the ramp.

Picked up in NY on time, with a phone call to ensure the driver and the person shipping were connected accurately. Showed up early in San Ignacio, and we got a call here in the receiving end to verify our specific location. Everything in the package showed up in perfect order and undamaged. Really impressed with the entire experience- and I've done shipping and logistics for a LONG time. This warehouse doesn't have any colaboration when it comes to cargos being picked up. I came here to pick up 2 pallets but was able to just pick up one pallet and they said they couldnt find the ither pallet i need to pick up while charging storage fees. When i got here today 12-07-2020 to pick up the other remaining cargo, there was a quick waiting time because of the line but it was bearable of a wait but when i got into the warehouse to give the warehouse personel my paperworks, ni one was taking it and there was only one driver driving the forklift when in fact there were 4 of us waiting for a driver to be available. They do the line by numbers that is on the paperwork coming from the front desk so my nunber was 72, while i was waiting in line, there was a personel that works in this airline under company name Menzies and i was not able to get his name but i couldnt forget him because he was the one who kept telling me to wait outside. He gave a paperwork to a truck driver which has the number 74, that being said they go by numbering system and since i have 72, i should be helped out first, so this personel gave the number 74 paperworks to a trucker that's already being helped when in fact, he should be back falling in line for the number 74 paperwork. I do think that if someone knows someone working here, there would be a big chance that the peraon picking up the cargo wouldn't go back on waiting in line as the person gave it to him so the driver can juat givr it to the person who's heloing him and loading him driving the forklift. Plus, if they dont feel like helping you, they wouldn't even bother asking you if you had been helped. Such a disappointment seeing a warehouse so busy doing inappropriate things. But i guess if you complain, then they wouldn't even help you out anymore to payback for your complaining. Hope there would be some changes in these cargo airlines. I know it is stressful but that's your job to maintain the quickness with care of the cargos being picked up and juay follow the rules all the time.

We were picking up a dog here that was flown in from Hawaii by a family member. Pretty loud spot, but we were impressed by how well the dog was treated and how securely she was transported.

First of all you have back up to one of the garage doors until you can sign in and expect them to take their time getting to you after you have signed in. That's not necessarily the problem. After we had paid to get our cargo, we received no help until we BEGGED someone to get our cargo and it seemed to be a huge burden on them. Expect to be here for 5+ hours when realistically this process should be less than an hour. If I could get them no stars I would have. Good luck!

This company is involved in credit card fraud. I never bought anything from them. I never even knew they existed until my credit card company called and told me they just charged my credit card twice for about $5,000 each hit. I called the company and after being run around in circles, they could not identify what was purchased or by whom. Being that they are a shipping company, if they were not the scam artist themselves, the pickup or drop off point would clearly identify the scam artist. But since they would not disclose this, it is clear they are running the scam. There probably was not even a shipment involved. I have reported them to the local police department. If you find yourself a victim of this business, you should notify the police as well.

Good people, horrible yard. If you deliver here, expect a very challenging back to your door, and stay alert while there, accidents happen often due to very tight space.

They are open 24/7 which is definitely a bonus. Their staff members are extremely helpful and friendly.
However, they do not have bathrooms for drivers and there is hardly any room to maneuver. They are very prompt about moving equipment, however.

There's 4 People in the office alway chatting , about the weekend, what she did, he did OMG, ext ,ext .. they see me I'm waiting for good 12 min, then they ask me, have you been Help! !!.. I'm JUST doing A pick up. It's been 28 minutes still waiting behind. The fence.. how mush longer ..!!!
