My experience at the Tory Burch store in the Kenwood Mall was exceptional. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I was able to purchase an all-black tote bag and the original Tory Burch perfume, both of which I love. Additionally, I signed up for their emails and received a generous 15% off discount, which was a pleasant surprise. The store's ambiance was inviting, and the staff's knowledge of the products made the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend the Tory Burch store at the Kenwood Mall for a great shopping experience with top-notch customer service.
They are unable to process returns without the original credit card being present even with the original receipt. They only allow for exchanges and gift cards to be redeemed. This information was not shared with me before making the purchase and I would not have made the purchase had I known. The general manager claimed that they are not able to void the policy or accept credit cards over the phone. The general manager also stated that there is no one who can void that policy.

They sold me a belt(at the frankfurt germany location) that is supposed to be reversible but when you flip it around the monogram print on the belt is upside down, when I took to the store(in Cincinnati)they told me I had to wear it in a way it was not designed and also in a way where it wouldn't function correctly and potentially come open, and I find it highly rude that the manager making the decision never actually even came out from the back to look at the belt
My first ever Louis Vuitton purchase and experience was with Carolyn! Could not have been any better! She was so sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and gave me all the possible color and size options to look at! She didn’t judge me for what my husband and I were wearing, or what we wanted to look at, like I was concerned about. I would 100% return here to shop with her- and I live out of state!! So happy with my gorgeous wallet!

I was here to return a key chain that I purchased from New York. The service was very unprofessional and disappointing. I was not greeted when entering and leaving the store. The employees were just talking to each other and laughing while issuing my return. LV should be a luxury brand where every customer entering the store deserve professional service and respect. However, I didn’t feel the right atmosphere like I was in New York. The employees should definitely be trained more professionally to work for such a big, well-known, luxury brand.
Bought my first kate Spade wallet and bag here. Sales representatives are very friendly. I felt really comfortable and welcome shopping here. ❤️❤️ I would love to come back next time I want some more Kate Spade items!!
Would have been nice to have a local Kate Spade to shop at but after stopping in on a lunch break, I'll be sure to order from their site. I collect the novelty bags and have a wide range of them, making it a goal to obtain obscure, retired bags. I stopped in lookup for summer themed items for a trip to Hawaii. The associate obviously wanted nothing to do with me. When she uttered the words, "you'll have to stop back in soon," while I was speaking to her I knew it was best to put business elsewhere. A company like Kate Spade should have better associates. I could have purchased the lemon novelty bag while there. Oh well. Do better Kate Spade. What a wasted lunch when I was supposed to be buying some things for a trip.
I just wanted to checkout few designs before deciding what to buy. The moment I walked into store I felt followed, pressured and held up by a lady associate. Seems like she was too greedy for promotion for selling an item. She didn’t accepted online promotion and kept on saying we don’t accept it, when online it did say valid in stores. She just hurried up through everything and just kept on asking me to add more stuff so she could get more commission. I think I am good shopping online better than this rude associates
Came in today to pick up a gift for my wife and can’t really say the welcoming or could I help you with anything else was in the tone during my pick up. Normally I would work with a woman name Sandy who is great with a smile when I’m in the store but sadly she wasn’t in. I also never did get the message I wrote for my wife in the box. So idk what the point was for leaving a message and never getting it with the product I bought. I will just stick to online and not the store
My advisor was Curtis at this location. He provided very attentive and informative customer service. The patience was u matched as they pulled several bags for me as well and entertaining my toddler with some fun little bags she could look at and hold to feel some special treatment.
We got refreshments and even recommendations on local sites to see since we were in from out of state. Because we were out of state, after picking my bag I called my bank to alert them and ensure the purchase was not rejected due to suspected fraud, and Curtis patiently waited and attended to any requests. Extreamly pleased with the service provided.

I always get great customer service from Louis Vuitton. I love their products, including their perfumes. I drive quite a ways to shop here. It is a wonderful shopping experience.
Very friendly and considerate nice selection but honestly I find way more products online and more sales the store just has the convenience of getting items right now
The service are so gooooood….. and i get good price too. Just make sure you got no confused by your choice because they are all so adorable and nice…you ask the service there and they will definitely will give you the choice and bring you another size if you won’t fit by the onter one
The staff here yesterday was so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, & helpful at this location. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a coach or a coach outlet store. Cannot wait to come back for another purchase. And thank you all for the bag chain I’m in love. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Great service! Unfortunately I do not have an LV close to me so I rely on a client advisor and order via phone. (I have never been to this physical store.) I have worked with two CA’s at this location and most recently, Carolyn. She’s amazing! She’s super easy to work with and always quick to help. I appreciate the ability to be able to order over the phone! Shipping is always fast, I couldn’t recommend enough.
Sandy was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I would shop here again and ask for her.
Their website says 11- 8:00 pm closing. I traveled to Kenwood Towne Center for a Vera Bradley large duffel bag for our daughter for Christmas. Drive there and at 7:00 the store is closed. Not cool!!

The ladies here are fantastic!! Super friendly, outgoing, very helpful. They helped me find my bag and a matching wallet. They encouraged me to "try it on", they helped with finding a wallet by suggesting I see if it fit with the purse and in the purse. Just amazing all around.
The meanest sales and Manger of this shop she don't want to change my shoes because it's more than 30 days I was out of seas and I have the proof!!! What I can do the shoes I received as gift uts tooooo small for me the receipt it's their she said we can help you if you buy it from this shop oh really !!!so it's not about rules

Store is always inviting. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of inventory in a variety of products. Love that Vera Bradley products can be machine washed and last for years and years.
I went in today to buy a belt bag and both the lady and gentlemen that were working were so kind! I will definitely be back to this store to buy my bags.

This store has great customer service! I bought a purse at an outlet mall almost a year ago, between 6 and 8 months... It started to come apart at a seam and I was looking to get it repaired. They took my purse, gave me a box to put my stuff in and shipped it out right then! A week or so later, i got a brand new purse in the mail! None of this cost me a dime and the purse was on a great sale when I bought it! Their product may cost extra but they stand behind it. This was the first time I've had an issue with anything I bought there and I have a few items. Amazing! Thanks guys!

I recently visited this location to purchase my first handbag from Kate Spade, but unfortunately, upon arriving, the four staff members didn't even seem to be bothered to greet me. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes still determined not to let it bother me, but the staff just seemed too consumed in gossip to help me (the only customer). As a result, I took my business elsewhere.
Awesome store with a great manager! The manager made my exchange painless and easy. Will definitely be coming back!

This store is awesome. I was looking for a gift for my bridemaids and they were extremely helpful. I couldn't find what I wanted in the store, so they ordered it online for me and let me pick it up later. Everything was wrapped when I got it and my bridesmaids loved their gift. The associate at this store that helped me was so happy for me that she even sent me a note to my house to thank me for stopping by and congrats on my wedding. Highly recommend!
