Help !!!! Please answer the phone. I have been urgently trying to call your office for two days ( 10th & 11th Jan. -2024) Your front desk staff is sabotaging your practice. Dr. Barrett, you are a wonderful doctor, competent and caring but your front desk staff is worse that horrible. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails or faxes. The lady at front desk shanelle has a disgusting attitude!!! Would not recommend this clinic to anyone, my mother who is very ill was severely yelled at by her and insulted and called horrible names all because English isn’t my moms first language, really disgusting behaviour.
Great clinic! The place is clean and people are friendly. The receptionist was very professional. The doctor was nice and accommodating. I felt comfortable asking all my questions.
Waiting time is so reasonable if you had appointment. The clinic is clean and staff very friendly. The doctor is very patient and easy to communicate
I chose this clinic because they had great reviews and I have been their patient for almost 5 years. The doctor, nurse and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to other people :)
I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.
I want to Thank the staff and doctor. Beautiful clinic with a wide array of resources. It was quite busy around 3pm, try to book your appointment in advance prior to 3pm. It was about 30 min wait time but some people waited shorter and longer. The doctor actively listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and helped me to continue with my health journey. Thank you again to the whole team.
Very happy with my experience in this clinic. There’s little to no wait time for walk in appointments. Dr. Ng is great, I have seen him for different problems over the past few months and he is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and explains everything perfectly. After all these visits, I’ve been more than happy with all my appointments and experiences in this walk in clinic. The pharmacists here are also very helpful and thorough.
Salomi from the rehab is great!! She is so helpful in booking the appointment, picking the fabric of my compression socks, dealing with the insurance. Thanks to her, I got my socks today! The whole rehab team is friendly and warm.

Not a Walk In Clinic as it claims to be. The receptionist needs to learn customer service skills. Hung up on me when she realized I was not one of their patients. Have some patience lady and listen to what the person has to say/ask.
My family doctor is nice, but making appointment at this clinic is almost impossible. Earliest appointment is usually one month later. What's the point of making an appointment one month later if I'm sick but not sick enough to go to ER? They can easily fix this by only providing appointments within a week but obviously they choose not to. They're basically pushing patients to go to walk-in clinics, but then why do I need a family doctor if i need to go to walk-in every time?

Literally the worst family clinic. I don’t have problem with Dr Yao. But it’s just ridiculous overall service: $200 cost for a MD to fill a form. Took half a month to get immunization record and cost $30. Get insulted by a clerk on the phone for “ missing appointment” after you sent a secure message to cancel your appointment ahead. And they asked you to pay $50 for missing appointment. No thank you.
Tried to book an appointment for my mom, absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour from the front desk worker on the phone. Save your time and go to some place else. There are plenty of other clinics that are way more professional and competent in the area compared to here.
Dr Barrett is an amazing doctor, he has a big heart to help people and his staff are amazing as well. Dr Barrett is a Blessing to me and he has helped me tremendously.🙏🤍
Dr Shakib was very friendly and professional but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I would not ruin the reputation of my clinic with hiring inexperienced and unfriendly receptionists.
I've visited this place a few times, and unfortunately, the staff's rudeness is quite evident. It's baffling how they exhibit so much attitude without any apparent reason. Once, I called to inquire about my test results and was informed that they were ready. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment for the same day. However, upon seeing the doctor, I was told that the results hadn't actually arrived. This resulted in a wasted trip and a lot of inconvenience. Regrettably, this is just one of many unpleasant experiences I've had here. If you're seeking a caring doctor, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
I visited this client for three health issues, and DR Manizheh Hassan Zadeh, saw me. I explained two of my problem for the third one she said one problem is for each person; you already explained two for the 3rd one, and you have to come back later. She was so rude and had an Insulting attitude. I think she is in the wrong place. It’s better to work in other businesses, not the health system.
Dr Barrett has been my family for about 20 years, he the best doctor any could ask for. He takes his time to listen to his patients, he is very empathetic ,God bless you Dr barrett.
Pros: plenty of parking, opens 364 days (except New Year's Day), opens till 8pm (no walk-ins in the area opens past 6pm), Dr Shakib was direct and honest (my test was covered by OHIP, another clinic wanted to charge me $50 claiming it wasn't under OHIP)

I signed up with Dr,. Tan as recommended by my dad at the end of 2019. I gave up on him and switched to another family doctor mid-2023. Through all these years, we’ve never met, he doesn’t know how I look (phone consultation only), never ever put a stethoscope on my chest. This might be acceptable at the beginning of COVID, but in 2023? I already went to other specialists, took my mom to hospital ER, but he still refused to see his patient in person. His clinic is ALWAYS closed and locked. Even if you have an appointment (my mom had one with another physician in that clinic), the receptionist will only open the door at the exact time, you just have to stand outside in the corridor. Talk about the receptionist, she NEVER answer the phone, ALWAYS goes to voice mail. To book an appointment, they have a web-form, but the standard wait time is four (4) weeks! If I can wait for 4 weeks, then I might as well not having a doctor. No wonder the hospital ERs are so packed, because of doctors like him who won’t see his patient and make them wait for 4 weeks. And yes, both my parents have switched to another family doctor now.
Dr. ODUWOLE shows no caring or compassion for his patients, is very rude and dismisses towards patients concerns who need treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

The doctors here are good but you can’t waste your time when you cannot get a hold to talk to anyone there they don’t even call you back and if you are lucky to book an appointment you have to calculate to sit there waiting for about one hour or more. I had had so much pain in my lower stomach that i went to a hospital emergency, After a week i have came to visit my family doctor who is Dr Shakib and he was fully booked so they told me to come and see another doctor in clinic Dr Hassanzadeh, she told me i need a kidney ultrasound and she will fax my requisition to the radiology clinic i’ve done X ray before but she didn’t fax it. Nnow, I’ve been trying to reach them to fax my requisition again so I can book an appointment but no one is answering or calling me back for a week now, I can’t drive or walk because of the pain and I don’t know what else can I do, I might want to just switch to another family doctor in somewhere else
Completely UNRELIABLE. I swear, what am I supposed to do in this country to get basic medical service, become a full time searcher of walk in clinics? This location is a crime. Claims to be walk in but no not today. No not tomorrow. Visit another one. Hours are inconsistent. One day they follow them and one day they are closed early. Make an appointment, they don't answer calls. I have literally been putting off important medical questions because of bureaucracy.
This walk in clinic is very awesome. The doctors are very kind and professional. Although sometimes waiting time could be long, I can make booking with what's app.
I should have trusted the Google reviews. After scheduling a meet and greet with Dr. Ravani and told her I was pregnant, she said she didn’t accept pregnant patients. I don’t know why that would affect anything as I have an OB. Her reasoning was that “she doesn’t handle pregnant people and I don’t need a family doctor when I’m pregnant.” Will be reporting to CPSO.

I saw a lot of comments saying the customer services for the receptionist is really bad which I totally agree. The doctor is good, but the receptionists are really rude. They don’t talk to you in a nice way, and they question you a lot when you have questions instead of finding a solution. Hope the clinic can find some professional receptionist.

Their current booking system has a huge issue, they do not allow you to speak with them but the only option is to leave a message. Then it takes forever for them to response, way exceed what they said "48 hours". I tried to schedule a visit a month ago, I got a virtue visit appointment today, but it is a 2 hour window you need to stay in front of screen, with camera on, until doctor shows up. I don't know what is going on.

NO ONE listens to the phone and it always goes to the voice message. I wanted to visit the doctor regarding my tonsils infection and the clinic told me to book the appontment online which the earliest available date is 3 WEEKS LATER. It is totally unacceptable!!!!!!

NOT a walk-in clinic. Went and the doors were closed. Had to call to be told that I needed an appointment (?!) or else I could have a telecall with a doctor (?!). Why have it listed as a walk-in clinic when you clearly can't just walk in? And who needs a telecall with THIS clinic when you can call 811 or your actual doctor?
I 1000% would NOT recommend Veronica Odu as a family doctor for MANY reasons.

Dr. Ng is the best doctor I have ever seen in Toronto. She is super professional , knows what she is doing. From my family’s experience ,her diagnosis is correct every time. Once my child’s arm got broken, even it was not her working time, her office was still open, she still would love to help to gave him a quick checking, without using any tools/X-ray, she knew which bone was broken and recommended us to Sickkids immediately. We appreciated her professionalism very much. Our whole family got Covid last year and she said high fever would last for 5 days and it was exactly 5 days for everyone in my family. She called after and checked with us with very detailed steps what to do and how to do. We are so impressed by her caring, her personality and professionalism. We are so lucky to have you as our family doctor!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour.
I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.

Its unbelievable that you have to wait for your appointment. The long you wait the long you have to pay more money. Sucks really .and the parking is 3.25 per 20 minutes and the machine does not take debit? And one more thing receptionists are not friendly at all.
I came to this walk-in clinic about nine years ago and Dr. Ng has been my family doctor for over seven years. She and her staff has always been very professional, knowledgable, kind and caring. I couldn't ask for more in a doctor.

Dr. Cindy Ng is the most responsible MD I've been. For years, I have been calling to ask if she can be our family doctor. But she always put her existing patient first to make sure everyone gets adequate care first. unlike other family physician who would take in as many patient as possible to make more money, and with no regards on availability to truly care for their patient. I know for a fact she is very competent and knowledgeable as her diagnose is always spot on and she give a range of treatment options and give you pros and cons of each. So I know I'm getting top notch care even as a walk in clinic patient. She also follows up with me to make sure the treatment is working. Her clinic manages wait time well, and would give you good estimate on when you should come back to visit when you already registered. Dr Ng is very organized and detailed and runs a tight ship. All my kids and my family has been visiting her over the years as walk in patients and she has never let any of us down once. never a rushed diagnose, clear direction to how to treat. and i really wish one day she can be our family physician. but i truly respect her good ethics in not overwhelms her practice, and keep up the high standard of care she gives.
This clinic is just answering walk in clinic for the sake of it because each time you go there they are telling you to go and book appointments weeks after your call/visit why is it called walk in clinic when even after covid they are still not seeing clients unless on appointments??? .Customer service is zero. I broke my finger and was you'd I should come back in a week if I was still in pain, adr wouldn't even send me for an x-ray. Booked a follow-up phone appoinment and the Dr never called. Staff is rude, doesn't listen and doesn't care. Avoid this clinic.
It' not a walk-in clinic, it's a phone-in clinic. When I came there to get help I was told that walk-in patients have to phone the clinic doctor and the doctor will decide whether he or she can help them OVER THE PHONE. Otherwise he will direct them to another facility. Thank you "doctor", I am capable of finding another facility without your medical assistance.
Dr.Barret is great. However, they need to change their booking system or stop booking an appointment. They don't understand what is booking an appointment. Because even though you book an appointment with them doesn't mean you get in on that time. You have to wait an hour or more just like a walk-in person. When I was booking an appointment on the phone, she asked me to be there exactly on time then I left my job half an hour earlier (because they also called me and asked me to come earlier) and got there 10 minutes before the time. The front desk staff was like, "you gonna have to wait more than one hour," which is unbelievable.
They said working 9 am -8pm but i got ther 5 for emergency vs my injured two yrs old son door was closed knoked the lady said we are closed and i saw her my son he was crying she doesn't care if i could give the 0 star is too much for them
Why given an appointment; when it is walk-in. Just go with your mattress and pillow when going to this clinic. you will definitely wait forever. I waited for almost 3 hours. That is so sad. Trying to tell the doctor Odhiambo about the situation, he said there are bunch of clinics. You can make a change if you like. Is this really proper or is it because we live in Jane and Finch area? Hummmmm!!????
Older but clean, well organized building with mostly medical professionals. Lots of paid parkings onsite. Price could be a bit more expensive if parking for short time. 15 minutes grace period for drop-offs, $3.25 per 20 minutes or less, $12 daily maximum, $5 weekend/holiday. Free parking at IKEA or Canadian Tire nearby, but approximately 10-15 minutes walk. Easy access by car, bus or subway.
Pros: Dr Barrett is amazing! His staff is very respectful, patient and understanding. I have been going there for over 10 years and I am truly grateful to have found such an amazing doctor. I am a bit of a hypochondriac and him and his staff have been truly understanding and patient with me. Thanks to everyone who works at this clinic!

BEWARE! I think they are intentionally set up to force people to pay for parking. I dropped my mum off and then when I tried to exit I had only one option : THEOUGH THE PAID PARKING LOT. No other way out. Once you drive in you learn that you cannot drive out the same way - one way sign.. No sign at street entrance to say that there is no exit. How is this legal? I ignored the signs, made a bunch of people back up and drove out the way I came in.
The security in the front definitely needs some help mentally I must say the way he treated my parents today standing in front of there car wow .. I have never seen this before he was very aggressive and rude definitely not fit for this job specially having all elderly people going in and out for doctor visits.

I never leave reviews but this is a special occasion. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic, in fact, Dr. Ng is the most helpful doctor I have ever seen! She listened carefully to every concern I had and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this walk-in!
Went in today for my new patient appointment only to find that they are not an accessable office, as their main entrance has been under repair for 2 years (according to another patient). They told me they don't need to inform new patients about this, yet, when I set up the appoimtment, they thought it pertinent to tell me they do not prescribe narcotics (I called about add treatment, there was no need to even mention narcotics). Durring this call they did not even give me the doctors name or that I would need a health card to do the meet and greet appointment. Before the appointment, they called and left a voicemail which was so jumbled i could not understand what was said. I called back 2 mins later and was asked for the doctor's name, which was not given, and then told they were just calling to see if I was still coming. The reception is completely unprofessional and the building needs a lot of repair. I left without having the appointment and will never go back. They couldnt understand why this would be upsetting to a disabled new patient that was in obvious pain, completely unacceptable.

Everyone at the waiting room is sick and i decided to step out and come back in 45 min to wait. The Dr. people are referring to in their comments is probably doctor Lam, as the once experience my family has had with him was not positive .
Really bad setup for dropping off a patient. Either you have to exit by going the wrong way on the one-way driveway in, or you have to go through a paid parking lot. It gives the impression that they are trying to extort parking fees just for dropping off a patient. Inevitably more than one of us were exiting today by going the wrong way on the one-way driveway in. They need to fix this.
The doctor is extremely rude had me sitting waiting while he socialised for a good 20 mins then he didn't understand why I was upset and irritated he proceeded to slam the door of the room I was waiting in because I had called my mother to ask what was going on in the waiting room. Good medical practitioners at this location. Good amount of parking. Parking is paid, but if you purchase something at the pharmacy, you can get a discount. Also, there is no charge for less than 15 minutes.
I came to get my allergy shot here and the receptionist was so polite and helpful. The doctor was very thorough, especially as it was my first visit, making sure to inform herself of my medical history and taking my blood pressure, temperature, and listening to my heart/lungs before administering the shot. Although I had to wait over an hour to be seen, she seems to be thorough, which I can’t necessarily complain about. The only off putting thing was that she kept questioning me as to why I came to her, such as insisting I didn’t live close enough to the clinic. It didn’t seem very “walk ins welcome”.
Dr. Sean Carr is very welcoming, I don’t have any complaints so far, overall it was a good experience. He was fine with me nervousness around doctors and he wasn’t prejudiced by that or my ADHD at all that I could tell. He’s easy to talk to and seems quite calm and patient. I’m not done everything I need to do there but I’m optimistic that I will have great medical care as the medical care I have already received has been good.
👎Car park warning 👎. Lots of variety and specialized medical Dr's but their car park is expensive. Even if you just dropping the patience there, you have to go through the mandatory car park exit, where you are forced to pay a fee. This doesn't make any sense.
I thought the doc was overal nice and experienced. The wait times are very long but it is becoming a reality everywhere you go now.
If you don't have an appointment, save your self some time. Go some place else. You will find yourself waiting long time (1.5h for me). The doctor asked 3 questions, didn't even care to make eye contact. Now/i have to go see my family physician for a better advise. A complete waste of time and efforts.
