Jane Medical Clinic

Tried to book an appointment for my mom, absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour from the front desk worker on the phone. Save your time and go to some place else. There are plenty of other clinics that are way more professional and competent in the area compared to here.

Dr. ODUWOLE shows no caring or compassion for his patients, is very rude and dismisses towards patients concerns who need treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
The secretary is also no pleasant to deal with either .

Very unprofessional front desk staff.
I went in today and all 3 front desk staff was on the computer. So stood by the window to be acknowledged. I was there 10mins all it's as if I was invisible they laughed a d talked and completely ignored my presents. So I ask one if they are closed and one of the staff response was no walk in doctor today. So I didn't ask I would be standing there until closing. Unbelievable

I 1000% would NOT recommend Veronica Odu as a family doctor for MANY reasons.
1. You have to book an appointment for EVERY SIMPLE THING that other doctors would accommodate you over the phone with…$$$$
2. Messed up my daughters vaccines dates. Received it at wrong timing
3. Not the friendliest
4. Had to switch her because I complained about bloating every night for over a year and im now diagnosis with colon cancer. So if she did her job correctly, the Polyps i had wouldn’t have turned into cancer. First thing my new doctor did when I complained was scheduled me for a colonoscopy, WHICH SHE DID NOT DO. She basically dismissed it and Jeopardize my health/life.
Always get a second opinion!!!!
She needs more experience!!!!!

I broke my finger and was you'd I should come back in a week if I was still in pain, adr wouldn't even send me for an x-ray. Booked a follow-up phone appoinment and the Dr never called. Staff is rude, doesn't listen and doesn't care. Avoid this clinic.

They said working 9 am -8pm but i got ther 5 for emergency vs my injured two yrs old son door was closed knoked the lady said we are closed and i saw her my son he was crying she doesn't care if i could give the 0 star is too much for them

Why given an appointment; when it is walk-in. Just go with your mattress and pillow when going to this clinic. you will definitely wait forever. I waited for almost 3 hours. That is so sad. Trying to tell the doctor Odhiambo about the situation, he said there are bunch of clinics. You can make a change if you like. Is this really proper or is it because we live in Jane and Finch area? Hummmmm!!????
