This medical center was my favorite because of easy access and very fast service until today, was waiting for more than one and a half hour and the female radiologist (from 10:00am to 11:00) is extremely rude as if shes having some personal problems she brought to her work place. Such attitude is not acceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with the service. The token system is not being followed, and some individuals are receiving unfair priority. Waiting for one and a half hours is unacceptable.
Top Service from the Al Garhoud Medical Fitness Center. Arranging an appointment would have been totally easy online or during non-busy times e.g. early in morning was also totally easy to just go there and take a ticket to be called next in line. Minimal waiting times. Staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Steps were clearly explained. The place is clean and professional. One staff member, Mohammed Nidal, was particularly helpful when some additional questions came up. Results are fast, usually within 24 hours and you can even pay extra to get them faster. Very happy with the service, thank you.
So easy to find their place and the que is really organized. Staff were good from the security guard to assist you and to the reception as well and you cannot wait longer time because they are quickly moving to attend all their clients. Today I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. G.V Ravi , MDS for the removal of my wisdom teeth, I am beyond impressed with the entire experience as he demonstrated the exceptional skill and expertise from start to finish. According to me Ali medical center is our family clinic. For diagnosis and medicine they are super efficient. Now they have specialized doctors for almost all medicines except children. For adults Ali medical center is one the best.
Really poor service. Me and my team' s appointment was at 7 am on a working day. We reached at 6:15 am to avoid queues and to start our duties as early as possible. The service only started at around 8 am with no communication on what the delay is and when the process will start. It seems the staff came late leading to the delays.The people were called for the tests in a random order and the token screen was not working, leading to confusion. It was really surprising that people were called randomly with no efforts taken to understand who came first.
The tests are not cheap and the people are there for the tests on their duty times. Clearly the staff do not respect this. The only good side is that the area is neat and tidy.

Dr. Ravi has been my savior since the first time I met him after another doctor suggested him to me for my surgical removal of wisdom tooths. 8 years later, I again came back to him for surgical removal of my next set of wisdom tooth. I had not doubt in which doctor to go for. He is an artist in this. He is the best!

I am really thankful I came across Northwest Clinic in google when I searched for Endocrinologist specialty for my thyroid consult and treatment plan with Dr. Zia Ul Hasan. I had been switching from clinic to clinic before coming here without any clarity as to what is going in with my condition. Dr. Zia has explained to me patiently and in details and for the first time I got the clarity that I needed. Also, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic 💯.

Been to Ali medical center , Deira for my wisdom tooth extraction surgically. Dr Ravi did it like a walk in the park. Procedure was carried out in super quick time without any pain. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. Dr Ravi is vastly experienced and highly recommended!!

The best medical experience in dubai, currently a patient of Dr. Zia for my diabeties and i feel great, and recently did my phisiotheraphy with Dra. Hiba for my back pain, she gave a very good theraphy, she explained everything to me very well and how to treat it, my backpain from 8 became like 2 to 3 out 10, it was a wonderful experience and very informative. Highly recommended.

I loved every minute of my experience here. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I did the red carpet facial and my skin post facial, looks so good. It looks clean, my pores are less visible, I can see a glow as well which I absolutely love. I cannot wait for my next appointment!
Got a hydrafacial done at AAC and it went great. The professional who had done my facial has been working there over 10 years and she was great. She asked if I had done any treatment to my face prior to starting to ensure that there will be no reaction. It turned out that I had used a serum that was not suitable so instead of continuing with the facial she advised me to come back in 10 days and I did and I am more than happy with the results. Love the professionalism and the glow effect was instant. Definitely coming back.

I had red carpet facial treatments. It was my first time and I’m just loving it a lot. They have very good equipment and my face is super clean, soft and flawless. All the blackheads are out. Really high recommended

Worst ever experienced with the dentist here. I never faced any arrogant dentist before. She thinks she is the only dentist in the world even without proper instruments. She insults the patiens for sake of the appointment. She doesn't have time management. She doesn't know how to behave with patients. She only knows how to earn money from patients. Guys this was my experience with the lady dentist @ Sekher Medical Clinic.

Yesterday I was here to take my medical for visa . It was easy process . I just finished everything on 30 minutes. Even staffs are friendly. The place is neat and clean & organized very well ! One more thing is it’s closed to gugico metro station
Excellent service and very good,polite and experienced doctors from my experience over the past years. The dental department is absolutely amazing. Affordable prices compared to other clinics and hospitals neaby. Highly recommended for general and chronic health concerns. Nursing staff are very helpful too. My insurance was covered, and almost all major insurance cards are accepted in Ali Medical Center. Timings are from 9 am. every day, including Sunday. Packages start from just 200 and 250 and for comprehensive checkups, which is a good option considering others charge 500 to 1000 and for the same tests.

I visited MidEast Polyclinic in al rigga branch and that Filipina receptionist proceeded my Consultation even i told her to cancel it because they doesn't have GYN. I visited in Nmc clinic i can't proceed my Consultation because she didn't cancel which made me suffer. I have to go back to her to inform her to cancel it in the system and i have to go back again in NMC as customer service insurance advice. I can understand might be she forgot because of more patients but that time we are just 2.

I visited the clinic this morning (past 8) unfortunately no GP available and will only be there during evening time. I was advise to call them prior to coming back which i did and they responded that GP is already in there. Unfortunately, upon reaching the reception i was advise that they are having system problem and that the GP cannot entertain patients. I was then informed to schedule tomorrow. YOU CANNOT ASK PATIENTS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR CHECK UP SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE SICK!!!!!!!!! PLUS YOU COULDVE CALLED ME ON THE NUMBER IL LEFT THE MOMENT YOU HAVE HAD ENCOUNTERED PROBLEM WITH YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!!

I think Philippine medical Centre keep someone good on the reception two days ago I just visit to the Philippine Medical Centre with my wife and she is so rude with my wife and she is telling to my wife are you sure you are married. show us the proof is that the way that she need to talk with their patient. the second thing there is no gynecologist and then they want us to meet with the general physician

Bad Experience! I really don't recommend it at all. The doctor gave me some medicines but it didn't work. Seems they need more practice to be a professional. They checked me up for only 5 minutes and they will just base on what are you saying. Lack of knowledge. The doctor told me I have anemia and suggested me to drink Vitamin B but after a month when I went to my home country and got checked there's no sign of Anemia.
The place is bad what's worst are the staff they have the ruddest attitude EVER including that female GP they think of themselves as if they are the owner of the place especially the front desk staff except for the male guy they treat people as if uneducated. WORST CLINIC EVER FROM HYGIENE TO THE STAFF 0/10...
Worst service, first time we came because its emergency my friend slept in bathroom, nobody assist. In reception they dont know how to assist the patient what if she alone she cannot write because her right arm injured. PAY FIRST BEFORE CONSULTATION. They telling us to wait but if im not asking nobody assist that you should go there or here. Sorry to tell but for my experience that i saw better to go other clinic. Were unlucky because its ramadan if not i will not bring my friend to this medical center. Worst thing they not inform that their laboratory is in another place.
