Dr Satish is a very well experienced senior ophthalmologist who you can trust without blinking an eyelid. He is so perfect and gentle that you don't realize he has completed the procedure without causing you any pain

The pediatric doctors are good, but the clinic's operations management is not great. My child was unwell, so I tried to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I couldn't secure one over the phone, I decided to go as a walk-in. I was the first to arrive, but once the doctor came in, patients with appointments started showing up (though I wasn't sure of their exact appointment times), and they kept coming. As a gesture of consideration for sick children, the clinic should ideally allow walk-in patients to see the doctor after every two appointment patients. Despite our repeated requests, we had to wait until all appointment patients were seen. We've been regular visitors here at JTS medical centre (Jumeirah) and have experienced this situation several times. Thank you.
Had physiotherapy with Fariya Naaz. She is superb, very patient and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and ensured I was comfortable throughout the sessions.
I visit Dr.Sathish, consultant ophthalmologist. He’s a brilliant doctor, explains thoroughly the condition with simple words. I like his minimalist & updated management. The team is great too. Thanks Dr.Sathish.

Dr. Mathew Alapat deals with his patients very politely and gives the right kind of advice. Prescribes medications and tests only when absolutely required. Have been his patient for more than three years and am happy with his medical guidance. He promptly responds to queries even outside of working hours.
