Excellent service . Dr CH moideen and Dr Ashal George are top quality doctors. Once you meet them no medicine required. You are Al ready cured . Ms Sneha also very professional and helpful. Some of the nurse also very friendly. Well recommended clinic in Dubai .

In this clinic if we took appointment, then also we have to wait a long time to see the doctor. I had an appointment at 5.40pm and I met the Dr at 6.30. That also after calling the manager only I got my chance to meet the Dr. If they cannot have a proper timing schedule for the booking patients then what is the use of taking an appointment.? Their Rashidiya branch is much better in following the booking timings perfectly. Only Qusais branch have these issue. I had the same issue repeatedly from this branch that's why I am posting a review.

My mother was very sick and took her to see Dr. Moido.
I must say the firstly Ms. Sneha handled everything very professionally as well as with care and dedication to make sure she is at comfort and Dr. Moido patiently did the check and asked for all the details; in fact, he went himself to check on the test reports and made sure that my mother was at ease. I am very thankful for such care and much appreciate the dedication of the complete staff, Thank you - Faisal.

I had an excellent experience at Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic, particularly with Dr. Ashal George, a compassionate and attentive General Practitioner. Dr. Ashal caring approach and thorough understanding of my health concerns made my visit truly positive. The clinic's overall atmosphere and efficiency further added to the positive experience. Very unprofessional and rude experience to meet a doctor who refused to see or.even check my husband because he has a very basic insurance card? Is it really the job of the doctor to refuse to tell directly telling my husband that he cannot do anything to him since he has this kind of insurance and showing that he only accept patients who has a very good insurance coverage? I hope even patients with or without insurance as long as patients are willing to pay them should be treated equally and not being turned down or judged right away.
Having decency atleast to your patients.
It was a very wrong decision to visit this clinic and doctor. Will surely never come back again.I hope you will do something regarding how your Doctor treat or act in front of their patients. BE PROFESSIONAL and have the ETIQUETTE towards your patients and to everyone.
