Went for medical test on 30th Sept around 9pm, I told the nurse to prick slowly but she was tooooo busy in her chit chat with the other nurse that she ignored me and pricked the needle so badly that I almost screamed, have given blood samples many times, sometimes 3 times in a day but never felt this much pain, you usually see only a spot of blood and I was surprised to see the blood on bandage, had pain in whole arm the next day and the area needle was pricked was swollen, today was 4th day and the last pic shows the situation of my arm. Why would you treat us like that…!! I wish I would have seen the name of that nurse definitely I would have mentioned here

No words to express my happiness because of the service I got from the Alnoor Polyclinic Al Barsha . From the beginning till the end of the the service it’s perfect 🤩. I recently visited the clinic for teeth cleaning over the weekend and although I was initially hesitant due to my usual nervousness and low pain tolerance, the experience turned out to be very positive. The receptionist was welcoming, and I was assisted promptly for my appointment. Connie, the hygienist, did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and gaining my trust. I went here because I had a huge scar on my knee for falling from a scooter and the scar is not improving for a year of putting whitening cream. I decided to seek a professional dermatologist. I saw Dermacare thru Facebook and have been in the dermatology industry for how many years already that's why I decided to trust them. Dr. Afroza was the one who is attending to me. She is really nice, pretty, and very attentive. She prescribed I do Mesotherapy for my deep scar for 6 sessions. It's only been the 2nd session and there is already a huge improvement on the texture and the scar is already lightening. I am planning to finish the 6 sessions prescribed and can't wait for the scar to be completely lightened. I highly recommend Dermacare. Dr. Afroza knows what she is doing and you can trust her professionalism.

Honestly, the customer service employee (I forgot his name but he’s on counter 40) on the 1st floor is the one who is so helpful! I asked too many questions & he gladly answered everytime & very clearly. The team on the ground floor needs to make some improvements coz they have a lot of employees there compared to the 1st floor but still not very helpful. On the 1st floor they are short of staff & yet everything went smoothly. Thank you very much to the guy in counter 40 & to nurse jen! 🙏🏻

Have been coming to Al Diyafa clinic for years & Dr Atul Kumar is our go to preferred family doctor for many years and his diagnosis is always on point not only for me but for my entire family
I had a terrible experience when I went here for my visa medical (27/07/2024).This is how they conduct blood test. I suffered at the hands of unexperienced staff (i saw in her name in name plate Banu) who tried taking my blood sample. Day by day my hand is getting more pain and discoloration.

I had my appointment last month for the Ultraformer and while having the session the machine broke down so I was informed that maybe the next day I can come to finish the session after fixing the machine, I was totally fine with that convincing myself that yes this might happen but here I am after 1 month knowing that a well maintained machine will not broke down like that with half treatment done on my face and no feedback from the center and the worst thing that even after half treatment they did not share the aftercare instructions until I asked for it.

Today , I have gone for my blood collection for visa renewal, It was too crowded. And they made me wait in the female area, and that was embarrassing for me. And also blood was collected by female staff. Which was wired for me. Because there are other male staffs and male area then why they are making female staffs to collect men's blood samples?. They should really Separate the two areas. by the way all staffs were polite and professional and place was good and neet

Worst experience ever. I can't gave 0 star. I had visited this clinic yesterday because I had a shoulder pain . Once I arrived to the reception I asked the guy ( indian nationality) I need to meet the orthopedic doctor. He requested my emirates ID and suggested me to wait which was fine for me . After a 30 min waiting a girl from reception ( Philippines nationality) called me just to say that sir you have to wait because the system that you insurance company is working very slow. I said it's ok I will be sitting and waiting. After 2 hours waiting there I decided to ask the girl in reception that what going on because I'm 2 hours waiting ( even that was 1:45 pm and usually it's break time and look like the system it's slowly during this time ) I said I understand that I have to wait but I have 2 hours waiting and my shoulder was painful. The girl in reception ( Philippines nationality) explained to me something that I never heard in my life . She said exactly

I have been a patient of Nurse Jhoy for the past 2 years and been enjoying her treatments for me. Her customer service skills especially her knowledge in explaining the treatment process, benefits and side effects are exceptional. That is why there is no doubt that most of the laser patients in Dermacare wanted to book with her. Recently, I did laser hair removal with her for my chest and back areas and I already saw almost 40% hair reduction after doing 1 session which really exceeded my expectation. I have done already almost 6 sessions from other clinic but with no effect. I highly recommend her for this treatment as she has amazing professional knowledge and skills as well as dedication and passion to her job.

Dr Radhika- Gynaec is totally there to make only money not at all worried about patients health. She made me do unnecessary test while she knew that I didn’t have insurance. The USG center said she gets 35% of each patient she refers and in my case it was not even required. After USG she also referred me for a surgery in Aster Hospital which in my second doctors opinion is not even a option as it is totally not required.
A suggestion to all if you’re worried about your health go to a good gynaec and not this doctor who is not worried about patients health but interested in quick money making.

Very disappointing. Very long waiting hours for no results. They don't respect the customers timing. You need to wait for 2 hours each time. My experiance also with their services in the past are not satisfying. I do not recommend
Very unprofessional team and management I had an interview where they confirmed my hiring after I resigned from my job they told me they canceled it !! Can u imagine it no reasons or excuses given after I resigned my job and already they know it !!! Just be careful of them

This the worst clinic I ever heared ..they gave appointment to my wife at 8pm and she waited till 11pm without any access to the specialist and I forced to wait at the street 3 hours for this ' end of the day she left the clinic without any progress as they are trying to make only money without providing any professional service .

Best medical Center in and around naif. Friendly staffs and expert medical professionals . Almost all of the insurances including low premium valid here. Its so convenient that Clinic open from 7 AM to 11 PM. Both male and female indian general practitioners available here and they have excellent communication abilities and knowledge. Gynaecologist is one of best in Dubai. Almost all dental procedures are doing here in comparative affordable prices with more than 25 yrs of experiences in dubai. Highly recommended ..

I would like to share few thoughts about Al Diyafa clinic ,ive being visiting them to( Dr Kumar) for the last 20 years and trust them and their treatment, Ive never felt the need to go else where, Dr Kumar's expertise and judgment are exceptional i can guarantee you will be in safe hands .
with the new premises they have the lab in there as well so no need to go elsewhere for test... all in one roof .

It's not very often that a clinic or any clinic rectifies their mistakes so quickly. After a not so great last experience that we had the team took quick action to remedy the situation. In fact this time when my wife visited the clinic everything went absolutely smoothly and for that I must appreciate the efforts of all the staff at the clinic.

Dr KUMAR has been our family doctor for over 30 years. Have referred friends and family to his practice. He is brilliant with his diagnosis and treatment and unlike many does not waste time doing unnecessary tests. In an emergency he makes himself available immediately.
