I love Mama Trattoria. It is my favorite restaurant in Hamburg.
Doch, die Crown Pizza Speciale habe ich hier schon oft gekauft.
Ich hole sie direkt im Laden ab, dadurch ist sie auch etwas günstiger.
Die Pizza hat einen einzigartigen Geruch,ich kenne das Gewürz leider nicht.

Wir waren das erste mal in dem Restaurant. Wir sind sehr nett begrüßt worden und der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat uns positiv überrascht. Es war einfach aber sehr schmackhaft.
Jetzt aber zum Negativen. Um auf die Toilette zu gehen musste man in den Keller steigen. Der Treppenaufgang war schon sehr schmutzig. Die Toiletten waren kaputt und verdreckt. So etwas habe ich in einem Restaurant noch nie gesehen.
Aufgrund der Tatsache würde ich dort nicht mehr Essen gehen.

I celebrated my birthday in Il Cammino with around 30 friends. The staff was very helpful and collaborative even though I had many changes in the participation list. We had a long table in the back side of the restaurant which gave us some privacy. The food was also great which made it a perfect birthday party location/restaurant🥳
Nie wieder in meinem Leben sowas geht garnicht letzens mal schon bestellt gehabt 2 std gewartet + heute nochmal bestellt für 2 Pizzen wieder eine std der Fahrer kann nix dafür sollen sie mehr Leute einstellen sowas geht garnicht das war das letze mal habe die Pizza dann noch angenommen plus den 20 Euro gegeben der arme zahlt es jetzt aus seiner Tasche aber werfe die Pizza jetzt sowieso weg
Das Restaurant hat wieder geöffnet und bietet italienische Küche mit riesigen Portionen, sehr freundlichem Service und sehr gutem Geschmack an. Preise sind fair, aber es wird bar gezahlt! Immer eine gute Adresse im Viertel, wir waren noch nie enttäuscht - ganz im Gegenteil!
Unfreundliches Personal, schmutziges Restaurant, überhaupt nicht gut. Wir waren dort, war auf die Toilette und wow… so Schmutzig. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und hat aggressiv gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken möchten. Nachdem wir die Pizza bestellt hatten - die für mich falsch ankam. Nach der Pizza bestellten wir ein Tiramisu, das nach allem schmeckte, was im Kühlschrank war (weiß du, wenn jemand vergisst, irgendwas offen im Kühlschrank? Ja, genau diesen Geschmack!). Ich hatte einen Löffel probiert und gesagt, dass ich es nicht essen werde, und erklärt, warum. Am Ende kam die Rechnung, und raten Sie mal? Das Tiramisu war darauf. Ich habe erklärt, warum ich nicht zustimme, zu bezahlen, und der Kellner sagte: 'Warum? Aber du hast doch gegessen!' EIN TEELÖFFEL? Die Rechnung betrug insgesamt 51,50€. Ich gab 50€. Er sagte: 'Okay, ich übernehme die 1,50€'.

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant time at this restaurant. We waited quite long (40min during lunch break) and the food we were served was just.. bad. Plain and simple. Dry salads, uncooked pasta, small bowls without dressing and my white pizza was drowned in a sea of honey. Do not recommend especially during lunch time.
Leider kann ich das Restaurant nicht gut bewerten, wir waren abends dort und haben Fisch bestellt, allerdings war ein Stück Fisch nicht in Ordnung, es roch unangenehm, der Kellner gab uns Recht und nahm den Teller mit, wollte Ersatz (Scampi)bringen, der aber nicht mehr serviert wurde, da angeblich der Koch ohne Bon nichts Neues kochen wollte :-0 , also bekam mein Mann kein Essen!! Aber es gab 2 Gläser Wein:( und mein Mann verließ hungrig das Lokal. Unglaublich !!! Und schade, vor Jahren waren wir sehr oft und gerne dort , nun nie wieder!

We were dining here with 7 people, and one of the people we were with didn't get his food until we asked again, and when it arrived the food was lukewarm at best. The service took extremely long to take our orders, and the wait for the food was really long as well. When it finally arrived, the taste was not worth the price you paid, since the pasta was 14 euros, whilst the portion was small, and the taste and look were sub-par as well. All in all, the only positive thing about this restaurant was its location, since you have a nice view of the old harbor

Good things are hard to find here. One of the worst italian food I ever experienced. One meal for 18,50€ and very low quality.

Carbonara was terrible, really. Pizza margherita was alright. Pizza diabola was partially raw (undercooked). A fish soup was ok. A really random xperience.

They try to be something they are not. The interior and lighting in the restaurant is more like a fast food McDonalds and all the waiters are in a hurry all the time. Especially the light is not cozy at all. The Calzone con Pollo was 50% bread and in the middle all the ingredients were stuffed in it wa also very tast less and mostly spicy. Tortelli al tartufo was good. Diavalo pizza was good and Penne all’arrabbita was a bit dull and also mostly spicy with no finesse. So over all not something I would recommend at the moment.
Man sitzt dort einfach sehr schön und lässig draußen. Die Pizza ist super und der Service schnell und freundlich. Einzig die Getränkeauswahl - vor allem alkoholfrei - könnte noch etwas größer und individueller sein.
Also das ist die größte Carpaccio Sünde die mir jemals in meinem Leben angetan wurde! Unfassbar für ein italienisches Restaurant. Wenn ich keine Ahnung vom Brücken bauen habe, dann baue ich auch keine Brücke. Und wenn man nicht kochen kann, dann sollte man auch nicht im Restaurant arbeiten. Barzahlung möglich? Ja. Und dann beim Bezahlvorgang: Sorry, nur Barzahlung möglich. ❌❌❌

Wir waren gestern abend durch zufall dort. Haben einen Regenschauer abgewartet. Super Essen, Super freundlicher Service, Selten so erlebt. Trotz das der Laden rappel voll war alle super drauf. Vom Chef über das gesamte Servicepersonal bis zu den beiden Pizzabäckern. Es war ein geiler Abend bei euch.
Pizza wie ich sie liebe: Hauchdünner Teig, perfekt belegt. Immer wieder ein Gaumenschmaus. Für mich eine der besten Pizzerias in Hamburg.
Nur ist die Pizzeria recht klein. Als Gruppe würde ich immer vorab reservieren, alleine oder zu zweit kann man es aber auch mal so probieren.

They staff as few people as possible to support the order like fast food but they give you a buzzer and you come get it when ready. When busy the noise in the place will drive you mad. If you want a serve yourself, in a grocery store and pay top dollar place then this is your place. At some point one would think you would need to focus in if you are a restaurant, ice cream shop, grocery store, or pizza place.

Running into this place without a reservation or anything.
Getting a nice table and awesome food is one thing. But on a hot day getting some new ice for the drinks, without even asking, that's some next level stuff. Food was awesome, had some extra wishes, but nothing's getting wrong or too complicated.

I had a nice time at this Italian restaurant. Ambience is good, the food was tasty and the attendants were professional and waiting time was not so long, considering the number of people who were there waiting for food. The pricing was also a bit fair. I would recommend for anyone who loves an Italian meal.👍🏾
The food was incredibly delicious, the waiters speak English and Spanish (and of course german), the day was very warm and sunny so we had the opportunity to seat outside and enjoy the view. Very affordable prices.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen absolut perfekt. Pizza und Pasta wirklich phantastisch. Große Portionen, wir haben es leider nicht geschafft. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!
Small restaurant that try hard to represent Italian cuisine. It can't reach the quality of restaurants in Italy, but it could be hard with available ingredients in the middle of Hamburg. However, food is very good and even better are service and ambient.

Äußerst freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt sau wohl. Man bekommt direkt ein kleines Aperitif aus Oliven und Pesto Rosso mit leckerem Brot. Das Essen war auch sehr gut (hatten Bolognese und gorgonzola) und günstig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall(Portionen ausreichend, wirkt auf dem Bild kleiner als in Echt).
Die Bestuhlung mit den Tischen ist alles gefühlt sehr traditionell italienisch.

Nachmittags spontan Hunger gehabt und zufällig vorbei gelaufen. Das Carpaccio war innerhalb von gefühlt 2 Minuten da, und für den Teller + ein stilles Wasser + ein Espresso nur 15 Euro bezahlt.
Baguette, Oliven und ein rotes Pesto kamen als Gruß aus der Küche auch noch dazu. Preis / Leistung unschlagbar, lecker - was will man mehr? 👍

Direkt gegenüber von der Roten Flora befindet sich dieser sehr schmackhafte Italiener. Wir waren vor 5 Jahren bereits schon Mal da und haben uns dafür entschieden wieder hierher zu gehen. Pizza wirklich sehr sehr lecker, auf Extrawünsche (Beilagen ab- und draufbestellen) wird hier 1A eingegangen. Die Kellner wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben sogar einen Schnaps aufs Haus bekommen zum Abschied! Abends allerdings draußen auch unter der Woche sehr voll und nur Barzahlung möglich. Toilette könnte noch Mal saniert werden, ist aber noch benutzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder bei unseren nächsten Hamburg besuch.
Super-unfriendly service-personal, would not take my pizza order 14 minutes before opening time at the lunch bar which is 11.30…!?? Cannot recommend and will not go there again even though the pizza is good and the pizza-bakers are usually nice people.

Great place with great view. Food is decent, service is good, portions are massive, plenty of beer choices, boat stop is right by the corner.
Bier geht man für Pizza hin, dir wirklich hervorragend ist. Sollte die Eppendorfer Variationen auf der Karte nicht gefallen, kann man natürlich auch einfach die klassischen Varianten bestellen. Reservierung auf jeden Fall empfohlen. Um die Nachmittagszeit kann es auch ohne funktionieren
The place looks great, service was relatively fast and the toilets were clean and well stocked. The restaurant is pet-friendly, so we were able to sit inside with our dog and that was awesome. The pasta was OK, not the best one I've tried but with a bit of extra salt it got better.
Awesome, casual Italian place with quality that far exceeds their prices. There are options for pizza, pasta, salad, fish, gelato, coffee. You order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready, so it's a very casual atmosphere. There are plenty of toppings available to suit your preferences–fresh parm, olive oil, balsamic, pumpkin seed oil, freshly cracked pepper, oregano, etc. My husband and I are only in Hamburg for a few days, and we've been here twice so far. Love it!

Food was okay, but just okay! I ordered the grilled salmon whit an salad and the panna Cotta as dessert. The fish was okay but not really good, a little dry but okay, also the salat was just okay nothing fancy or special. The dessert was great . I’m definitely not coming back here. The service was fine
We had a very large group and the waiter became very frustrated with us as we do not speak German, but other staff were very good. Food was good and nice restaurant. I would still go again in the hope that particular staff member has a better day
Ausgefallene Pizzasorten (Foto: Pizza mit frischem Tunfisch) allerdings ist der Pizzateig sehr dünn aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Auch die Salate sind super. Wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren am Sonntagabend dort. Der Kellner vor Ort war leider sehr unfreundlich. Jedoch das Essen super lecker! Wir hatten Bruschetta als Vorspeise und Pizza als Hauptspeise! Beides sehr zu empfehlen! Wäre der Service besser gewesen, dann hätte ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben!

Very delicious food and and super relaxing atmosphere within the restaurant! We visited this place with kids after the museum ! So, definitely worth trying !

Having to look for gluten free food options, we were pleased to find this place. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. After very average starters we had to wait for a very long time for our pizzas. When they finally arrived (after we had asked for them....), all four pizzas were undercooked and tasted like cardboard. The toppings were also sparingly spread. Worst, however, was the gluten free pizza. Also undercooked, it looked and tasted anaemic. Maybe it was a one off, but we won't go there again.
Hier herscht im Laden ein Aufmerksamkeits Defizit. Wollte im Laden essen und habe dies auch so gesagt. Doch der Crouqe wurde verpackt übergeben. Dann bekam ich einen verkrümelten Teller dazu. Anschließend wollte ich eine Pizza zum Dessert, ebenfalls vor Ort essen. Und wurde Minuten später gefragt ob Ich diese hier essen wolle.. Die Produkte selber waren heiß und einwandfrei.
It's been the best restaurant that we've ever eaten in Hamburg! My husband took me there for my birthday celebration dinner the first time. Since then basically we've got addicted to this place. Everything is so delicious. %10000 recommend!
Really good Pizza and nice Service. The prices are okay and there are even nice special offers, so you dont have to pay that much. I really liked that they give you a pizza cutter and let you cut the pizza with it yourself. The pizza comes on a wooden plate, so you wont break anything. Another thing i found really nice, is the menu, that not only comes in paper form, but you can look it up online using a qr-code or via NFC-tag.
Super Pizza, total lecker und frisch zubereitet, sonst esse ich den Rand einer Pizza nur sehr selten, aber dieser war so knusprig und fluffig zur selben Zeit, dass ich ihn essen musste.

After having paid for my meal and given generous tip I was sitting and waiting for my cellphone to charge. From out of nowhere this weird waiter appears and removes my charger from the socket. I tell him my phone is not fully charged and ask if he can't wait another 5 mins. Instead of apologizing he replies in a rude tone: No! What a joke of a place. My Hamburg trip had been fine up until then. Whatever you do in Hamburg, don't go to Pasta Pasta!!
The food was good, but we has to wait for a while with two young children, who was very hungry, until the food arrived. The portion of spaghetti bolognese was too small for our 6 year old son, so he had to eat some of his little sisters portion.

We ordered a pizza, a main salad, one soft drink, 1/2 white house wine, one Sicilian Cassata, one limoncello, one cappuccino: all excellent! They got us for ever so highly recommended as 5*! Thanks again for the great customer service!

La Pergola is one of my favorite restaurants in Hamburg. Especially their fish, pizza and pasta are delicious. Whenever my family visits me in Hamburg we always go to the La Pergola together because they have a very nice and calm atmosphere. It's perfect for a family dinner.
Sometimes I visit La Pergola after university: eat my dinner there and review my study notes.
The waiters are all very friendly and the prices are very good.
I'm glad to know such a delicious Italian restaurant in Eimsbüttel.
Whoever visits Hamburg should definitely go to La pergola, too.

This is a less-than-mediocre Italian restaurant. Portions are small and food simply isn't tasty. The pasta sauces are dominated by cream and not much else. We ordered bottled water and suspected that we actually received tap water.
I like the overall vibe of this little restaurant. The food on the other hand could use quite a bit of improvement. First of all, the complimentary bread, that was brought out without olive oil/vinegar or small bread plates, was awful. It was impossible to chew, tasted like stale bread from last week. The side salads for the dishes had a ton of raw onions. My minestrone soup was completely under seasoned, tasted really bland. And finally, my main salmon dish: tough, completely over cooked fish, a little sweet yet somehow bitter sauce, and 3 dry, old tasting and overcooked potato wedges on the side. Presentation leaves a lot to be desired as well. Of course I realize that I didn’t order pizza or pasta, which they could’ve cooked better. However, when you put a dish on the dinner menu priced north of 20€, you should really be prepared to actually make that dish well, or at least care to not over cook it and present it well.
Very tasty pizza and spaghetti. The sauces weren't salty at all and both were made from scratch in house. Will recommend to others that may travel to Hamburg.
Habe heute erste mal für zwei Personen über die eigene App bestellt, 10% Rabatt wegen Selbstabholung bekommen (wohnen nicht weit von der Pizzeria) und selbst abgeholt. Pizzen waren lecker. Dazu gab's Pizzabrötchen. Kann nichts bemängeln, auch hier lecker. Waren etwas später dort, trotzdem war es noch schön warm. Gerne wieder.👍😋 Günstig und gut. Freundliches Personal 👍
I had orecchiette with homemade sausage and mushrooms. Quite a large serving. My friend had grilled calamari, ok but not to die for. There were 8 of us and service was not slow, actually well paced.

J'ai commandé des lasagnes au saumon => on m'a donné un portion enfant, et encore... La qualité et le gout étaient franchement moyen. Il y a mieux comme service.

Tasteless gluten free pizza and pasta especially for the added price you have to pay. Very bad customer service and they took forever and we had to ask for the menu and to get our order served. Even the child food was boring and tasteless. I really hope you improve.
War am 11.08.21 da und hatte einen Salat bestellt, ohne Witz, der Chef hat sich beim Telefonieren das Maurerdecolte gekratzt und anschließend ohne Hände waschen den Pizzateig geknetet, wahrscheinlich hat er das nicht einmal bemerkt, ich habe den Laden sofort verlassen, ich hätte mich beinahe übergeben, auch die Mitarbeiter sehen aus wie die Schweine, kommen vom Ausliefern zurück und gehen sofort ohne jegliches Hände reinigen an die Lebensmittel. Ich habe das mit eigenen Augen beobachtet, mit speckigen Jeans und völlig verdeckten Schürzen, so bereiten die dort die Pizzen zu!!!!!.... zum kotzen, wer da bestellt und Erbrechen mit Durchfall bekommt braucht sich nicht wundern. Mann bestellt ja telefonisch und sieht die Zubereitung nicht. Wiederlich!!!! Ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt.

One of my go-to places during the week in Hamburg. Staff is super friendly and kind, food is always good and the price is absolutely fair. Nice option of wines and good coffee.

Always very tasty dishes made from fresh ingredients. You can choose from variety of different pastas and flour for the pizza dough (also gluten free, bio etc.). In menu also propositions for the vegetarians and children as well. Additional points for being family friendly. I strongly recommend that place. 👍

A family restaurant run by 2 Brothers, with about 3 other staff. Its a tight ship but makes some of the best pasta I have ever had, confirmed by several friends i have often taken there. The service is sometimes wanting, mostly because of their limited language abilities, but always try very hard, and will certainly do everything in their power to make sure you have a great experience.
Went for a quick lunch today. 2 waiters, one wearing full black and one in red apron. I asked for a lunch special spaghetti and my friend a bolognese spaghetti. While eating I realized that my lunch special should come with a soup and salate. Asked the red apron waiter, he said "did you not get it?" I said no. He said "did I not ask you?" I said no. He said "Do you want it now?" I said no I'm full, but perhaps a dessert. He walked away, no smile, terrible attitude, no apology, nothing at all! At the end he came and charge me full prize and still no apology no thing with the worst attitude ever. I asked for the boss, he said he is the boss, after a little argument with my broken German, he told me me, as a customer, did not ask him at the beginning to tell him that I wanted the salat and the soup!!! WOW!!! I was amazed about his awesome logic! Then he said ok the suppe and salate worth 2 euro I will take 2 euro off your bill. I went to the other waiter in black, him, also no expression or apologies, said yes he is the boss and you have to ask him for the soup and salat at the beginning. What an experience and what an answer! one of the best in my life!!!! I paid 29 from the EC karte machine over that 33 Euros bill, left with anger, I said "good luck to your business, no wonder that it is empty!" To be honest I could have pay the full amount if he apologize nicely, but I decide not to, I was nice enough to give 29. I think he deserve nothing at all!!!! Good luck to everyone else who is going, I strong do NOT recommend it!

If you are looking to come during more peak hours (7:30-9:30pm), I’d recommend booking-they had a limited number of tables when we arrived at 6:30pm, with the rest reserved for (most likely) repeat customers. The sharing platter for two to start was excellent, as was the filling and very satisfying Calzone (ham, salami, mushroom, artichoke and cheese in abundance!).
Definitely recommend this place-very accessible 7 minute walk from the central bus station and very good value!
