Very disappointing. I went there and saw some baby clothes on sale, selected a few really good ones only to be told by the cashier that the price is back to normal instead of what's on the red tag. He said it was no longer on sale and they just forgot to remove the tag. Instead of buying the items (4 pcs) totaling to 165 AED, I just left and didn't buy even a single piece. Never going back.

I just came 30 minutes ago to the branch and met your Filipino Makeup sellers saleswoman named Rowena Andalan Her hair is golden . She treated me with rudeness and impoliteness. Please train her in an appropriate way to speak to clients with kindness. A very bad attitude.

I underestimated how big this store is. It's like a mini mall with elevator inside the store. You'll find most clothing items, and make up on the ground floor while the first floor will have home items and accessories. Plenty of options as they display all apparel brands of Landmark Group, such as Splash, Kappa, Iconic, Lee Cooper, and Shoemart. The store is also not very busy so please do take your time browsing around.

Ive waited for the cashier for 10mins just to find out that the item is not on promo anymore, they should remove the sticker if the discount was finished.
Tall slim guy at perfume area was incredibly rude, me and my friends were there I went to buy a perfume. He tells me to take the money out in an aggravated tone and I ask him to give me a tester. He tells me no tester. He then told me if you want a tester it’s in Africa go get it. He proceeds to kick us out and start back talking us. This old grandma lady working there was also very rude. And this lady looking like Barbie was also incredibly rude. Came in knowing nothing about the scenario threading to calm police, clueless workers, please I do not want to see this tall slim guy working here again. I will be coming back next week to buy the perfumes.

One of the worst customer service.. its been a week i am trying to return the item and whenever i call the customer service there is only one woman who attend the call name Farah who is very rude and she doesnt give appropriate answers... today i will try to visit their branch to return as they failed to do pickup and their driver keep rescheduling without any reason...

U can see so many varieties of brands & products. I bought some super comfy & stylish dresses from there . A little bit expensive but some products have amazing offers & u can add shukran points on every purchase.

Disappointed, centrepoint is charging for paper bags in the name of charity, I left my shopping worth a thousand dhs on the counter, and I'm not ever shopping from them again.

Went yesterday to Center Point Mirdif City Center. Bought some items and went to the cashier queue. It was very long with only two employees. ( Near home items). I tolled one of the employees who came for a while and left that there is a long queue and people are waiting! She said that the other cashier is busy as well. This is unprofessional response from this employee. After waiting for more than 15 minutes in the queue one cashier came and she started throwing hangers which it made a loud sound. Make sure that employees understand how to manage working as a cashier in front of the customers and it is not the first time employee was behaving in this way. And when there is sale during holiday, there must be a plan in order to balance the work.
Centre Point must be the Centre Point of all your purchases. We All got what we desired from cosmetics to dresses 👗 to decorations from shoes to bags and all children's needs besides lots of impulsive buying. Very Much Satisfied. God Bless Dubai 🙌.
Been shopping here during the promotion of get 2 and 1 for free, and I’m really frustrated on how they claim that it is a good promotion while they raised up the price of most shoes section during this promotion. As I found the old price tag on one of the pair of shoes and they kept claiming that it was put mistakenly by one of the staff and the price have been increased.
It's a one-stop shop place with varies from cosmetics, perfumes, shoes, kids' toys, clothing, home decor, and more. It's in the Deira city centre near Daiso Japan and on level one near the food court. The shops are spread over in 2 levels, and staff is really attentive and polite to help everyone.
I went to dubai from UK. Bought 4 pairs of sketchers from centre point. Once back to UK , about to wear shoes and noticed both shoes of different sizes and of left foot. We requested to double check , and they reassured that they have checked.

I was gifted a pant from someone on my birthday, size was 30 as mentioned but if you measure the pant it was 38, a sheer flaw of productio from Splash.
The staff was so rude kept on asking me for receipt
1. How can I have receipt of a gift
2. It was a production flalw and return should have been done regardless of receipt present or not

This review is specifically for this one sweet lady who helped me during my last visit to this store. Her name is Lin and I wanted to write this review for her as she was really patient with us and stood by our side until we made the purchase. I have not really seen this kind of behaviour from any other centerpoint staff till date. This behaviour should be appreciated and set as an example for all other staff.

Today, I visited the Centrepoint Deira branch with the intention of buying some cosmetics. Admittedly, I wasn't wearing any full-coverage makeup, but I was surprised to find myself browsing the cosmetic section for a good 15 minutes without receiving any assistance. What was even more shocking was the lack of customers, only about 2-3, yet the staff had their attention focused on casual conversations. This made me wonder if they were judging me based on my appearance. It's important to remember "Never judge a book by its cover.” Most expats can easily afford products from Centrepoint, especially since it's not a complimentary service. It would be wise for Centrepoint to educate their staff on proper customer treatment, and to avoid making assumptions about Asians' purchasing power.

Kindly teach your security guy to behave like a kind guy to kids as he was being rude to my kid who is only 14 months and advice him that your shop is baby shop not a adult shop. Will never visit there and would give 0 stars if there was. Hire people who has good attitudes.
Visited the store last evening , The staffs were attentive different from the last bad experience from jimi mall outlet . This is how they usually deal with the customers .Ms. Joy and Ms. Komal did a great job.
New winter collection is available in this branch in Dubai Festival City Mall. Much more better designs and varieties. Prices are a bit higher. Branch is located on the ground floor. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible.
It is in the main area, easily accessible by the people. Not much place inside to walk and look at the product. We will get everything in this shop. Staff are ok and cost and pricing is high compared to other shops in Al Ain Abu Dhabi. Crowded and expensive. But products and brands are good. We bought Big size balloon and kids dresses.
Very poor service. The cashier Miracel was not able to assist me. I ask few questions about specific toy, which I chose to purchase. She told she doesn’t know and the person , who is working in that area will come after 3 pm only .So, I didn’t get reply unfortunately and felt like she doesn’t really care about it at all

Have visited this outlet multiple times both for instore purchase and to collect online orders. Plenty of collection and decent staff.

They refuse always to refund and push u to take anythng from them, and that u dont have right to refund.

Centerpoint - Good space Available different style of clothing, home collections, baby shop. Some time we get good deals, prices are reasonable. Specially need to improve on quick billings counters.
