My experience at Skyview was truly unforgettable. The 80 AED ticket not only granted access but also included a thrilling ride on the glass slide. From the top, the panoramic view of Dubai was breathtaking. However, capturing a complete picture with the Burj Khalifa towering over the Skyview building proved to be a bit challenging.

Observatory tickets are at starting at AED 90, kids AED75

A ticket to the Sky Observatory includes the Sky Glass Slide experience, and costs AED 70 for adults (AED 90 at sunset) and AED 60 for children aged three to 16 (AED70 for sunset). For the Sky Edge Walk, tickets are priced at AED 704 including a safety briefing and all equipment.

The estimated time to complete the Sky Views Observatory Edge Walk experience is around 1 hour and 30 minutes and is also subject to change according to peak hours and sunset timings.

Sky View Observatory is great for kids and guests of all ages. Children 4 and under are free but do require a ticket.

An unique and unforgettable experience. I recommend it so you can see Dubai from the heights and take home an excellent memory.

First time coming here I definitely loved it!
The rooms are great although some rooms has tv’s that had one channel… the service is great offered us free snacks and water. The location is great close to the WTC Station. And can take you to Dubai mall. Breakfast buffet is nice but a bit limited with seats and food.

The custom menu offered a delightful array of options, particularly the mouthwatering Aloo Paratha. While the buffet selection wasn't exceptional, the personalized egg menu compensated for it. But other servers in morning need more training for real smile, with good approaching for all customers, not just specific customers, and Jully must come every morning.

The reception staff epitomized hospitality with their ever-present smiles and eagerness to assist. They were approachable and efficient, ensuring that every query was met with prompt and courteous assistance.

Parking Convenience (5/5):

I was there for 2 nights the receptionist Hajar was very welcoming the room service was very quick and efficient. Very happy staff. I thank all the staff that gave me services on days I was there u made my birthday vacation so 👍🙂 nice. Also when I checked out there Emz very professional. My wife was very happy to be there thanks
The room was specious and clean. There was no hot water kettle but when I asked it was there in a flash.

Hotel service is very bad at the time of check out we were sitting nearby the reception , one of local Arabic guest came from his room to us, who was fully drunk and tried to beat my friend without any reason and not a single male staff was available at that time and place. We both ran outside the hotel and after few minutes we came to complete procedure of checkout then we told in reception to take action but they were trying to convince us. It's not GUD, safety is also hotel duty. So we had a very bad experience, and we will never prefer anyone there. Apart from this the hotel is nice, room is GUD but safety is very bad. Aperture. And without safety rest facility is useless. If at that time we wouldn't run could happen anything.

In my opinion one of the best view in Dubai.

Our stay was made extra special with the service given by the teams. For the food a big Thankyou to Matthew, Anoma and team for looking after our families every need.

The WhatsApp room service was very quick and efficient and responded fast to all messages.

Rooms were cleaned well and presented beautifully.

The hotel was undergoing works so lifts were a little slow but they fully made up for it with smiles and welcomes and great service every time.

Hmmm.. they have a nice swimmingpool, nice and clean gym, they also have big space for meeting or party....

My partner and I checked in at the said property on a whim. I visited her atvhet work and forgot about the time. Then I decided to stay for the night in Ajman. And we found this hotel. The receptionist was really professional. The outside looks just normal, but once you enter the rooms, it has this different atmosphere. It's spacious, romantic, elegant, and meticously clean. I and my partner would certainly return in the future. And the best catch, it's near her workplace and the beach, which we really love the most.

I’m an old customer to Al arraf hotel and It’s a very sad to find this hotel at his worst level. Firstly, the water heater was not working and the wires were not secured. Secondly, the bed was not cleaned including all bedsheets and pillows, the room was not cleaned and smiled. Thirdly, the A/C window key selector was broken. Finally,the breakfast was not same as before, the mass man told us we are not in the breakfast list, I checked by myself I found my name there.

What a miserable stay I had..

Dear All, Please be careful before booking on their website. I would like to share my experience: I booked on their website and after paying the amount for two night's stay, they said that the website is not working properly and therefore they would not be able to let me stay (after I had already paid). Further I asked for my refund and they never reverted. This was in February 2022 and we are now in May 2022 and they haven't returned my money yet. Please be careful before booking on their website. Either they are running a scam or are every unprofessional. Please be careful. I plan to inform the tourism authorities in Dubai also soon about this.

We had an extremely worst experience in here. We went to the property and asked the price and we compared it with the Agoda price to be denied room by the staff. They said they are full while the property showed vacancies online and was too rude and denied any online bookings.

Ghaya Residence is an extremely upmarket residential apartment; the houses are mostly 02 BHKs and 03 BHKs with spacious living rooms and decent sized bathrooms and bedrooms... It is located besides 'Gevora Hotel' perhaps the tallest hotel in the world

High end residential building in the heart of Sheikh Zayed Road near the DIFC area. This building is owned by one of the most prestigious real estate companies in Dubai, Altayer Properties. Very spacious apartments with great and family oriented layouts, all apartments have pretty much 270 degrees open views with the windows stretch from floor to ceiling. The reception is very nice with three doors leading to the elevators guarded by well trained and respectful security. The building comes with multi-storey parking in a separate building behind the tower. Highly recommend for big families seeking a lavish living in the heart of Dubai. Visitors parking available in the service road in front of the building with lots of spaces 24/7 so don’t worry about your visitors not finding a parking
