Went to this place for dinner and food was excellent, place was comfy and service was amazing! Props to Ravindu for taking care of us. We were a party of 10 and he exceeded our expectations on proper service 👌 kudos to the whole team!
I stayed in the hotel, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. The rooms are luxurious, offering breathtaking views of Ocean. The dining experience at the resort is also world-class.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. All the Staff was helpful and very friendly. The food was great, we loved it, everting clean. There was a variety of tasteful meals for breakfast. The Hotel is close to the metro rail station and the area is very safe to walk outside.. we Highly recommend this hotel.

Literally a haven situated in the vicinity of Dubai. It is simply unparalleled. It boasts approximately seventy avian migrants, a verdant orchard, an immense pool, a striking shore of pristine white sand, and an expansive golf course with the longest mangrove in the whole continent. An excursion you must undertake. Even a brief visitation would be worthwhile.

Best hotel. The breakfast is insane. The chefs are super fast there’s so much variety and it’s crazy to see. It’s super crowded so I recommend going in early. The rooms are super spacious and offer a good view of the city. Everything was clean except for under the sofa bed but ignoring that it was good and to my liking.
They are not allowing visiting guest and they want an extra 100 for visitor I prefer not to stay here because their staff is also too rude

Great hotel near airport, nice pool and facilities. Great room with nice touches. Only downside was my daughter being approached and asked by one staff to leave a review with her name in it. And in another incident the guy who books tours who lied and said he'd give us change from what we paid him in cash for tickets the next day but never did. He saw me but ignored and didn't bother to come and find us. Naughty, hence 4 stars instead of 5. The reception staff were very good though as was the airport shuttle.

It’s a luxuries hotel that I highly recommend. The location is amazing, room are always clean and smell nice. The food is lovely and the service is great specially Rodica she is so friendly.
Rooms were spacious and good. TV was a bit slow. HK, front desk, security, and fnb staff were all fabulous. Location was the issue. This was the only thing. Busy area. Lifts were too slow even though there were three . Waiting time for lifts. Breakfast was so so. Breakfast needs more variety and options. Very busy during breakfast time. Sometimes, it's a long queue.

Pakistani Supervisor behaviour is very worst, he was behaved as a professional. As I seen in 3 days my stay he fought with several customers of different countries .

Even though it was a short notice for a stay, the staff were amazingly giving their best customer service... Starting from the receptionist, the room service boy and the receptionist who handled the check out were very friendly.
I stayed here 2 years ago - just had the chance to leave review just now. I wish every 3 stars hotel have standards like Rove. I didn't feel like staying in 3 stars hotel at all - maybe 4 stars or even 5 stars in some regards! Staff service are great, room are clean and neat although not really spacious.

Its gorgeous, private, quiet, feels exclusive. Comfiest sunbeds ever and steps to the pool from every sunbed. The pool is wide and long so it doesn't feel crowded. Cavalli products in the showers. Giant towels that can go around your body 3 times. Cant wait to come back.

Rove City Centre is one of my go-to places for various reasons. The hotel is well-located, the rooms are comfortable and they have great amenities. I also like to come here when I need to get some work done. I would spend hours at The Daily enjoying good food and good service. Special mention to Rodica and her upbeat and energetic demeanor whenever she is around.

We just had the most wonderful stay at Rove City Centre Dubai! It was absolutely amazing. Since the moment we arrived we felt the quality of service and attention to detail from the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Sachin (The Reception) he was absolutely excellent!
The services are bad. They are not replying immediately to your concern. The amenities are not complete. The receptionist doesn't answer the call with courtesy. It will be the guest who will greet them first which is not supposed to be. They are just like at home answering normal calls
Place is amazing and staff is very helpfull … mostly indian based staff. they sounds agrrssive when talk but they are really friendly 😁 rooms are spacious but water is natural hot. staff was very helpfull to make our stay better

We stayed for 3 days in Rove Hotel and we had incredible experience there. Since we called them for reservation until check out we had best customer service also. This hotel is only 3 star but this hotel should be a 5 star hotel. Rove Hotel is an eco friendly, urban style hotel. The hotel and the room is very tidy and the bathroom also very clean. They have big lobby area also. We are highly recommend Rove Hotel. And we will come back to have that incredible experience.

Most of my weekend i spent here.great customer service. especially the receptionist's, the way they welcome and treat the customers amazing.

Bakwas. No towels in the room. I called three times. Come tk reception. No one is listening on reception. A south indian receptionist who is argument too. Very poor services. Never book this hotel.i booked a king size bed but after reaching on property they provide me 2 single beds. Worthless services

Room is neat and clean. Service and support by staffs are ok. Location is easily accessible to reach the worthseeing places. Car parking can be Provided in room rent itself in lieu of paying extra. Rest are fine to stay this hotel with family.

Hotel is not luxury or even 1 star, the hotel is only standard hotel and old build. you can see the cleanliness of the room. even the things in it are old. and another, the staff is very kind, especially Jennica, she is very humble. I stayed for a week and I saw that housekeeping was also the one doing maintenance in the room. The staff here is amazing.
I have stayed in many resorts and this has been one of the best. Not only is the food amazing as predicted in Dubai, but the service is impressive. Each member of staff is very kind and considerate. I loved the pool and beach service along with the kind greetings. From staying at this resort, the service has made me want to come back again. One of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had. I really recommend - 4th April 2023
One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Beautiful, green area, olive trees, many birds, we even saw parrots! The perfect place if you want to enjoy nature. But I think the heart of this hotel is their stuff. They will make sure you are having the best time at their place. I celebrated my birthday during the stay and I was surrounded by hospitality and care. It’s a place to be, definitely recommended 🙌🏻

We had no choice but to book this room since there there are no other options for dog-friendly hotels. Room was tidy when we came but the furniture was not well dusted and vacuumed. We saw bed bugs! It was too pricy for the place, actually. The receptionist also made issues with our visitors which I had asked permission from and they agreed to earlier. It was so embarrassing!
I went here for a short stay in Abu Dhabi. I have a dog with us, and we don't have any other choice but to go to this place for a night.

Sehr liebevoll geführtes Hotel auf der Insel YAS (Abu Dhabi). Das sehr abwechslungsreiche und unsagbar leckere Essen im Hotel-Restaurant lockt nicht nur Hotelgäste an, auch Einheimische treffen sich hier gern am Abend oder am Wochenende. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei, ich habe tatsächlich nirgends so gut geschlafen wir hier! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sonnenanbeter fühlen sich am Pool und auch an der Poolbar besonders wohl. Der Transfer wo auch immer man hin möchte, funkioniert reibungslos via Taxi, Bus, Shuttle oder Roller. Wir waren im Dezember 2019 hier und es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. (WIKI: "Die Insel Yas ist nach der Hauptinsel eine der größeren natürlichen Inseln in Abu Dhabi, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate. Sie ist von Nord nach Süd 7,7 km lang und maximal 6,2 km breit, und hat eine Fläche von 25 km².")

Ahmed from Reception gave us a different rate once we arrived which is very different from what i have booked from the phone. it is very clear to us how their modus works which is to give low rate at the phone hen change it once you arrive. be warned those who wants to book here

And loved the management too everyone was above and beyond helping out and giving answer for every questions I had. I was able to enjoy my stay and going to do my other stuff at the gold souk at the same time. Thank you so much for having me.
I stayed at this hotel for about 4 days and the service was amazing. Their goal was to serve their customers and did just that. I was able to enjoy my stay in Dubai while being able to have full access to tourist spots such as shops, restaurants and places in Dubai such as the mall of Dubai. The owner was amazing and kind wonderful lady and definitely satisfied her customers. I will definitely be going back to this hotel when visiting Dubai.

It was was My first time in Dubai and we wanted to stay central central. The costumer service was wonderful and the owner was delightfull and welcoming. I loved everything about this hotel and I will recommend and come back to stay next time we Are here. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The service was not as expected . Roaches and other insects were In my room. The food was manageable but they don't serve dinner.The staff was very rude and impolite.
Good service. Courteous staff. Left hotel early at 6.15 am and asked for a breakfast before leaving. Even if restaurant opens at 7.30, was offered a packed hot breakfast complete with
fruits for me n wife which we took at the airport lounge.Very HUMANLY TOUCH and surprisingly amazing.

Me and my family had to find a last minute hotel and decided to stay here - what a huge mistake. As soon as we entered through the doors, it felt like a half way house. People were congregated around the reception and I wasn’t sure if they worked there or if they were just hanging out. The rooms were horrendous; damp/mouldy smell; dirty bathroom; filth sheets and floors were literally sweating from condensation because the ac was not on, the list just goes on. The staff were rude and quite frankly: inappropriate at times. Please do not stay here!!!!

Extremely difficult to find the entrance. Rooms look clean but mine had 3 cockroaches. The area is sketchy and full of people wanting to sell you fake Guccis and everything. It's ok for a 1 night stay but wouldn't stay here again

GREAT Experience!! The hotel meet our expectations. The STAFF was wonderful , so polite and very accommodating. The location in Deira is GREAT near metro station and right in the Center of The Market Place.
Staff are ok but they are not that welcoming. Even when I call the reception desk, they answer very rudely. I totally understand if he can't speak in English very well but at least be nice to your guests. Amenities are ok but what would you expect for a low cost hotel. Overall, one star for me. :(

Has an African Restaurant with all delicious African dishes. It has cheaper hotel charges as compared to other hotels in the area and with a perfect location as it is located in the heart of the trading centre. I give it 5 stars❤
